What's Included?
Introduction
VX300 is a Smart Wireless Conference Speakerphone. This product can
connect with PC, tablet and smartphone via Bluetooth or USB cable.
And the speakerphone is a 360° omnidirectional microphone with high quali-
ty speaker, it can receive voice all round in a long distance. It is small and
portable, convenient for both fixed and mobile office.

Press the power button and hold on 3 secs, the Nugens indicator LED will
light up and be purple. Then press the power button and hold on 3 secs
again, the device will power off and all LEDs will be off.
How to Recharge?
Please insert the provided Type-C USB cable to the Type-C USB port of
VX300. Then connect the USB (Type A) with the PC’s USB port or 5V USB
power adapter. When the VX300 is charging, the Nugens indicator LED will
be red, the LED will be off when it is fully charged.
* The 5V USB power adapter is not included.
* Only UL certified ITE power supply can be used.
The minimum required of electrical rated output is 5V DC, 1A current.

How to Connect?
Please use the provided USB cable to connect VX300 with the target
PC.
The device will start automatically, the power indicator LED will light up
and you can use it through the USB mode.
Please set the Echo Cancelling Speakerphone VX300 as the default
output and input audio device.
1. Connect with PC
Press the power button and hold on 3s to power on the device, the
Nugens indicator LED will light up and be purple, then press the Blue-
tooth pairing button and hold on 3s, the Nugens indicator LED will be blue
and flashing, VX300 is in the Bluetooth pairing mode now, then open the
Bluetooth Setting in your smartphone or PC, search for the device
"VX300", and select Connect, all set!
If you are using a PC, please set the Speaker (VX300 Stereo) as the
default device and set the Headset (VX300 Hand-Free AG Audio) as the
default communication device in playback, set the Headphone Micro-
phone (VX300 Hand-Free AG Audio) as the default communication
device in recording, make sure to choose set as default device to another
device. Don’t choose the same device as the communications device.
If a device had connected with VX300 before, press the Bluetooth pairing
button and hold on 3s, the Nugens indicator LED will be blue and flash-
ing, your smartphone/PC will take the initiative to connect again. Then the
Nugens indicator light will stay on.
2. Connect to smartphone/PC with Bluetooth

If you have a problem when connecting to the device with the built-in
Bluetooth in your PC, please plug in the USB Bluetooth dongle into any
USB port of your PC and find “Generic Wireless Radio” in the Device
Manager under the system. If your PC has a built-in wireless module,
please disable it first.
Press the Bluetooth pairing button and hold on 3s, the Nugens indicator
LED will light up and be purple, then press the Bluetooth pairing button
and hold on 3s, the Nugens indicator LED will be blue and flashing,
VX300 is in the Bluetooth pairing mode, then open the Bluetooth Settings
in your PC, search for the device VX300 and connect to use.
If there was a device that has connected with VX300 before, your smart-
phone or PC will take the initiative to reconnect when you power on the
device. The wireless indicator light will stay on if successfully connected.
Note:
Ensure that all wireless devices previously connected to the Bluetooth
connection dongle are switched off.
This dongle is only compatible with Windows 10, it is not compatible with
Windows 7/8.1, Mac and Linux.
If you still want to use this product, we strongly recommend that you could
use the USB mode as we mentioned above.
3. Connect to PC with Bluetooth dongle
Press power button and hold on 3s, the logo indicator LED will light up
and be purple, use USB cable to connect VX300 with target PC, then
press Bluetooth pair mode button and hold on 3s, the logo indicator LED
will be blue and flashing, the VX300 is in the Bluetooth pair mode, con-
nect up to 2 smartphones to use.
Among all connections, 2 Bluetooth and 1 USB, the speaker will sound
the audio which is sent to speaker first.
4. Connect wirelessly to 2 smartphones and 1 PC with USB cable at the same time

Power on 2 VX300s, then connect two devices with the AUX cable.
Connect one of 2 VX300s to your smartphone in wireless mode or con-
nect to your PC in USB mode. Expand the pickup and playback distance
to get more conference space.
Note: When you use it in daisy chain mode, your phone or PC only
needs to connect to one of two devices.

disconnect with paired wireless device.
