free fromcombustible material,gasolineand other
flammable vaporsandliquids.
nDonotobstructtheflow ofcombustionandventilation
air. Keeptheventilationopeningsofthecylinder
enclosurefree andclearfromdebris.
nOpenthecabinetdoorand Inspectthegascylindersupply
hosebeforeeachuseoftheoutdoorcookinggasappliance.
Ifthehoseshowsexcessiveabrasionorwear,oriscut,it
MUSTbereplaced beforeusingtheoutdoorcookinggas
appliance. Contactyourdealerand useonlyreplacement
hosesspecified forusewiththeoutdoor
cookinggasappliance.
nVisuallychecktheburnerflames.
Theyshouldbeblue.Slight
yellowtippingisnormal for
LPgas. Theflamesshould
Beapproximately1"(2.5cm)high.
nCheckandcleanburner/venturitubeforinsects and
insectnest.A cloggedtubecanlead tofireunderthe
outdoorcookinggasappliance.
nTheLPgassupplycylindertobeusedmust be:
-constructedandmarkedinaccordance withthe
SpecificationforLPGascylindersoftheU.S.
DepartmentofTransportation(DOT)orthe
National StandardofCanada,CAN/CSA-b339,
Cylinders,Spheres,andTubesforTransportation
ofDangerousGoods;andCommission.
-providedwithalistedoverfillingpreventiondevice.
-providedwithacylinderconnectiondevice
compatible withtheconnectionforoutdoorcooking
gasappliances.
nAlwayscheckconnectionsforleakseachtime you
connectanddisconnecttheLPgassupplycylinder.

nWhentheoutdoorcookinggasappliance isnotin
use,thegasmust beturned off atthesupplycylinder.
nStorageofanoutdoorcookinggasappliance indoors
ispermissible onlyifthecylinderisdisconnected
andremovedfromtheoutdoorcookinggasappliance.
nCylindersmustbestored outdoorsand outofthe
reachofchildrenandmustnotbestored ina
building,garage,oranyotherenclosed area.
nThepressureregulatorandhoseassemblysupplied
withtheoutdoorcookinggasappliance must be
used.Areplacementpressureregulatorandhose
assemblyspecific toyourmodel isavailable from
youroutdoorcookinggasappliance dealer.
nGascylindermustincludeacollartoprotectthe
cylindervalve.

Connection:Place adust caponcylindervalve
outletwheneverthecylinderisnotinuse.Only
install thetypeofdustcaponthecylindervalve
outletthatisprovidedwiththecylindervalve.Other
typesofcapsorplugsmayresultinleakageof
propane.
Ifthefollowinginformationisnotfollowed
exactly, afirecausingdeathorseriousinjurymayoccur.
