General Safety

Use of DP-700C drywall sander
DUST COLLECTOR
The grinding machine was equipped with a dust bag to keep clean the work area. The dust bag should
be attached to the opening of the rear panel. To ensure optimum accuracy, the dust bags are emptied
regularly.
TO GO TO THE FOLLOWING:
•The dust bag can easily turn and pull out of the dust bag holder.
• Remove the dust bag in a suitable place empty.
•The dust bag holder on the press until it clicks.
Note: The dust extraction works only with the use of perforated sanding sheets.
SANDING SHEET CHANGE
Tightened before mounting an abrasive blade always remove the power plug.
The Velcro attachment for grinding the blade simplifies the sanding sheet changes
Simply pull off the sanding sheet.
The new sanding sheet at the center of the grinding plate and lay press on. With a coarse abrasive (grit
50) in general, the majority of the material is removed. For the finishing touch then a fine abrasive (120
grit) is used.
GRINDING PLATE CHANGE
If the Velcro mounting is worn, the sanding plate can be changed.

The device is equipped with carbon brushes. The device switches off when the wear
reaches the carbon brushes on a determined level.
The carbon brushes have exchanged only by qualified service personnel.

If the power supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or
similarly qualified person in order to avoid hazards.
Environmental protection
