Instructions on how to install the water line in programming:
1. Plug in the unit and the display will show…. Follow the instructions on the display.
2. Press the lined button at the bottom of the screen for about 5 seconds
3. Press the selection “Service Menu”. Keypad will appear.

4. Type in “1609” into keypad. Hit ok.
5. Press engineering settings from the left-hand menu. Keypad will appear.
6. The engineering passcode is calculated by the displayed time. The sum of the two digits
of the hour and the sum of the two digits of the minutes. For example, if the current
time is 12:52 then the passcode would be (1+2=03, 5+2 =07), so 0307

7. Select “Water Supply” from the left-hand menu

a regular basis)
1. Press and hold the lined button at the bottom for about 5 seconds.
2. Press the selection “Service Menu”. Keypad will appear.

5. Select Brewer Deep Clean.
6. Follow worded directions on the screen.
7. Use Cafiza tablet instead of Dr. Coffee cleaning product.
8. Cycle takes approximately 10 minutes & should be performed regularly.
9. Next, perform the “Milk Deep Clean”
10. Follow worded directions on the screen.
11. Use Rinza as the cleaning agent for the Milk Deep Clean.

12. Cycle takes 20 minutes and should be performed on a regular basis.

Note: if left on the default value then tablet will go to sleep & machine power will have to be
cycled from the rear
of the machine to re-wake the tablet
Measurement:
1. While still in machine setting, select unit.
2. Change ml to oz, and centigrade to Fahrenheit (For US demos)
Milk Rapid Rinse:
1. While still in machine setting, the maintenance selection is where the machine will prompt/ for
cleaning actions.
2. Milk rapid rinse selections has a default setting of 5 minutes. This can be adjusted to a longer
interval of time based on the location’s needs. During a milk rapid rinse, the milk tubes must be
removed from the milk container to prevent the machine from siphoning milk into the
wastewater bin.

5. Under the menu click Maintenance.
6. In Maintenance make the following changes:
a. Brewer Deep Cleaning Setting change between 200-300.
b. Milk Deep Clean Setting 100-200.
c. Descaling Setting (Cups) 200-400.
NOTE: These are only suggestions, calibrations may depend on water hardness and other
factors.

7. After making the changes in the Maintenance menu click Save.
8. After saving the new maintenance settings click the Exit button to leave the menu.
