2.Setting
CAUTION

·Do not connect or disconnect the hose or handpiece until air pressure has
completely stopped.
·Follow the instrument manufacturer’s instructions.
·This coupling can connect with a hose with light and ISO
Standard 4 hole.(Fig.1)If it connects with a hose without light
function, the light terminal will deform and it will become a
cause of failure.
Ensure the handpiece is attached tightly to the
coupling.

1)To connect, align and insert carefully and firmly the pin of the coupling into the pin holes
of the hose, and fasen the hose nut securely.

3. Controlling Water Supply (PTL-CL-LED III, KCL-LED,SCL-LED)
Water supply is controlled by turning the Water Adjustment Ring.
PTL-CL-LED III Water Adjustment Ring can rotate both sides. Flooding decreases when it turns
to back side or front side start to mark keep the mark. When the Water Adjustment Ring is
turned 180 degree, water supply stop. (Refer to Fig.4 PTL-CL-LED III)
KCL-LED,SCL-LED Water Adjustment Ring can rotate back side to decrese the water
supply.(Refer to Fig.4 KCL-LED,SCL-LED)
CAUTION
Ensure the handpiece is attached tightly and properly to the coupling. Do not pull the
connector ring during air pressure supply. If the connector ring pulled during air
pressure supply, handpiece may fly away.
(2)Disconnecting
1)To disconnect, pull back the connector ring and gently pull out.
2)Losen the hose nut and gently pull out the hose.

5. Non-Retraction Valve
A Non-Retraction Valve is equipped in the Coupling Joint, which shuts off the water retraction
right at the handpiece head, to prevent oral fluids sucked into the water line. (Fig. 5)
To replace the valve, remove the back-end gasket. Pull and remove the water tube, and
replace the Non-Retraction Valve.
CAUTION
·Do not wipe with, or clean or immerse in, high acid water or sterilizing solutions.
·Do not connect or disconnect the hose or handpiece until the drive motor has
completely stopped.
After each use, clean the surface of the coupling with brush etc. (Do not use metal brush), and
wipe it with the cotton moist with disinfecting alcohol.

(1)Connecting
To connect, align and insert carefully and firmly the pin of the coupling cap into the pin
holes of the coupling, and turn the ring until you hear the noise “Click”.

(2)Approach in the use of coupling cap

As for protection against dust
During the sterilization, when coupling is removed from handpiece, the inside of coupling
be exposed and garbage, various germs, should enter, It is not sanitarily good, therefore
use it as a protection-against-dust cap.

2. Einstellung

·Den Schlauch oder das Handstück nicht anschließen oder abtrennen, solange der
Luftdruck nicht komplett weggenommen wurde.
·Befolgen Sie die Anweisung des Geräteherstellers.
·Diese Kupplung kann an einen Lichtschlauch mit Loch nach
ISO-Standard 4 angeschlossen werden (Abb. 1).
·Beim Anschluß an einen Schlauch ohne Lichtfunktion verformt sich
das Lichtende, was zu Defekten führt.
Vergewissern Sie sich, daß das Handstück fest und
ordnungsgemäß an der Kupplung befestigt wurde.
(1)Anschließen
1)Stecken Sie die Stifte der Kupplung vorsichtig und richtig ausgerichtet in die Löcher des
Schlauchs und ziehen Sie die Schlauchmutter fest an (Abb. 3). Ziehen Sie die Schlauchmutter
an, benutzen Sie die beigefügte Kupplungskappe (PTL-CL-LED/PTL-CL-LED III)

2)Stecken Sie das Handstück gerade in die Kupplung, bis es
hörbar einrastet.
· In der energiesparenden und langlebigen LED wird keine Hitze erzeugt.
· Kann die Wassermenge mittels Wassereinstellring anpassen. (PTL-CL-LED III, KCL-LED,
SCL-LED)
· Stromzufuhr für die Beleuchtung ist von der Polarität unabhängig. Eine Vielzahl von Einheiten
kann verwendet werden.
· Eingebautes Rückschlagventil, das den Rückfluß von Wasser verhindert.

3. Regelung der Wasserzufuhr (PTL-CL-LED III, KCL-LED,SCL-LED)
Die Wasserzufuhr wird durch Drehen des Wassereinstellrings geregelt.
PTL-CL-LED III Der Wassereinstellring rotiert beidseitig. Der Wasserstrom verringert sicht,
wenn der Ring nach hinten gedreht wird. Wird der Wassereinstellring um 180 Grad gedreht,
fließt kein Wasser. (Siehe Abb. 4 PTL-CL-LED III)
KCL-LED,SCL-LED Der Wassereinstellring kann nach hinten gedreht werden, um den
Wasserstrom zu verringern. (siehe Abb. 4 KCL-LED,SCL-LED).
VORSICHT
· Vergewissern Sie sich, daß das Handstück fest und ordnungsgemäß an der
Kupplung befestigt wurde. Ziehen Sie nicht am Anschlußring, wenn noch Luft
anliegt. Wird der Anschlußring abgezogen, während noch Luft anliegt, kann das
Handstück wegfliegen.
· Ziehen Sie nicht am Anschlußring, wenn noch Luft anliegt. Wird der Anschlußring

den Anschluß, indem Sie leicht an dem Handstück ziehen.
(2)Trennen
1)Zum Trennen den Anschlußring zurück- und vorsichtig herausziehen.

Diese Kupplung kann nicht im Autoklav sterilisiert werden.

Die Kupplungsdichtung ist mit einem Rückschlagventil versehen, das den Wasserrückfluß
direkt am Handstückkopf abwehrt, so daß vermieden wird, daß Mundflüssigkeit in die
Wasserleitung gesaugt wird.
Entfernen Sie zum Austauschen des Ventils die Dichtung am hinteren Ende. Ziehen Sie die
Wasserleitung ab und entfernen Sie das Rückschlagventil (Abb. 5).
VORSICHT
·Nicht mit Säuren oder Sterilisationslösungen abwischen, reinigen oder darein
eintauchen.
·Den Schlauch oder das Handstück nicht anschließen oder abtrennen, solange der
Antriebsmotor nicht komplett zum Stillstand gekommen ist.
Reinigen Sie nach jedem Gebrauch die Oberfläche der Kupplung mit einer Bürste o. ä. (keine
Drahtbürste)und wischen Sie sie mit etwas Alkohol ab.

(2)Gebrauch der Kupplungskappe
Als Anweisungsschlüssel.
Wenn die Kupplung an einen Schlauch angeschlossen ist, nutzen Sie sie als Schutz der
Kupplung.
Als Schutzvorrichtung gegen Staub
Wenn während der Sterilisation die Kupplung vom Handstück entfernt wird, liegt die
Kupplung frei und können Rückstände, Staub, Keime usw. eindringen. Verwenden Sie die
Kappe als Schutzkappe gegen Staub, um diese unhygienische Situation zu vermeiden.

un distributeur agréé.
·Veillez à ce que l’instrument ne soit soumis à aucun impact. Ne le faites pas tomber.

complètement arrêté.
·Consultez le mode d’emploi du cordon avant de connecter la pièce à main.
·N’essayez pas de recourir à un nettoyage hydrothermique ou de rincer dans de l’eau. Cela pourrait
générer un dysfonctionnement ou un choc électrique.
·Suivez les instructions du fabricant de l’instrument.

2. Réglage

·Ne connectez ou ne déconnectez pas la turbine ou son cordon avant que le moteur ne
soit complètement arrêté, donc plus de pression d’air.
·Suivez les instructions du fabricant de l’instrument.
·Ce raccord peut être connecté avec un cordon lumière et un cordon
ISO 4. (Fig.1)S’il est connecté à un cordon non lumière, le terminal
d'éclairage se déformera et causera des dysfonctionnements.
Veillez à ce que la turbine soit bien attachée au raccord.

1)Pour connecter, alignez et insérez correctement et fermement la broche du raccord
dans les orifices de broche du cordon et fixez bien l’embout du cordon (Fig.3).

2)Insérez la turbine dans le raccord en ligne droite,

KCL-LED, SCL-LED)
· L’alimentation pour l’éclairage ne tient pas compte de la polarité. Vous pouvez utiliser
plusieurs autres types de raccords.
· La valve anti-retour qui empêche le retour de l'eau est intégrée.

3. Contrôle de l’arrivée d’eau (PTL-CL-LED III, KCL-LED,SCL-LED)
Vous pouvez contrôler l’arrivée d’eau en tournant la bague de débit d’eau.
PTL-CL-LED III La bague de débit d’eau peut tourner dans les deux sens. Le débit diminue
lorsqu’elle tourne. Si la bague de débit d'eau est pivotée à 180°, l'alimentation en eau sera
interrompue. (Cf. Fig.4 PTL-CL-LED III)
KCL-LED,SCL-LED La bague de débit d’eau peut pivoter vers l’arrière pour diminuer le débit
en eau (Cf. Fig.4 KCL-LED,SCL-LED).
AVERTISSEMENT
· Veillez à ce que la turbine soit bien attachée au raccord.
· Ne tirez PAS l’anneau du connecteur pendant l'alimentation de pression d'air. Si
l’anneau du connecteur est tiré pendant l’alimentation de pression d’air, la turbine
pourrait s’échapper. Pour vérifier la bonne connexion après avoir connecté la
turbine, tirez légèrement sur celle-ci pour vous assurer qu’elle est bien connectée
au raccord.
(2)Déconnecter
1)Pour déconnecter, retirez l'anneau du connecteur et tirez légèrement.
2)Desserrez l'embout du cordon et sortez légèrement le cordon.

5. Valve de Non-Retour
Une valve de non-retour est intégrée dans le joint du raccord et empêche la rétraction de
l’eau à la tête de la turbine pour éviter l’introduction des fluides oraux dans l’arrivée d’eau.
Pour remplacer la valve, enlevez le dernier joint. Tirez et enlevez l’arrivée d’eau et remplacez
la valve de non-retour.(Fig. 5).
AVERTISSEMENT
·N’essuyez pas, ne nettoyez pas ou n’immergez pas dans de l’eau très acide ou des
solutions de stérilisation.
·Ne connectez ou ne déconnectez pas la turbine ou le cordon avant que le moteur ne
soit complètement arrêté.
Après chaque utilisation, nettoyez la surface du raccord avec une brosse, etc. (n’utilisez pas
de brosse métallique), et séchez-la avec un coton imbibé d’alcool désinfectant.

Pour connecter, alignez et insérez soigneusement et fermement la broche du capuchon du
raccord dans les orifices de broche du raccord et tournez l’anneau jusqu’à ce que vous
entendiez un clic.

·Réalisez l’entretien du raccord une fois que l’arrivée d’air est complètement arrêtée.
·Ne tirez pas excessivement sur le Joint.

(2)Utilisation du capuchon de Raccord
Comme clé.
Si le raccord est connecté à un cordon, utilisez-le comme protection du Raccord.
Comme protection contre la poussière.
Lors de la stérilisation, si le raccord est retiré de la turbine, l’intérieur du raccord peut
être exposé et des débris, des germes peuvent pénétrer à l’intérieur de celui-ci, ce qui
n’est pas bon d’un point de vue sanitaire. Utilisez-le donc en tant que capuchon
anti-poussière.
