ASSEMBLY
SPACING GUIDES
Key Tips:
Build the unit from the ground up
Ensure you have adequate space
Count the grooves on the post to assist in
locating the correct spot for the clips & knuckles
There are a mixture of single and double grooves
200mm Trays
Place the knuckle on the 9th groove above the bottom H bar, then continue
9 grooves up again to place an addition 200mm tray etc.
If adding 100ml trays above a 200ml tray add the knuckle to the 6th groove
up from the last knuckle placement.
100mm Trays
Place the knuckle on the 6th groove up from the bottom H Bar, then
continue up every 6th groove to place additional 100mm trays.
Castors
To make a 60-40 unit mobile unscrew the feet from the posts and simply
screw in the castors. Ensure break castors are positioned on the front two
posts of the unit.

H-BARS & C-BARS
1. Measure the desired height of where the bottom H-Bar
will sit on one of the posts.
*Recommended height is 250mm clearance off the floor.
2. Position the black clip onto the groove on the post
closest to the desired height.
*The grooves are spaced at 1 inch intervals on the posts.
3. Click the black clips closed over the post above the
desired groove and pull in a downward motion until you
feel the line on the clip locate inside the groove.
4. Repeat steps 1 –3 for all posts required for the frame.
Make sure the black clips are in the same spot on each
post.
4. Lay the first H-Bar on its side. Make sure the H-Bar is the
correct way up. The logo will face up on the collars when
upright.
5. Slide the first post, top end first, into the bottom of the
collar on the H-Bar.

5
6. Slide it all the way along until the collar surrounds the
black clip on the upper end of the post.
7. Repeat steps 4 –6 on all remaining posts.
8. Once all the black clips are securely in the collars of
the H-Bar, stand the unit up.
9. The C-Bar will sit on the 3rd line above the 9th double
groove –measuring from the ground upwards. Place the
black clips at this spacing.
10. Following steps 2 –4 clip the black clips onto the posts
at the same height.
11. Lower the C-Bar down with posts sitting inside each
collar until the collars of the C-Bar surround the black
clips on the upper end of the posts.
*The cross bar needs to be at the back of the unit.

6
12. Locate the final set of black clips on the top of the
posts for the final H-Bar. Follow steps 2 –4.
13. Lower the H-Bar down with the posts sitting inside the
collars until the collars of the H-Bar surround the clips on
the upper end of the posts.
14. If necessary, use a rubber mallet to tap each corner
with a downward motion to secure the collar over the
clip
15. This now gives you the framework for your high-density
unit.

RAIL SETS
Rail sets will be packaged with corresponding front and back knuckles. To check the correct installation, hold the rail up
to the unit –the runner and stopper should face inward. This runner will hold the tray in the unit.
1. Take the first knuckle from the set
2. Open the knuckle by pushing the clip on the knuckle’s
side back until it releases.
3. Once open you will see the locating line on the inside
of the knuckle. This is to be located on the groove on the
post.
4. At the desired height for your first tray, place the
knuckle above the appropriate groove on the post.
*The first knuckle must be at least 2 grooves the post
below the H-Bar.
5. Slide the knuckle down post until the locating line on
the knuckle locates into the groove on the post then
close the knuckle around the post. Make sure the stopper
on the knuckle faces inward.
6. Ensure the end of the knuckle faces the opposite post
(front/back) and the stopper face in.
Repeat this process for the rear knuckle.

8
7. Take the rail and place this over the 2 ends facing
toward each other and slide over the top of these ends.
8. Once sitting on the knuckle pull the rail down, close to
each knuckle, to clip the rail over the knuckles securely.
You should feel a click when it does connect.
9. Repeat steps 1-8 for each rail set. Make sure the
knuckles are applied to the correct grooves on each
post to ensure a level and secure fit of the rails.
10. Check that your spacing is accurate and slide your
trays into the rails.

9
TRAY ASSEMBLY
1. Place two long side panels down on flat surface with
the lip sections facing up and on the outer edge.
2. Place the two short panels over the long panels so they
overlap the long edges.
3. Lay the wire ring on the inner section of the lips on the
plastic sides.
4. Pull the sides in so that the wire ring sits closer to the
securing clips.
5. Lift the inner side of the long edges to a standing
position and all the sides should lift at the same time.
6. Adjust the teeth of the tray sides so that the teeth
interlock with each other correctly. The corner should be
smooth after the teeth are located.

10
7. Push the ring into the securing clips ensuring that the
ring is pushed and clipped into each securing clip.
8. Flip the tray over and place the blue mesh base into
the bottom of the tray.
9. Ensure the round edge of the blue mesh base is facing
up.
10. Clip the connection points of the base into the
securing clips on the lower edges of the tray side panels.
