ADDENDUM TO OPERATION MANUAL FOR IQ 2000P
The following information is an update to the information in the operation manual. It includes changes and
enhancements to the features/functions outlined in the operation manual.
Program and Service Mode Functions
The functions of the 4 hidden buttons used for programming has been changed slightly. The figure below
replaces Fig 1 on page 2 and illustrates the correct service template and button nomenclature.
Note: The brewer software has been modified to eliminate the inactivity detection feature. This feature had
been intended to automatically exit the program/service mode to the ready/standby mode when there had been no
activity on the keypad for 1 minute.

This option enables display of a count up timer which begins after the completion
of the brew cycle. The display indicates "Time Since Last Brew" and minutes or
hours and minutes up to 4 hours.
Other Brewer Message's and Custom Message Programing Instructions
This optional feature (Coffee Sentry) will display time since the last brew cycle has
completed in order to track the freshness of the brewed coffee.
Other Features
Auto Cal - This feature is an aid to calibrating the brew time for a particular decanter. To use simply enter the
program mode and go to the brew time to be set (#1 or #2). With empty container located below brewbasket
depress the brew button. The brewer will begin brewing and display will count upward as brew cycle continues. As
the desired liquid level is reached in the container depress the cancel button. The accumulated brew time is shown
in the display for the programmed brew time. The "+" and "-" button may then be used to fine tune the brew time
as desired.
Temperature Adjustment - Faucet use during the calibration of the tank temperature will no longer change the
temperature set point.
