This document lists the contents included in the box as well as the assembly instructions for this product.
Kindly take your time to identify the hardware and individual components. We highly recommend placing
the hardware and components atop a soft, carpeted and/or padded surface to protect the product and your
property during assembly.

CLEAN AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- Do not dispose of any packaging contents until assembly is completed to avoid accidentally discarding
hardware or components.
- Place all hardware and components atop a soft, carpeted and/or padded surface area to protect the product and
your property during assembly.
- Tighten screws and components every three (3) to six (6) months.
- Over time, air and sunlight may change the colour of the fabric (fading). To prevent fading, avoid placing the
bed in direct sunlight.

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
- If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return of a brand new - unopened and
unassembled - product within 30 days of receipt of your delivery. The unopened and unassembled item must be
in its original condition and packaging. Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment. Returns
are subject to delivery and/or restocking fees.
WARRANTY
Thank you for purchasing your new Noa Home product. We hold ourselves to the highest standards of product quality
and are confident you’ll be pleased with your purchase. All products are carefully inspected prior to shipment. Our
products carry a one (1) year warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty applies to household use
only of our products. The product warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, discoloration, misuse,
shrinkage or abusive wear.
PLEASE NOTE: If you notice that your product or its individual components are damaged upon unboxing, please
notify us in writing by email at [email protected] within three (3) days of receipt of your delivery. In order to
process a replacement part request, we will require photos of the damaged component(s) *BEFORE* they have been
used for assembly. Claims made after three (3) days of receipt of delivery are subject to fees.
***IMPORTANT***: All claims relating to damaged components and products must be made BEFORE assembly
of the product.

IMPORTANT
• This product is intended only for seating one person at a time.
• Do not use this chair as a step stool / ladder.
• Do not sit on any part of the chair except the seat.
• Avoid use on uneven surfaces.
• Do not use unless all bolts, screws and knobs are properly tightened.
• Every 3-6 months, please make sure that all bolts, screws and knobs are fully tightened.

Press the casters into the holes at the
end of each leg of the base.
Insert the bottom end of the gas lift
into the center hole of the base.
Attach armrests to the seat cushion.
Insert 6 armrest screws, washers and
thick washers (A, E & G) into the
pre-drilled holes as shown in the
diagram above.
Tighten securely with the Allen key
(H).
Place the seat cushion face down on a
flat surface.
Attach mechanism to the seat cushion
by inserting a total of 4 mechanism
screws (2 x B / 2 x C) and 2 thick
washers (G).
Tighten securely with the Allen key
(H).
Attach the backrest to the seat
cushion.
Insert 3 back attachment screws and
washers (D & F) into the 3 pre-drilled
holes.
Turn the assembled seat upright and
locate the center hole of the
mechanism over the seat post.
Push down firmly until the connection
to the gas lift is secure.

OPERATING USE
Arm height adjustment
The armrest may be adjusted upwards
or downwards. It may be rotated as
well.
Seat height adjustment
While seated, pull the lever on the right
side of the seat upwards and hold it
while raising, or lowering, the seat to
change the height.
When the lever is released, the seat
height is locked. The seat height
adjustment range is approximately
3.54’’.
Back tilt adjustment
The lever on the left side of the side
allows the backrest to tilt and/or lock.
