O ly certai types of glass, heat-proof glass
ceramic, earthe ware, or other glazed ute sils
are suitable for grill use. Theses types of
materials may break with sudde temperature
cha ges. Use o ly o low or medium heat
setti gs accordi g to the ma ufacturer’s
directio s.

build-up of pressure may cause the co tai er to
burst.

WHEN LIGHTING A BURNER, ALWAYS PAY
CLOSE ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU ARE
DOING. BE CERTAIN YOU ARE TURNING THE
IGNITER LABELED FOR THE BURNER YOU
INTEND ON USING.
When using he grill, do no ouch he grill rack,
burner gra e or immedia e surroundings as hese
areas become ex remely ho and could cause
burns. Use only dry po holders.
Moist or damp potholders o hot surfaces may
cause bur s from steam. Do ot use a towel or
bulky cloth i place or potholders. Do ot let
potholders touch hot portio s of the grill rack.
Grease is flammable. Let hot grease cool before
attempti g to ha dle it. Avoid letti g excess
grease deposits collect i the grease tray at the
bottom of the grill’s firebox. Clea ofte .
DO NOT USE ALUMINUM FOIL TO LINE THE
GRILL RACKS OR GRILL BOTTOM. This ca
severely upset combustio air flow or trap
excessive heat i the co trol area.
For proper lighti g a d performa ce of the
bur ers keep the bur er ports clea . It is
ecessary to clea them periodically for optimum
performa ce. The bur ers will o ly operate i
o e positio a d must be mou ted correctly for
safe operatio .
Clea the grill with cautio . Avoid steam bur s; do
ot use a wet spo ge or cloth to clea the grill
while it is hot. Some clea ers produce oxious
fumes or ca ig ite if applied to a hot surface.

Be sure all grill co trols are tur ed off a d the grill
is cool before usi g a y type of aerosol clea er o
or arou d the grill. The chemical that produces

ig ite or cause metal parts to corrode.

This stai less steel grill is desig ed for optimum
performa ce without the use of briquettes. Do ot
place briquettes o the radia t as this will block off
the area for the grill bur ers to ve t. Addi g

Keep the back of the cart free a d clear from debris.
Keep a y electrical supply cord, or the rotisserie
motor cord away from the heated areas of the grill.
Never use the grill i extremely wi dy co ditio s. If
located i a co siste tly wi dy area (ocea fro t,
mou tai top, etc.) a wi dbreak will be required (see
below). Always adhere to the specified cleara ce.

PLACEMENT OF THE GRILL
CLEARANCE

for the lid to ope fully.

COMBUSTIBLE ENCLOSURES!
LOCATION
When de ermining a sui able loca ion ake in o
accoun concerns such as exposure o wind,
proximi y o raffic pa hs and keeping any gas
supply lines as shor as possible.
Locate the grill o ly i a well-ve tilated area. Never
locate the grill i a buildi g, garage, breezeway, shed
or other such e closed areas without a approved
ve tilatio system. Duri g heavy use, the grill will
produce a lot of smoke. Lock the wheels after the grill
is placed i a suitable positio accordi g to the
sticker located be eath the right door. Keep a y
electrical supply cord a d the fuel supply hose away
from a y heated surfaces. Storage of a outdoor
gas cooki g applia ce i door is permissible o ly if
the cyli der is disco ected a d removed from the
applia ce.
This outdoor cooki g gas applia ce shall be used

Caution: Please lock casters during installation process
STEP 1: Remove side pa el legs (L+R), 2 rubber casters with brake a d 2 plastic
wheels from carto . Remove hardware attached to pa el legs to secure 2 plastic
wheels with 1/4”hex uts & 1/4”washers. The screw i regular casters with brake o
opposite pa el legs as show i figure below.
STEP 2: Attach bottom pa el to side pa el legs with 8 pieces crossed rou d
head screws (1/4” x 40 mm) a d 1/4” washers to secure bottom pa el a d side
pa el legs.

usi g 4 pieces (1/4” x 10 mm) crossed rou d head screws & 1/4” washers.

STEP 5: Remove grill head u it from carto . Place o to cart from above as show o
diagram (below). A d secure to cart frame.
Caution!! Head unit is eavy, to avoid injury, we strongly recommend 2 or more
persons for t is step.
STEP 6: Secure the head u it to cart with 4 pieces crossed rou d head screws
(1/4” x 15mm) a d 1/4” flat washers as show o diagram below. (Note: Remove
cooki g grids a d flame tamers before this step)

STEP 8:Attach left side shelf with 4 pieces crossed rou d head screws (1/4” x 10mm)
a d 1/4” washers as show o below figure.
Repeat the above step to i stall the shelf o right.
STEP 7: Attach a d secure the ip clip a d the regulator hose to the right pa el leg
with 1 piece crossed rou d head screw (1/4”x10mm) a d 1/4” washer as below
show .

Step 9: Attach a d secure the co dime t tray to co trol pa el with 1 piece crossed
rou d head screw (5/32” x 8mm) & 5/32” washer.
Repeat the above step to i stall the co dime t tray o right side shelf.
STEP 10: Place grease dip i to slide rails u der firebox from back of grill. Place
Grease tray i to rails o grease slide.

GAS HOOK-UP
NEVER CONNECT AN UNREGULATED GAS
SUPPLY LINE TO THE APPLIANCE. USE THE
REGULATOR/HOSE ASSEMBLY SUPPLIED.
This is a liquid propa e co figured grill. Do ot
attempt to use a atural gas supply u less the grill
has bee reco figured for atural gas use.
Total gas co sumptio (per hour) of this stai less
steel gas grill with all bur ers o “HI”:
Mai bur er 33,000 Btu/hr.
Total 33,000 Btu/hr.

L.P. TANK REQUIREMENT
A de ted or rusty L.P. ta k may be hazardous a d
should be checked by your L.P. supplier. Never use
a cyli der with a damaged valve. The L.P. gas
cyli der must be co structed a d marked i
accorda ce with the specificatio s for L.P. gas
cyli ders of the U.S. Departme t of Tra sportatio
(DOT) or the Natio al Sta dard of Ca ada,
CAN/CSA-B339, Cyli ders, Spheres a d Tubes for
Tra sportatio of Da gerous Goods; a d
Commissio , as applicable. Overfilli g preve tio
device (OPD) shall be provided o cyli der & QCCI
co ectio o the cyli der valve, ANSI/CGA-V-
1.
The cyli der supply system must be arra ge for
vapor withdrawal. The cyli der must i clude a
collar to protect the cyli der valve. The cyli der
must be provided with a shut off valve termi ati g
i a L.P. gas supply cyli der valve outlet specified,
as applicable, for co ectio type QCC1 i the
sta dard for compressed gas cyli der valve outlet
a d i let co ectio ANSI/CGA-V-1.
Ma ifold pressure: (operati g): 10” water colum
(W.C.), ( o -operati g): 11.2” water colum (W.C.).
L.P. GAS HOOK-UP
E sure that the black plastic grommets o the LP
cyli der valve are i place a d that the hose does
ot come i to co tact with the grease tray or the
grill head.
CONNECTION
Your stai less steel grill is equipped with gas
supply orifices for use o ly with liquid propa e gas.
It is also equipped with a high capacity
hose/regulator assembly for co ectio to a
sta dard 20lb. L.P. cyli der (18-1/4” high, 12-1/4”
diameter).
To co ect the L.P. gas supply cyli der, please
follow the steps below:
1. Make sure ta k valve is i its full off positio
(tur clockwise to stop)
2. Check ta k valve to assure it has proper
exter al male threads (type 1 co ectio per
ANSIZ21.81)
3. Make sure all bur er valves are i their off
positio .
4. I spect valve co ectio s, port, a d regulator
assembly. Look for a y damage or debris.
Remove a y debris. I spect hose for damage.
Never attempt to use damaged or obstructed
equipme t. See your local L.P. gas dealer for
repair.
5. Whe co ecti g regulator assembly to the
valve, ha d tighte the ut clockwise to a
complete stop. Do ot use a wre ch to
tighte . Use of a wre ch may damage the
quick coupli g ut a d result i a hazardous
co ditio .
6. Ope the ta k valve fully (cou terclockwise).
Use a soapy water solutio to check all
co ectio s for leaks before attempti g to
light the grill, see below. If a leak is fou d, tur
the ta k valve off a d do ot use the grill u til
a local L.P. gas dealer ca make repairs.

To disconnect L.P. gas cylinder:
1. Tur the bur er valves off.
2. Tur the ta k valve off fully (tur clockwise
to stop).
3. Detach the regulator assembly from the
ta k valve by tur i g the quick coupli g ut
cou terclockwise.
LEAK TEST
C eck all gas supply fittings for leaks before
eac use. It is andy to keep a spray bottle of
soapy water near t e s ut-off valve of t e gas
supply line. Spray all t e fittings. Bubbles
indicate leaks.
Disconnected L.P. cylinders must ave
t readed valve plugs tig tly installed, and
must not be stored in a building, garage or
any ot er enclosed area.
T e gas must be turned off at t e supply
cylinder w en t e unit is not in use.
If t e appliance is stored indoors t e cylinder
must be disconnected and removed from t e
appliance. Cylinders must be stored outdoors
in a well-ventilated area out of t e reac of
c ildren.
GAS FLOW CHECK
Each grill bur er is tested a d adjusted at the
factory prior to shipme t; however, variatio s i
the local gas supply may make it ecessary to
adjust the bur ers. The flames of the bur ers
should be visually checked.
Flames should be blue a d stable with o
yellow tips, excessive oise or lifti g. If a y of
these co ditio s exist, check to see if the air
shutter or bur er ports are blocked by dirt,
debris, spider webs, etc. If you have a y
questio s regardi g flame stability, please call
customer service 1-866-984-7455
ALWAYS CHECK FOR LEAKS AFTER
EVERY L.P. TANK CHANGE
INSTALLER FINAL CHECK LIST
 Specified clearance maintained 24” from
combustibles.
 All internal packaging removed.
 Knobs turn freely.
 Burners are tig t and sitting properly on
orifices.
 Pressure regulator connected and set for
11.2” W.C. L.P. gas. Gas connections to grill
using ose & regulator assembly provided
(pre-set for 11.0” water column).
 Unit tested and free of leaks.
 User informed of gas supply shut off valve
location

PROPANE CYLINDER CAUTIONS

serious injury may occur.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
GENERAL USE OF THE GRILL
Each mai bur er is rated at 11,000 Btu/hr. The
mai grill bur ers e compass the e tire cooki g
area a d are side ported to mi imize blockage from
falli g grease a d debris. Above the bur ers are
stai less steel radia ts (flame covers). The ig iter
k obs are located o the lower ce ter portio of the
valve pa el. Each rotary ig iter is labeled o the
co trol pa el.
USING THE GRILL
Grilli g requires high heat for seari g a d proper
brow i g. Most foods are cooked at the “HI” heat
setti g for the e tire cooki g time. However, whe
grilli g large pieces of meat or poultry, it may be
ecessary to tur the heat to a lower setti g after
the i itial brow i g. This cooks the food through
without bur i g the outside. Foods cooked for a
lo g time or foods basted with a sugary mari ade
may eed a lower heat setti g ear the e d of the
cooki g time.
NOTE: This stai less steel grill is desig ed to grill
efficie tly without the use of lava rocks or briquettes
of a y ki d. Heat is radiated by the stai less steel
flame tamers positio ed above each bur er.
DO NOT LEAVE THE GRILL UNATTENDED
WHILE COOKING.
NOTE: The hot grill sears the food, seali g i the
juices. The lo ger the preheat, the faster the
meat brow s a d the darker the grill marks.

GRILL LIGHTING INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING: IMPORTANT!
BEFORE LIGHTING…
Inspect the gas supply hose prior to turning the gas
“ON”. If there is evidence of cuts, wear, or abrasion, it
must be replaced prior to use. Do not use the grill if
the odor of gas is present. Only the pressure
regulator and hose assembly supplied with the unit
should be used. Never substitute regulators for those
supplied with the grill. If a replacement is necessary,
contact the factory for proper replacement.
Screw the regulator type QCC1) onto the tank. Leak
check the hose and regulator connections with a
soap and water solution before operating the grill.
TO LIGHT THE GRILL BURNER:
Make sure all knobs are “OFF” then turn on the gas
supply from the LP tank. Always keep your face and
body as far from the grill as possible when lighting.
Your stainless steel grill has an exclusive patented
built-in ignition. The igniter is built in to the valve. To
ignite each burner simply push and turn the control
knobs to the HI setting, you will hear the valve click
as it sends a spark to the pilot flame. If the burner
does not light wait 5 minutes for any excess gas to
dissipate and then retry.
FLAME CHARACTERISTICS
Check for proper burner flame characteristics. Each
burner is adjusted prior to shipment; however,
variations in the local gas supply may take minor
adjustments necessary.
Burner flames should be blue and stable with no
yellow tips, excessive noise, or lifting. If any of these
conditions exist call our customer service line. If the
flame is yellow, it indicates insufficient air. If the flame
is noisy and tends to lift away from the burner, it
indicates too much air.
TO MATCH LIGHT THE GRILL
If the burner will not light after several attempts then
the burner can be match lit.
Lighting rod-Here is your instruction:
Match light extension rod
Use this device to match light your burners
Simply place a lighted match between the coils on
the end of the extension rod and hold next to the
burner to ignite. see reference Pg)
If you’ve just attempted to light the burner with the
igniter, allow 5 minutes for any accumulated gas to
dissipate. Keep your face and hands as far away
from the grill as possible. Insert a lit match attached
to tight lighting rod or lighter through the cooking
grids to the burner. see next page) Press the control
knob and rotate left to the HI setting, continue to
press the knob until the burner ignites. Burner should
light immediately. If the burner does not light in 4
seconds turn the knob off, wait 5 minutes and try
again.
Keep a spray bottle of soapy water near the gas
supply valve and check the connections before
each use.
Do not attempt to light the grill if odor of gas is
present. Call for service 1

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
STAINLESS STEEL
The grill is made from non-rusting and non-magnetic
stainless steel. There are many different stainless
steel cleaners available. Always use the mildest
cleaning procedure first, scrubbing in the direction of
the grain. To touch up noticeable scratches in the
stainless steel, sand very lightly with dry 100 grit
emery paper in the direction of the grain. Specks of
grease can gather on the surfaces of the stainless
steel and bake on to the surface and give the
appearance of rust. For removal use an abrasive pad
in conjunction with a stainless steel cleaner.
GRILL RACK
The easiest way to clean the grill is immediately after
cooking is completed and after turning off the flame.
Wear a barbeque mitt to protect your hand from the
heat and steam. Dip a brass bristle barbeque brush in
tap water and scrub the hot grill. Dip the brush
frequently in the bowl of water. Steam, created as
water contacts the hot grill, assists the cleaning
process by softening any food particles. The food
particles will fall and burn. If the grill is allowed to cool
before cleaning, cleaning will be more difficult.
ENSURE THAT THE GAS SUPPLY AND THE KNOBS
ARE IN THE “OFF” POSITION. MAKE SURE THE
RANGETOP BURNER IS COOL BEFORE REMOVAL.
GRILL BURNERS
Extreme care should be taken when moving a burner as
it must be correctly centered on the orifice before any
attempt is made to relight the grill. Frequency of cleaning
will depend on how often you use the grill.
MAIN GRILL BURNER CLEANING
Ensure the gas supply is off and the knobs are in the
“OFF” position. Make sure the grill is cool. Clean the
exterior of the burner with a wire brush. Clear stubborn
scale with a metal scraper. Clear any clogged ports with
a straightened paper clip. Never use a wooden toothpick
as it may break off and clog the port. Please note if
insects or other obstructions are blocking the flow of gas
through the burner, and if so you will need to call our
customer service line.
GREASE TRAY CLEANING:
The grease tray should be emptied and wiped down after
each use and washed in a mild detergent and warm
water solution.
A small amount of sand or cat litter may be placed in
bottom of grease tray to absorb the grease. Check the
grease tray frequently, don’t allow excess grease to
accumulate and overflow out of the grease tray.
