Safety Information

Installation procedure: Carefully read the installation instructions and ensure the mains supply is isolated before installation. Please follow the safety information overleaf before carrying out any installation. Please retain
this leaet for future reference.
LED IP20 EM Twin Spot Installation:
Step 1: Isolate the mains supply and remove the front cover by inserting a at screwdriver in the side of the
tting.
Step 2: Preapre the product for mounting and attach to a solid surface using screws (not supplied). If the
product is to be used in damp or wet locations, adequate care must be taken to ensure the IP rating is
maintained. Leave sucient space around the product to allow access for maintenance and heat dissipation.
Step 3: Connect the permanent live neutral and earth per the diagram below. Connect the battery using the
plug to the main board. Ensure all connections are correct and tight.
Step 4: Switch on the power source and ensure the charge LED is lit. Close the cover and fail the power
source after a few minutes to check for correct dis-charge operation. Leave the product on charge for an
initial 24 hours to allow the battery to charge completely.
