Checks / maintenance
1. Regularly check that the door still operates correctly, the lifting cables must run freely.
Check components and parts for wear. Pay particular attention to:
• various fasteners • the track system
• hinges + rollers • drive components (chain, cables and chain tensioner)
• the door leaf
2. Regularly clean the door leaf with copious amounts of water and a mild (non-caustic)
cleaning agent.
3. In the event of breakdowns, problems and questions,
please always contact a specialised door company.
Exercise extreme caution in the event of a cable or chain breakage!
• immobilise the door
• block access to the area around the door
• inform/warn users / company operating the door / authorised persons
• inform specialised door company

These instructions must be strictly adhered to in order to prevent injury and avoid material damage.
These instructions apply to sectional doors in combination with all track system types and an electric drive with impulse operation.

1. Caution! Only use this control button
when nobody/no objects are in the area
of the door.
2. Briey press the ‘open’ ( )button and
the door will move to the fully open
position

the door will move to the fully closed

3. Caution, risk of pinching/crushing!
The bottom safety edge does not
operate for technical reasons in the
lowest area of door movement
(approximately 20 - 40 mm).

Stop! button
Emergency opening and closing
Using the ‘stop’ ( ), button stops door
movement throughout the range of travel.
Caution! Only use this control button when nobody/no objects are in the area of the door.
Switch o the electric drive (switch o the power supply) and secure the motor to ensure that it cannot be switched back on
without authorisation. Pulling the cord with the red label (1) engages the emergency chain hoist. You can use the emergency chain
hoist to open (2) or close (3) the door to any required height. As soon as you can operate the door again in the normal manner, you
disengage the emergency chain hoist by pulling the cord with the green label (4). The electric drive can now be used again.
