cleaner, cautionwetfloor”caution
signage.
Attachthebasegrindingdisctothe
grindingdischolder(firstusethe
grindingdiscwithsmallestgranularity
(thesmallerthegranularitynumber,the
coarserthedisc)) andthenfititontothe
machine. Fill the tankwithwater.
Turnonthemachine, putcleanwateron
thefloor.Grindslowlyandevenly.
Remove thewateronthestonesurface
usingawindowsqueegee.Repeatthe
procedureasrequireduntilthereare no
marksonthefloor.
Pickup thepowderthoroughlyusing
wet/dryvacuumcleaner,andreplace
thegrindingdiscwith thenextlarger
granularity.Usetheabovedirections,
andcontinuegrindinguntiltheresultis
acceptable.
ThefloorMUSTbecleanedthoroughly
beforebeginningthecrystallization
process.
Caution,Makesure thereisnosandon
thefloor.Thegrindingdiscshouldbe
installeduniformly.Besuretogrind
slowlyandevenlywithenoughwater.
Youmustcompletelyremovethe
powderfromthelastprocessbefore
beginningnextprocess.Immediately
cleanthefloorwiththevacuumcleaner,
replacethe grindingdiscfromcoarsely
granulartofinelygranular.Youcan’t
skipsteps.There iscoarsegrind,
half-finishinggrindandfinishinggrind,
Duringfinishinggrind, ifyoufeel
resistance,youcanreducethequantity
ofgrinding.
2)Crystallizationprocess.
Prepare thefollowingtoolsanditems:

shiningplasm,orcrystallizationpowder.
Fitthepaddriverontothemachine,
thenattach thefiberpad(steelpad).
Turnonthemachine,grindandspray
K2chemicalsimultaneously.Applythe
chemicalontheflooruniformly,and
thensprayK3chemical.Rubtoahigh
glossandenterthenextarea.Ifusing
thecrystallizationpowder,youcanmix
thepowderwithwaterandthenspray
thisdirectlytothefloor.
Caution:It’sbestifthere isnowax
applicationonthe floor.The floorMUST
befreeofwateranddirt. Thecolorof
thepadiswhite(orcolorless).Replace
padifdirty.
