OPERATION
1. BATTERY INSTALLATION
Lay Timer face down and lift up stand. Slide open
battery cover door .Remove the plastic battery
activation strip to activate battery. Digits on front of
timer will appear
2. START/ STOP BUTTON
1. Press Start/Stop button to begin the countdown/
count-up
2. Press Start/Stop again to stop countdown/
count-up.
3. MIN/SEC BUTTON
Press MIN /SEC button to set minutes or seconds
for countdown.
4. RESET TIMER
Press Min and Sec Buttons simultaneously to clear
last setting memory and get back to zero for count
up mode.
5. Fast Forward
Press and HOLD MIN or SEC button to fast
forward numbers.
ALL OPERATIONAL DIFFICULTIES
If this timer does not function properly for any rea-
son, please replace battery with a new high-quality
battery (see “Battery Replacement” section). Low
battery power can occasionally cause any number
of “apparent” operational difculties. Replacing
battery with a new fresh battery will solve most
difculties.
BATTERY REPLACEMENT
An incorrect or weak display, no display, or oper-
ational difculties indicate that the battery should
be replaced. To open BATTERY COMPARTMENT,
slide BATTERY COMPARTMENT DOOR on back
of unit in the direction of arrow. Remove exhausted
battery and replace with any new 1.5 V button cell
LR44 battery in appropriate positions to agree with
polarity symbols (+ and -) in battery compartment.
Replace battery cover.
