3.PREPARRATIONFORSTART
1.Oiling(Fig.1)
Oilingisimperativetokeepthemachineingoodoperating
condition.Pouroilinthereservoir(capacity45cc).Tobegin
the flow of oil to the machine, push the button of the
lubricator ten times continuously before starting the
machine. This should dispense enough oil for an average
runningoffourhoursundernormaloperatingconditions.Do
notrunthemachinewithoutoilasitcouldcausesamachine
failureorbreakdown.
2.NeedleSetting(Fig.2,3,4)
TurnthepulleyuntilNeedleBarreachesitshighestposition.
LoosenNeedleBarClampingNut,andsetNeedleintheBar
asdeepasitwillgo.
BesuretosetaNeedlewithitsconcavepartfacingcorrectly
toward the Looper. Fix Clamping Nut tightly, otherwise
Needlemaycomelooseduringoperationandbreak.
3.Threading(Fig.5)
Themachineisdeliveredbeingthreadedtoshowyouproper
threading of the machine, which is shown in Fig.5, for
identification.Followtheguidenumbers1to7ofFig.5.

Beforestarting,makesurethatthesupplyvoltageaccords
withthespecificationofthemotor.
Holdthemachineinyourrighthandandplaceyourindex
fingerontheswitchbuttononthehandle.(Fig.6)
Holdthebaginyourleftlightlyandinsertthebagmouth
betweenFeedDogandPresserFoot.(Fig.7)
Runthemachinewhilekeepingthebagstraight.
Neverpullorpullbackthebag.
Afterclosing,thethreadiscutbythebuilt-innibblertype
cutter.
Whencuttingthethread,leaveatleast3cmlongextended
tailtopreventtheunwillinglooseningoftheseam.(Fig.9)
Runthemachinewithemptybagsandmakesureyouarewell
versedinitsoperationbeforeenteringintoactualoperation.

5.ADJUSTMENTS
Important!
When adjusting the machine or replacing parts, always
disconnecttheElectricCordfromthepowersource.
This is important in view of safety to the operator and
adjuster.
1.ThreadTension(Fig.10)
Thethreadtensionspringispresetatthefactorytosew
PPwovenclothbags.Ifsomeadjustmentisneeded,first
loosen screw ○
A(9/64S40054) and adjust the thread
tension nut ○
B(245092) as per Fig.10. When the
adjustmentisfinished,retightenscrewtolockthethread
tensionnut.
Ifthisisnotdone,thestitchwillnotremainuniform.
2.PositionofNeedleandLooper(Fig.11)
Looper must pass the concave part of Needle with
clearanceof0.1mmasshowninFig.11.Adjustmentofthe
clearancecanbedoneafterlooseningthescrewofLooper
Rocker.
3.PositionofFeedDog(Fig.12)
Wheninstallinganewfeeddogensurethatitispositioned
correctlyontothefeeddogcarrierblockandlightly
tightenthefixingscrew.Checkthatthefeeddogteethare
2.8mmabovethethroatplatewhenthefeeddogisinthe
highestpositionbeforefinaltighteningofthefixingscrew.
4.PressureofPresserFoot
WhentoadjustthepressureofPresserFoot,takeout
NeedleBarGuardandloosenScrewofPresserBar
Connection. Move up Presser Bar to increase the
pressure and down to decrease. After the adjustment,
tightentheScrewfirmly.
5.PressureFootLifter
ThePresserFootLifterisusedtoliftthePresserFoot
andpulloutabagfromunderthePresserFootincaseofa
problemsuchasbagorthreadjamming.
6.HowtouseHook(PartNo.241151)
TheHookonthePulleyCoverisusedtoinstallaShoulder
BeltoraHanger.

1.Operation
The lubricator comprises a pump and a reservoir. The
reservoirholdsmax45ccofoil.(Effectiveoilvolumeis28
cc.)
Usemineraloil22-32cStat40℃(Eg.Tellusoil#32).
Tooperatethelubricator.
1.Firstunscrewthereservoircapbyhalfaturn.*
2.Pushthebuttontoitslowestposition(stroke:12mm)
3.Whenreleased,thebuttonwillautomaticallyreturntoits
originalposition.
4.Lastly, tighten the cap to prevent oil leak during
operation.
*Repeatedworkingonthebuttonwithoutfirstloosening
thecapmayproducenegativepressureinthereservoir,
andthedustintheatmospheremaybeeasilyintroduced
initwhenthecapisloosened.

LooperandThroatPlateeyeletwheretheyareeasily
gathered.
Careshouldbetakentokeepthemachinefreefromdust,
especiallywhentoleaveitunusedforsometime.

dirt,takethethreadfromthemachineandthenputitinto
