Overview

Indicator
Light
Power
When the power is turned on, the white light is
always on.
When power charging, the red light is always on.
And the light is off when the device is turned off.
100%-70% battery remaining: the white light is
always on.
70%-10% white light is on for 30 seconds, off for
200ms, and then on for 30 seconds (repeat).
Below 10%: The red light flashes once every 2
seconds with the voice hint "Battery Low" every five
minutes.
Pairing
When the power is turned on, the white light flashes, and
the light turns off when it is turned off.

When paired with the USB receiver successfully, the
white light will always on.
During pairing, the white light flashes quickly.

When the power is turned on, the blue light is always on,
and the light is off when it is turned off.
When the microphone is muted, the red light is always
on; when the mic mute mode is off, the blue light is
always on.
When the speaker is muted, the blue light flashes; when
the speaker mute mode is off, the blue light is always on.
When the microphone and speaker are muted at the
same time, the red light flashes.
Power
Button
Power On - long press for 2 secs, voice hint "Power ON"
Power Off - long press for 2 secs, voice hint "Power OFF"
Pairing
Button
Long press for 4 secs, voice hint "Ready to pair", the device will
activate the pairing mode for 5 mins.
Mic Mute
When on a call, press the mic mute button on any connected
speakerphone, all connected speakerphones’ mics will mute
immediately.
Speaker
Mute
Press the speaker mute button to sound off every connected
speakerphone when the device(s) is playing music or on a call.
Volume +/-
Press the volume up/down button of any connected
speakerphone to increase or decrease the volume.
When multiple speakerphones are connected, the volume of
each connected device will be increased or decreased
synchronously. When the volume reaches the maximum or
minimum, the hint voice prompts "daa".
Type-C
Port
Power on and plug in the Type-C cable for power charging or USB
wired connection.
USB
Receiver
(Dongle)
Continuously plug and unplug the USB receiver for 3 times to enter the
pairing mode.

Product Settings
Thank you for purchasing the VX200PLUS 2.4G Wireless Link Speakerphone.
- This product is paired right out of the factory, no need to install any drivers or
software, it is a plug-and-play device.
- Up to 3 speakerphones can be paired at the same time.
- Please follow the installation manual to use this product, do not repair the
device or open the device without professionals.
Note: This product has 2 selling packages. Which is sold as a single unit or 3
units per package. Please refer to the packaging box for the contents.

1. Wireless Connection
1-1 This product is paired right out of the factory – plug in the USB receiver
into the computer and power on the speakerphone. The pairing indicator of
the speakerphone changes from a flashing white light to a remaining white
light, which means that the speakerphone is ready to use. (If the connection is
unsuccessful for more than 5 mins, the speakerphone will automatically power
off. (*Note 1)
1-2 The speakerphone is not paired with the USB receiver – please plug and
unplug the USB receiver 3 times to activate the pairing mode. The white light
flashes quickly meaning that it has entered the pairing mode. If it failed to
enter the pairing mode, it will return to the standby mode. Turn on the
speakerphone and press the pairing button until the white indicator turns from
flashing into the remaining white color indicator without blinking, and the
pairing is completed. (If the pairing fails for more than 5 mins, the
speakerphone will automatically turn off. (*Note 1)
1-3 Restore the factory settings and pair – after restoring to the factory
settings, power on the speakerphone and it will automatically activate the
pairing mode, when the USB receiver receives the signal, it will automatically
be paired, and it will have the hint voice “Connected”.
1-4 Pairing with multiple devices - Refer to [1-2 The new device is not paired]
in the wireless connection to pair the USB receiver with multiple
speakerphones. If the indicator of each speakerphone shows a solid white
light, means that the pairing is completed.

2. USB Wired Connection
2-1 Power on the speakerphone, plug in the Type-C cable and connect it to
the computer, press the pairing button twice, the hint voice prompt "USB
Mode" appears, then it will enter the Computer User Account Control (UAC)
Mode, LED indicator light will blink and stays blue color, which means the
connection is ready. (*Note 2)
2-2 Turn off the wired connection function, press the pairing button twice, and
the hint voice prompt "Wireless Mode", which means it has switched to the
wireless connection mode.
3. Power Charging
Plugged in the Type-C cable and connected the speakerphone into the
computer.
When (1) the power is not turned on (2) turning off the power, or (3) it is
turned on and does not enter the User Account Control (UAC) mode, in these
3 situations, it will only provide power charging. (*Note 3)
Unplugging the USB-C cable and no longer charging will not affect the current
call or playback status. (*Note 4)

Note 1: The speakerphone will automatically power off in the following
situations:
(1) wireless connection: no playback for 30 minutes or call disconnection
without wireless connection
(2) more than 5 minutes without completing the pairing connection
(3) low battery
Note 2: Wireless radio related functions will be stopped in wired connection
mode.
Note 3: Turning on the power and connecting the USB receiver in this mode
will not affect the radio frequency function.
Note 4: Unplug the cable and turn off User Account Control (UAC) mode, it
will automatically power off and go back to wireless mode after power on.
4. Factory Reset
Power on the speakerphone and DO NOT plug in the Type-C transmission
cable. Press and hold the speaker mute button and the microphone mute
button for about 5 seconds at the same time to reset and clear the pairing
record; the hint voice prompts "Reset completed", and "Ready to pair" then
will automatically enter the pairing mode.
