The"OVER"buttonisa manualoverrideswitch.Thetimerstatuscanbechangedby
pressingthe"OVER"button.
Tooverrideprogramexecutionstatus,simplypress"OVER"keytoswitchtheoutput
statusinthesequenceof
AUTOOFF->ON->AUTOON->OFF
IfthepresenttimerstatusisAUTOONandyouwouldliketochangeittoAUTOOFF,just
presstheOVER"buttontochangethestatustoAUTOOFF.ThetimerwillbeinAUTOOFF
statusuntilthenextONstartingcommand.
IfthepresenttimerstatusisAUTOOFFandyouwouldliketochangeittoAUTOON,just

7.CountdownSetting(Upto24hours)
Thetimerhasa countdownfunction.Thisallowsa fixedperiod(e.g.2 hours)tobe
entered,thenwhenthecountdown(CTD)buttonispressed,thetimerwillswitchonfor
thesetperiodandthenswitchoff.Thecountdownperiodcanbesetasfollows:

Pressing"CTD"keyagainwillre-startthecountdown.(TheOver"buttonhasnoeffect
duringcountdown.)
Oncethecountdownhasterminatedandyouwouldliketogobacktothecurrenttimescreen,
justpressthe"TIME"key.
8.RandomONandOFFTimes
Thetimerhasa randomfunction,whichwillcauseanyprogrammesalreadysettobe
delayedbybetween2 and32minutes(atrandom),sothattheproductundercontroldoes
notcomeonandgooffatthesametimeseveryday.
Pressingthe"RND"buttonactivatestheRandomfunction.Thedisplaywillindicate"|RNT3".
Iftherandomfeatureisuseditisrecommendedthatthetimeintervalbetweenthe"ON"and
"OFF"settingsbeatleast33minutes,otherwise,itispossiblethattheprogrammemaybe
missedaltogether.TheRandomsettingcanbecancelledbypressingthe"RND"button.
Thenthe|RNDjsignwilldisappear.
Note:Randommodewillonlyworkifatleastoneprogrammehasalreadybeenset.
9.OneHourAdvanceForBritishSummerTime
Whilstholdingdownthe"TIME"key,pressthe"<—"button,
hourandthedisplaywillshow(+1h)sign.Thecurrenttimewilladvanceone
Tocancelthe"advanceonehour"setting,holddownthe"TIME"keyandpressthe"<-
button.The"+1h"signwilldisappear.
10.12Hrs(AM/PM)and24HrClockdisplaychangeover
Pressandholdthe"TIME"buttonforaboutthreeseconds.ThetimewillchangefromAM/PM
modeto24Hrsmode(orviceversa).
