PACKAGE CONTENTS
BATTERY REPLACEMENT
With the help of the NeoGuard Door/Window sensor the NeoGuard Smart Home System can
recognize if a window or a door is open or closed and send corresponding signals to the main
panel. If a window or a door has been opened while the system is armed then an alarm will be
triggered and you will receive a conformation SMS and a voice call straight to your smartphone.
There are several settings for you to choose from on how the system should react.

LED blinks: Door/Window has been opened/closed
LED stays on: Low Battery
• Open the transmitter using a small
screwdriver and take off the front
plate.
• Take the old battery out and
insert a new one.
• Attach the front plate to the
transmitter carefully.

GETTING STARTED
Start the NeoGuard app and
go to “Settings” (swipe left
once)
Press the “+” icon in the
top right corner
Scan the QR code, it can be
found on the upper side
Name the device > Choose a Trigger
Mode > “Save”> “Yes”
iOS: „Send“
Pull the transparent protection
stripe out of the bottom side of
the transmitter
The distance between the
transmitter and the magnet
should not be more than
8mm
Attach the transmitter to a door/
window frame using the provided
glue stripe
Attach the magnet to a door/
window using the provided
glue stripe

Disable:
The alarm won’t be triggered upon opening a door/window
Instant: Activated when ARM/HOME ARM
When the NeoGuard Smart Home System is armed or in
Home Arm mode an alarm will be triggered as soon as a
door/window has been opened
24 Hours: Activated even when DISARMED
An alarm will be triggered even if the system is disarmed
Home: Deactivated when DISARM/HOME ARM
An alarm will only be triggered if the system is armed; no
alarm will be triggered if the system is in Home Arm mode
Door Chime: No alarm but clanking
The sound of a doorbell will ring upon opening a door/window
Entry Delay: Wait few seconds before alarm
The alarm will be triggered only after a few seconds
upon opening a door/window

Remind: Trigger Beep On/Off: If you activate the Remind feature a short beep will sound every time the
NeoGuard Motion detects a door/window opening
