A PiMag Sport Bottle is the intelligent alternative
to commercial bottled water. It gives you several
months’ supply of drinking water for only pennies
a gallon. Using a PiMag Sport Bottle ensures that
your drinking water is fresh and filtered every
time — unlike some bottled products which are
merely tap water in expensive packaging.
A PiMag Sport Bottle is ecologically superior as well.
The bottle shell is a food-grade, safe polymer that is
fully biodegradable. The replaceable filter and
drinking spout make it reusable instead of a single-
use, disposable product. Using a PiMag Sport Bottle
makes a significant contribution to protecting our
environment and our natural resources.

FILTRATION TECHNOLOGY
The PiMag Sport Bottle features a unique filter
system, designed to reduce a variety of aesthetic
and health-related contaminants.
The patent-pending composite microfilter
contains activated carbon, zeolite and alkalizing
media. It has an extended effective life, allowing
repeated refilling for regular daily use. This
exclusive technology is offered by Nikken in a
practical, portable Sport Bottle form.
In independent laboratory testing, this product
meets or exceeds the contaminant reduction
specified for national water quality certification:

The contaminants or other substances removed or
reduced by this water treatment device are not
necessarily in your water. Use only on municipally treated

PIMAG WATER TECHNOLOGY
The PiMag Sport Bottle includes magnetic and pi
elements. Corrosion-protected magnets provide a
magnetic field surrounding the direction of flow.
The pi material contributes natural minerals. It also
increases water alkalinity to help balance pH.
Pi water, the "water of life" was discovered over
30 years ago in Asia, during research on plant
growth cycles. PiMag technology incorporated in
the Sport Bottle makes it possible to take a supply
of this water anywhere.
GREEN TECHNOLOGY
The bottle shell is molded from non-leaching DPE
resin, that contains no BPA (bisphenol), DEHA or
DEHP. So there’s no cause for concern regarding
these potentially hazardous chemical compounds.
The bottle shell is recyclable where recycling
facilities exist for DPE (#4) plastics, and may be
used in new material. Please contact your local
municipal authority to see if recycling of DPE
(#4) plastics is available in your area. If discarded
into an active microbial environment, it is
formulated to biodegrade completely. The resin
that forms the bottle shell is designed to break
down into natural biomass that contributes to the
environment by providing soil nutrients.
Other components of the PiMag Sport Bottle —
cap, drinking tube and filter assembly — are
produced in recyclable polymer, and are free of
potentially harmful leachable chemicals.

RECOMMENDED REPLACEMENT INTERVAL
For best results, replace filter assembly after 250
fills or 2-3 months of daily use. Filter life may vary
depending on source water clarity and other factors.
Replace the drinking spout as needed.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
IMPORTANT: PiMag Sport Bottle should be cleaned
before first use, to remove dust and debris from
manufacturing and shipping.
1. Unscrew the cap from bottle.
2. Unscrew the filter assembly from the cap.
3. Rinse the bottle, cap, spout and filter with cold
water for at least 30 seconds before each use. DO
NOT use detergent or soap.
4. Align the threaded tip of the filter with the
opening in the underside of the cap, and screw in
clockwise to install. Tighten until firm, but do not
overtighten.
5. Fill the bottle with cold tap water up to the fill line.
6. Replace the cap. Attach firmly but do not overtighten.
7. Extend the drinking spout.
8. Hold the bottle so that the spout is pointing
downward. Squeeze the bottle to expel contents.
9. Repeat filling and emptying until water runs clear.

When ready to use, fill the bottle with water and
replace the cap. To drink from the bottle, extend the
drinking spout, tip the bottle up and squeeze while
using the spout as you would a drinking straw.
When the PiMag Sport Bottle will not be used for an
extended period of time, disassemble the
components and allow the filter to air dry. Re-
assemble the bottle and store for future use. Before
using again, repeat steps 5-8 with a few ounces or
ml of chlorinated water.
REPLACING THE DRINKING SPOUT
The drinking spout may be removed and replaced
when desired. To remove it from the cap, grasp the
tip of the spout and gently push sideways to release
the ball end from its socket. A new spout can then
be snapped into place. Do not displace the ring seal
that is placed under the spout.
IMPORTANT CARE INSTRUCTIONS
For cleaning, the bottle shell may be hand
washed. Clean the filter assembly ON Y by rinsing
with water.
• DO NOT place the bottle in the freezer. When
water freezes, it expands and could damage the
bottle and/or filter.
• DO NOT fill the bottle with anything other than
water. Never use soap or detergent to clean the
filter. After cleaning the bottle, rinse thoroughly.
• DO NOT fill with hot water.
• DO NOT put the filter or bottle in a dishwasher.
• DO NOT place in a microwave oven.
• DO NOT use with saltwater.
CAUTION: If you use an electronic medical device such
as a pacemaker, or have a magnetically sensitive surgical
implant, do not use magnetic products. Women in the first
trimester of pregnancy or anyone who has a health problem
should first consult a physician before use.
