IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety
precautions should always be followed.
• Read all instructions carefully.
• To protect against fire, electric shock and personal injury, do not immerse cord,
plugs, or appliance in water or other liquid.
• Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
• Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning.
• Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance
malfunctions, or has been damaged in any manner.
• Return appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination,
repair or adjustment.
• The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance
manufacturer may result in fire, electric shock or personal injury.
• Do not use outdoors.
• Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
• Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
• Turn all control to “off” then remove plug from wall outlet.
• Do not use appliance for other than intended use.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR PURCHASE OF OUR H2O INTERNATIONAL PRODUCT.
• Place unit in a flat, well-ventilated location at least 10cm from wall or other appliances.
• Ensure electrical plug for unit is compatible with the voltage and hertz of your area and
that unit is properly grounded.
For best performance, do not place the unit near an oven, heater, direct sunlight or other
heat source.
SPECIAL PRODUCT INSTRUCTIONS:
These appliances are designed for either household or personal use. Each model is designed
to supply a certain maximum number of servings per hour. Please consult with your sales
representative or our Website for the proper H2O International unit for your specific needs.
Any servicing other than cleaning and user maintenance will violate the terms of this WARRANTY.
CAUTIONS:
• Do not immerse base in water or try to disassemble.
• To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, turn off power and unplug before
replacing bottle or before cleaning.
• Only Authorized service personnel should do repairs ( No user serviceable parts inside)
• Check voltage to be sure that the voltage indicated on the nameplate agrees with
your voltage.
• Use cold water only! Never use hot water to fill the water container.
• Never clean with scouring powders or abrasives.
• Keep the product away from direct sunlight.
• When the product is not in use for over a week, please let the remaining water out of
the lower filtered water reservoir.
• Please disassemble and clean the unit according to the directions after 2 months or approx
150 litres of water is used, or the water flow becomes less apparent.
• To avoid water leakage ensure water does not exceed the indicator “Fill lines”.
• Do not filter hot or boiling water through your filter bottle
• You may see a small amount of back particles in the top of the funnel at times, these are
small pieces of carbon from the filter. These carbon particles are food grade and are not
harmful. They will not impair the performance of your filter.
• Filter bottle is not dishwasher safe

USING THE H2O-GS/FB/3C TO FILTER WATER
WARNING: Do not use with water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown
quality without adequate disinfection before or after the system.
Step 1:
Before plugging unit in, thoroughly wash all removable parts (except filter cartridge) with warm
water and detergent before use. Rinse thoroughly.
Step 2:
Wash out the water cooler by filling the tank with water and flushing the water through the taps.
Repeat this process if necessary.
Step 3:
Put filter bottle together as shown on page (5). Make sure Filter bottle ring is placed on the unit,
and sit the filter bottle on top.
Step 4:
Prepare the filter cartridge as per Filter Replacement instructions on page (8).
Push filter cartridge firmly in place.
Step 5:
Pour 1-1.5L/ 34-52oz of water into unpurified water tank. Allow water to filter through to the
purified water tank and to chill reservoir tank within unit.
Note: First filtration will take longer than subsequent.
Step 6:
Add a further 1-1.5L/ 34- 52oz of water to completely fill the filter bottle. Do not exceed the
indicator fill lines.
Step 7:
Discard water from first fill through taps.
Step 8:
Repeat steps 5 & 6.
Step 9:
Place lid on top and set filter change dial to indicate the month of your installation. This device
will then indicate at ‘Replace’ mark the recommended month in which you should replace
the filter cartridge. We recommend changing the filter approximately every 2 months or after
dispensing 150L / 40 gallons of water.
Step 10:
Plug in unit, turn on rear power switch. Allow unit to cool water then use.
Note: Once water has been chilled unit will go into a low power mode and chilled light will dim.

USING THE H2O-GSB3C WITH BOTTLES
The Premier desktop water cooler suits all commercial spring water bottles and most retail bottles.
WARNING: Do not use perishable or carbonated beverages in cooler.
Step 1:
Make sure the adaptor with probe is fitted to the unit.
To Fit: Place adaptor on unit and turn counter clockwise. Ensure adaptor is locked
in place. To fit the probe into the adaptor screw in place.
To Remove: Turn adaptor clockwise and lift.
Step 2:
Quickly and carefully invert the bottle over the probe.
Note: Commercial bottles with perforated caps can be loaded without removing the cap.
For all other bottles please ensure cap is removed before inverting the bottle over the probe.
Step 3:
Plug in unit and turn on rear power switch. Allow unit to cool water, then use.
Note: Once water has been chilled in tank, unit will go into a low power mode and chill
light will dim.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
In the interest of good hygiene always make sure the adaptor, probe and unit is thoroughly
washed out after using flavored beverages.

Cleaning and User maintenance
WARNING: Before cleaning unit turn off power and unplug unit.
It is recommended the unit is disassembled and cleaned every 2 months.
If cooler hasn’t been used for more than 3 days, discard water from tank and flush out unit.
Wash all removable parts thoroughly with warm water and detergent. Rinse well.
Step 1:
Remove bottle. Mix a teaspoon of bi-carb soda with warm water approx. 1L/ 34oz,
pour in cooler until the tank reservoir is full. Leave for 3 hours, overnight preferred.
Step 2:
Pour bi-carb solution out of the tank and flush with water.
Step3:
The tank can be wiped clean with a soft cloth. To clean the tank, carefully remove the plastic
water divider plate. Be careful when replacing the water divider plate, do not force into place.
Note: The water divider plate is used to separate the chilled and room temperature water. If this
plate is removed the unit will not function at its optimum.
Step 4: Ensure filter cartridge is replaced every 2 months or after dispensing 150L/ 40 Gallons of
water. See Filter replacement below.
FILTER REPLACEMENT FOR H2O-GS/FB/3C
It is recommended that you replace the filter cartridge every 2 months or after dispensing
approximately 150L / 40 Gallons of water.
Replace with H2O Filters- Model H2O-FC/GS/FB/3C
1. Soak new filter in cold water for 20 minutes.
Before soaking, hold cartridge under water and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
2. Insert filter into unpurified water tank of filter bottle.
3. Discard first 4 glasses of filtered water.
Record the month you replace the filter cartridge on the filter change dial.

YOUR H2O International 12 MONTH REPLACEMENT WARANTY
& WATER CHILLER WARRANTY REGISTRATION
H2O International warrants this appliance to the first purchaser as follows and subject to the
stated conditions:
Any fault in the appliance occurring with in the first twelve months from the date of purchase
(3 months commercial use) will be repaired or the unit will be replaced at our discretion.
CONDITIONS OF THIS WARRANTY
1. This appliance must be installed in accordance with the User’s Manual.
2. The Warranty extends only to repairing or replacing any component that proves to
be defective in material or workmanship.
3. The Warranty does not cover defects occasioned by misuse, alterations or accident.
4. In the unlikely event of malfunction of our product please phone our customer service
line for advice on 0800 49 28 37 in South Africa or take it to your nearest Service
Centre. Alternatively, simply return the faulty appliance to your place of purchase,
along with your purchase receipt.
To enable us to register your warranty and provide service should a problem occur,
we recommend you fill out the section below and return it to us immediately.
