• PLANCHA/FREÍR (FRY/GRIDDLE): select the griddle
withoutpressuremenu,idealforgentlecookingsuchas
omelets,evenwiththelidopen.Youcannotselectthe
typeofpressurebutyoucanselectthecookingtime.
Tousethefryingmenu,placetheaccessoryforfrying
intheinnercup,placethefoodandoilasprescribed.
• HORNO(OVEN):selecttheovenwithoutpressuremenuforbackeddishes
andstir-friedfoodwiththelidopen,selectablecookingtime.
• COCINA(COOKING):selectthecookingmenu,selectboththepressureand
thecookingtime.
• POLLO/CARNE(CHICKEN/MEAT):Presetmenuformeat,selectthepressure
typedependingonthedish.
• GUISADOS/SOPAS (STEWED/SOUPS): Preset menu for casseroles (low

How to cook
Cooking with your new programmable cooker is very simple, just enter the
ingredients, set the cooker according to the recipe book and introduce
lunchtime,thentheprogrammablepotwillhaveyourmealpreparedforyouin
thescheduledtime.
Wewillexplainhowtocookinyourprogrammablepot:
• Openthelidrotatingitclockwiseuntilitabuts,thenliftitasreectedinthe
drawing.
• Introducealltheingredientswithintheinnercupand,ifnecessary,someof
theaccessories(asprescribed).

• Thenenterthecupwithfoodinsidetheprogrammablepot(theprogrammable
cookerwillnotcookunlesstheinnercupisinit)asmarkedinthedrawing.
Then,replacethelidandrotateitcounterclockwise,justtheoppositethatin
thepreviousdrawinguntilitstops.
ATTENTION!Insideofthecuptherearesomemarksthatincaseofpressure
cooking(especiallyinhighpressure)shouldnotbeexceededatitshighestline
foranykindofliquid.
At this time, we proceed to select the menu as the recipe book suggests.
Once selected, we proceed to set the cooking time (reected in the recipe
book),selectthetimewiththe‘+’button,whichincreases1by1theminutes
ofcookingfrom1to180andthe‘-’thatdecreasesthemforagoodresultin
yourdishes.Werecommendyoutofollowthetimesmarkedintherecipebook
and,iftheresultisnot100%toyourliking,changethetimebyincreasingor
decreasingthetimemarkedbytherecipebooktopreparethefoodaccording
toyourtaste.
Ifduringtheseprocessesyouareconfusedjustpressthecancelbuttonand
startagain.Onceyouselectthecookingtime,selectthetypeofpressurethat
youwanttheprogrammablepottocook,highforhighpressurecooking,orlow
forstews,inanycasefollowtherecipebook.
The kitchen menu is generic and replaces the traditional cooking in the
casserole.
Inthe“chicken/meat“presetmenuschoosehighpressurefortoughmeats
thatneedlongercookingtimeandchooselowfortendermeatswhichneed
less time. In the “Stews/soups“ menu choose high pressure for soups and
stewsandlowfor“pulses“thatshouldbegenerallyusedinhighpressure.
After selecting the menu, the cooking time and pressure (if necessary), the
programmablepotwillcookforyou.Therststageofcookingistheautomatic
detectionoffoodandheatingbecausewhatyouselectistheactualcooking
time.
Theprogrammablepotdetectstheamountoffoodyouarecooking,soyou
shouldonlysetthetimemarkedinthereciperegardlessifitisforoneorfor10
guests.Duringthisprocess,thesettimeandascriptinmotionwillappearon

thescreen,asthisprocessiscompleted,thescriptwillremain
xed while your programmable pot is cooking, the time left
tonishwillbedisplayed,discountingeachminuteoriginally
scheduledforyou.Youwillknowthatyourprogrammablepot
hasnishedcookingbyits3beeps.Fromthatpoint,thewarm
functionwillbeautomaticallyactivatedindenitelyandwithit
the light signal, so that the pot will keep the food warm until serving time.

The warm function also serves to reheat without over-cooking. To open
thelid,therststepistoensurethereis no pressure inside (otherwise the
programmablepotwillnotallowyoutoopenthelid)movingthevalveinthe
openpositionwhereallthesteamwithinyourprogrammablepotwillbeejected.
Programming the pot
Ifyouwanttoprogramyourprogrammablepotsothatyouwillhaveyourfreshly
cookedfoodatacertaintime,allyouhavetodoisclickthe“LUNCHTIME“
button,whereyouwillselectwhenyouwanttohaveyourlunch,subsequently
youwillselectthemenu,thecookingtimeandthetypeofpressure,asdescribed
intheprevioussection.Toselectlunchtime,youmusttelltheprogrammable
pothowmanyhoursareleftforservingthefood,notthetimeyouwanttoeat,
itisimportanttoindicateproperlythetimeremainingtoeat.
LunchTimesetin10minintervals.Bypressing+buttonincreasesup24h.
Theprogrammablepotautomaticallycalculateswhentostartcookingsothat
thefoodisfreshlymadeatthescheduledtime,ifthecookingtimeislonger
thanthetimeremainingbeforethescheduledtime,yourprogrammablepotwill
startthecookingcycle,togetascloseaspossibletothepresettime.
If while cooking or waiting a power failure occurs, the programmable pot
rememberitsprogrammingandwhenthecurrentisbackyourprogrammable
potwillcontinueatthesamepointwherethecookingprocessstopped.
The programmable pot includes the “warm” system which is operated
automatically when it stops cooking and keeps the food warm indenitely
withoutcookingitagain,untilyoupresstheCANCELbutton.Rememberto
cancelthisfunctiontonishusingyourprogrammablepot.elthemenu.
Cleaning your programmable pot
Yourprogrammablepothasoneofthemostnon-sticksurfaces,madeofPTFE
thatgeneratesincrediblenon-stickproperties,thismakescleaningeasierto
theextentthattheuseofanytypeofpadorabrasivecleaningisnotnecessary
tocleanthecup,evendishwashable.

Alongwiththecup,theitemsthatareindirectcontactwiththefoodshouldalso
becleaned.Thesearetheinnerlid,thelid,thesiliconeringandtheexhaust
valve.Theyshouldbecleanedwithsoapandwaterandusingaspongeor,if
necessary,ascouringpad.
Toremovetheinnerlidandthesiliconering,pullthesmallholderintheinner
lidandremoveeasilythesiliconeringinit,theimportantthingistocleaneach
timeyouuseit,otherwiseyoucanalterthetasteorodorinthefollowingmeals
tobecookedwithyourprogrammablepot.
Regardingthesafetylterandtheexhaustvalve,itisimportanttokeepthem
cleansothey neverobstructthesteamandsothatyou canopenyourpot
whenyouwan.

Basic Instructions
Itisveryimportanttokeepcleanyourpotwhencooking.Rememberthatyour
programmablecookingincorporatesthefoodheatingsystemindenitelyonce
itnishescooking,andyoumustcancelit.
•Measuring cup: Itisincorporatedasreferencemeasureforrecipebooks,so
whenarecipebookreferstoameasure,itisreferringtothemeasuringcup.
•Kitchen tray:Ametaltrayisincludedwithyourpotusedforbakingandit
shouldbeusedinthecasedindicatedintherecipebook.Itisplacedinside
thecupandthefoodtobebakedareplacedonit.Itisalsousedforsteaming
anditshouldbeusedonlyifitisindicatedintherecipebook,itisplaced
insidethecupwithatleast2measuresofwater.
•Ladle:Itisatoolspecicallydesignedforyourpot,asaspecialfeatureit
includesanon-corrosivematerialidealforworkingonnon-sticksurfaces.It
isimportantthatyoualwaysusethisaccessoryforcookingwithyourpot,or
awoodenorsiliconetool,neveruseabrasiveormetalutensils.
Types of cooking
•Stew:Werecommendyoutoenterallfoodsandselectthecookingtimeat
lowpressuremenu,remembertoputalittlemorewaterifyouwantmore
liquidremainingontheend,toascertaintheextentofthewater,takeinto
accountthatthecookingsystembarelyloseswater,regardingthetime,we
recommendabout35%lesstimethantraditionally.
•Steaming:Useitonlywiththetray,youcancookinthehighpressurekitchen
menu,regardingthetime,itwilltake50%lesstimethantraditionalway.
•Griddle or grill:Dependingonthetypeoffoodthegriddlemenuortheoven
menuwiththelidopenwillbeused,ifthefoodrequiresheatoutputadvise
withthelidopen,theovenmenu,ifinsteadbecauseofitssoftnessitrequires

butwithnoweight,remembertoresettheweightattheend,withbarelyany
liquid.Ifithastobeheatedandinthiswaybrowned,werecommendedto
heatintheovenmenuforaminute,heatitfor3withoutthekitchentrayon
eachsideandthenputonthekitchentrayandroast.
•Pastry, masses and breads.Wewillusetheovenmenuwithnoweightas
indicatedintherecipes,directlyonthecup.Forkneadingwerecommendto
pourallingredientsoverthemaincupandmixthemwiththeladle.
