Product Safety Information
Intended Use
The 313A Sander is designed for both light and heavy
sanding jobs such as roughing body filler, removing rust,
and smoothing welds. The 314A Polisher/Buffer is
designed for buffing and polishing paint, metal, and
plastic surfaces to a high-gloss finish.

Product Lubrication
Always use an air line lubricator with these tools.
Part number for correct Filter-Regulator-Lubricator (FRL)
by Air Inlet Thread Type.

Parts and Maintenance
When the life of the tool has expired, it is recommended
that the tool be disassembled, degreased and parts be
separated by material so that they can be recycled.
The original language of this manual is English.
Tool repair and maintenance should only be carried out
by an authorized Service Center.
Refer all communications to the nearest Ingersoll-Rand
Office or Distributor.
After every 8 hours of operation, remove the Bearing Housing (11a) and
lubricate the Pinion (8b) and Pinion Gear (8a) with 30 cm3 of
Ingersoll-Rand No. 28 Grease.

Before starting the tool, unless an air line lubricator is used, detach the air
hose and inject about 1.5 cc of Ingersoll-Rand No. 10 Oil into the air inlet.

Verwendungszweck
Die Schleifmaschine 313A wurde sowohl für leichte als
auch für schwere Schleifarbeiten wie das Schruppen von
Karosseriefüllern, das Entfernen von Rost und das Glätten

314A wurde für das Schwabbeln und Polieren von Lack-,

Teile und Wartung
Zur Entsorgung ist das Werkzeug vollständig zu
demontieren, zu entfetten und nach Materialarten
getrennt der Wiederverwertung zuzuführen.

Die Werkzeug-Reparatur und -Wartung darf nur von einem
autorisierten Wartungszentrum durchgeführt werden.
Wenden Sie sich bei Rückfragen an Ihre nächste
Ingersoll-Rand Niederlassung oder den autorisierten
Fachhandel.
Nach jeweils 8 Betriebsstunden das Lagergehäuse (11a) abnehmen und das
Ritzel (8b) und Ritzelrad (8a) mit 30 cm3Ingersoll-Rand-Fett Nr. 28
einfetten.

Wird kein Leitungsöler verwendet, vor der Inbetriebnahme das Werkzeug von
der Druckluftversorgung abschalten und ungefähr 1,5 ccm Ingersoll-Rand
Öl Nr.10 in den Lufteinlaß geben.
