ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Assembly of your hand truck will be faster and easier if
1.Read instructions thoroughly before proceeding.
2.Sort connection hardware into separate piles before assembling
3.Tighten all parts by hand. Don' t use power tool.
4.Don' t over load as components could be damaged.
1. Slide down the loop handle on the top of the frame, tighten with
bolts and nuts.
2. Put nose plate on the floor, and then slide the bottom and of the nose
plate at the same time, attach the two wheel brackets to the exterior
on the bottom end of the frame on both sides. Align holes on the
wheel brackets, frame and nose plate, then insert bolts through holes
on both sides and fasten with lock nuts.
NOTE:Don't tighten lock-nuts at the moment until you completed step3.
3. Insert axle through holes of the wheel brackets, slide a washer and
then lie through one and end. of the axle, add another washer, then
secure with cotter pin. Repeat sequence for the other side.
4. Tighten all lock-nuts in Step 2.
HAND TRUCK IS NOW READY TO USE

Operation Instructions
4 Wheel Cart Position
1. Detach Frame from Handle by pulling on the lock ring and then pulling
Frame away from Handle.
2. Lower Frame until the Small Handle sits in the groove at the bottom of
Handle.
4 Wheel Hand Truck Position
1. Detach Handle from Frame by pressing Latch on the Frame and
pulling Handle away from the Frame.
2. Lower the Frame so that the Steel Plate rests on the Handle
crossplate. See below.
3. Pull on the lock ring and insert Lock (15) into opening on the Handle
crossplate, connecting Frame to Handle. Check that the Frame
is connected securely to the Handle.
2 Wheel Upright
1. Lift Frame until both Frame and Handle stand upright. Connect both
hooks at bottom of Handle to Frame.
2. Engage Latch on the Frame completely to the Handle.
Note: The Nose Plate Extension can be folded down so that it rests on Nose Plate.
