Place NIJADISTIL Water Distiller on a flat, dry and stable surface.
NIJADISTIL Water Distiller is intended to be used in household
and similar applications as:-
Beware of hot surfaces. Allow NIJADISTIL Water Distiller to cool
down before moving or cleaning any parts.
Do not remove cover or move NIJADISTIL Water Distiller while in
operation to avoid risk of injury with boiling and hot steam.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a special
cord or assembly available from the manufacturer or its service
agent.
Leave power cord unconnected when not in use.
NIJADISTIL Water Distiller is not intended to be operated by
means of an external timer or separate remote control system.
Never use NIJADISTIL Water Distiller without water in the boiler
tank.
It is recommended to regularly inspect NIJADISTIL Water Distiller.
Do not use the appliance if power cord, power plug or
appliance becomes damaged in anyway. Return the entire
appliance to NIJADISTIL Sdn Bhd for examination and/or repair.
Do not immerse any part of NIJADISTIL Water Distiller in water or
any other substance.
NIJADISTIL Water Distiller is not intended for use by persons
(including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or lack of experience or knowledge, unless they
have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of
the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with
NIJADISTIL Water Distiller.

HOW IT WORKS
NIJADISTIL Sdn Bhd
Distillation is the oldest and most natural way to purify
water. This machine replicates nature’s hydrological cycle
by heating water into steam, killing almost all bacteria,
viruses and pathogens that may exist in it. (1) The steam,
rises up into the condensation vent (2), leaving behind the
dead pathogens, heavy metals, dissolved salts and other
contaminants. (3) The steam condenses back into distilled
water in the cooling chamber which is ventilated by an
electric fan. (4) The distilled water trickles in drops into the
final steel nozzle (5), packed with activated coconut shell
charcoal to absorb any trace amounts of volatile organic
chemicals (VOCs) which may have a lower boiling point
then water. (6) The purified water is then collected in the
Collection Glass .

Wash the Collection Glass with detergent and rinse thoroughly with water.
Wash the interior of the Boiler Tank with detergent and rinse thoroughly with
water.
Fill the Boiler Tank with tap water until the Full Line. DO NOT OVERFILL.
Ensure the Filter Cup is locked in place (page 3) without the Carbon Filter.
Place the Cover and ensure the Cover Gasket is fitted properly (align with
the Boiler Tank rim and not tilted).
Plug in the Fan Cord into the Fan Cord Socket and plug in the Power Cord
(page 5).
Press reset button to turn on Distiller. Red indicator will light and Fan Motor
with start
After about 30 minutes, distilled water will begin to fill Collection Glass. The
cycle will complete in 3 hours, Distiller with turn off automatically when pot
is dry.
DISCARD the FIRST 4 Liter of distilled water.
Rinse interior of Boiler Tank thoroughly before refiling.
Insert the Carbon Filter into the Filter Cup (page 3, step 1-3).
The Distiller is ready for use.

Fill the Boiler Tank with tap water until the Full Line. DO NOT OVERFILL.
and ensure the Filter Cup is locked in place (page 3) with the Carbon
Filter.
Place the Cover and ensure the Cover Gasket is fitted properly (align
with the Boiler Tank rim and not tilted). Plug the Fan Cord into the Fan
Cord Socket and plug in the Power Cord.
Power Indicator will light and Fan Motor with start. After about 30
minutes, distilled water will begin to drip into the Collection Glass. The
cycle will complete in 3 hours, Distiller with turn off automatically
when Boiler Tank is dry.

CARE AND CLEANING
DESCALING
Unplug Boiler Tank, empty water and residue.
Pour enough hot water to cover scale in the Boiler Tank ( at least 2
cups) and 1 tablespoon (more depending the amount of scale) of
NIJADISTIL Descaling Agent. Stir to dissolve the Descaler.
Without covering the Boiler Tank, let stand for 2 hours or for best results
soak overnight.
Empty Boiler Tank and rinse thoroughly. Remove scale using soft
cleaning brush or scrub, scale should come off easily. If not, repeat
step 1 to 3 again.
The Boiler Tank should be descaled at least once (1) a month, or when
there are heavy deposits or residues.

CHANGING CARBON FILTER
Refer to instruction on Page 7 (Step 2) to remove and install the
Carbon Filter from the Filter Cap.
Add 2 tablespoon of Granular Activated Carbon to the filter bag.
Recommend to change Carbon Filter at least every 2 months.

OWNER’S LIMITED WARRANTY
NIJADISTIL warrants, to the original purchaser, this product against
defects in materials and workmanship, excluding the disposable
Carbon Filter, for a period of one (1) year from the date of
purchase. Defects or failures due to shipping/handling, improper
use or maintenance, including abuse or neglect, normal wear,
water conditions, accidents, alterations or modifications, or
unauthorized repair are specifically excluded from this warranty.
No dealer, distributor, agent, representative, or other person is
authorized to extend or expand this warranty.
NIJADISTIL is not responsible or liable for personal injury, property
damage, or incidental or consequential damages arising out of,
or in connection with, the use or performance of the product or
other damages with respect to loss of use or the use of this
product in anyway whatsoever. It is the responsiblity of the user to
ensure this product is installed in a location and used in a manner
that is appropriate for intended use.
NIJADISTIL will, as its option, replace or repair the defective part(s)
without charge, provided they are returned, transportation
prepaid by owner, to an authorized service facility or to the
address below. Please enclose a letter describing the problem,
copy of dated proof of purchase, and your name, address and
daytime telephone number.
This limited warranty does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Repair or replacement as provided under this warranty is the
exclusive remedy of the purchaser. This limited warranty is in lieu of
all other warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not
limited to, any implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for a
particular use or purpose.
