BEFORE STARTING ASSEMBLY
• Please read this manual thoroughly, before assembling the product.
• Some drawings are enlarged to clearify the steps.
• Do not discard any of the packaging until you have checked all the parts.
• If you are missing any of the parts, please contact your supplier.
Note
Only if required, the fastening hardware may be replaced by the installer at their own risk, based on the requirements of the wall compo-
sition; Neomounts shall not be held liable if any fasterning hardware supplied by third parties fails to sufciently secure the wall mount to
the wall.
Cleaning recommendations
• Please use non-abrasive or diluted products to clean the plastic components of this product, such as soap water or diluted alcohol.
• Use a soft cloth with 91% isopropyl alcohol to remove pen or marker spots on the surface of the arm.
• For any other stains like iodine spots, a soft cloth with above cleansers is suggested for cleaning.
• The following chemicals are strictly forbidden to use cleaning the arm: abrasive cleansers, acetone, mineral spirits, paint thinner or any
other harsh or toxic chemicals.
THE INSTALLATION SHOULD BE PERFORMED BY A QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN AND SHOULD MEET THE
REQUIREMENTS OF LOCAL REGULATIONS

STEP 1.1
Install the wall mount rmly to a solid wall
1. Use a screwdriver to loosen the wall plate and remove the cover. Do not discard the cover after taking it off.
2. Choose the exact place and height you want to x the wall mount on the wall and mark the 4 drill holes.
3. Attach the wall mount to the wall with 4 expansion bolts. Recommended drill bit size: diameter Ø12,7mm/ depth 60 mm ± 20.
STEP 1.2
Only use the drawing on the assembly guide
1. Place the bearings onto the spindle.
2. Place the arm onto the spindle.
3. Manage the cables and make sure that C clip is tted securely into the groove of spindle so the xed section of arm can not be
pulled out from the wall mount while adjusting the arm.
4. Put the rotating cover-L on the arm.
Recommended drill bit size:
diameter Ø12.7 mm / depth 60 ± mm

Slide the cable cover out
of the arm slot carefully,
as shown.

Run the cables through the arm. Assemble the cable wrapper.
• The VESA adapter must be moved entirely down to
put the cable through.
• Allowing for arm movement, it is suggested to keep
at least 15 cm of cable left from the VESA adapter.

MONITOR ASSEMBLY
STEP 1.1
Remove the back cover utilizing a screw driver (not included), as shown and pull out the cable in order to install the monitor.
NB. Please save the screws for reattachment of the cover after monitor installation.
STEP 1.2
Fix the monitor on the VESA mount, using the Allen key and screws.

STEP 1.3
Connect the cable to the monitor
Connect the cables to the monitor, complete the circuit and replace the VESA cable cover-B or VESA cable cover-S.
STEP 1.4
Fix the handle bar
1. Insert the handle bar into the 2 holes on the bottom of the VESA interface.
2. Fix the handle bar with 4 screws with a 2,5 mm Allen key through the 4 holes on the lower part of the VESA interface.

REPLACEMENT OF THE ARM COVERS
STEP 1.1
Follow the order as below to assemble the covers. Replace the adjuster covers as shown.

Fix the cover on the wall mount
and tighten the screws.
Cut off the ake on the bottom of
the cover utilizing a side cutter (not
included) to make a space for the
cables to go through (if necessary).

ADJUSTMENT FOR LOADING
Caution for weight capacity adjustment
1. Make sure you have checked the weight of the monitor you wish to mount.
2. Support the arm throughout/ during installation.
3. Pull down the arm and take out the upper cap (see below figure) during adjustment.
Adjustment:
Use the Allen key provided to adjust the weight capacity. Turn the Allen key in a clockwise direction for
more weight and in counterclockwise direction for less weight.
Loading:
FPMA-HAW100: 1~6 kg
FPMA-HAW100HC: 6~12 kg
• The products loading capacity is based on the monitors’ center of gravity less than 3 cm from
the end of the VESA interface.
• The loading capacity could be reduced if the monitor size is bigger than 26 inches or the depth
is more than 5,5 cm.
