• Настоящее руководство по эксплуатации является важной и неотъемлемой
частью изделия и должно быть передано пользователю. Внимательно
прочитайте инструкции, содержащиеся в этом руководстве, так как они
предоставляют важную информацию, касающуюся безопасности
установки, использования и техобслуживания. Обязательно сохраняйте
данное руководство для дальнейшего использования.
• Эта машина предназначена исключительно для использования, описанного в
данном руководстве. Производитель не несет ответственности за ущерб,
вызванный неправильным, ошибочным использованием или не по назначению.
• Перед использованием машины ознакомьтесь с руководством в полном объеме, а
также с условиями техники безопасности и настройками.
• Машина не предназначена для использования детьми, лицами с физическими,
сенсорными или умственными проблемами, а также лицами, которые не
ознакомились с руководством по использованию. Дети не должны играть с
машиной. Очистка и техобслуживание не должны производиться детьми без
присмотра.
• После снятия упаковки проверьте целостность машины. В случае возникновения
сомнений - не пользуйтесь машиной, свяжитесь с квалифицированным
персоналом. Элементы упаковки (полиэтиленовые пакеты, пенополистирол,
гвозди и т. д.) нельзя оставлять в доступном для детей месте, так как они являются
потенциальными источниками опасности, а также их нельзя выбрасывать в
окружающую среду.
• Машина подходит для установки в служебных помещениях для персонала, в
магазинах, офисах и других рабочих местах, на фермах, в гостиницах, отелях и
других жилых помещениях.
• Устройство можно устанавливать только в помещениях, где установку и
подключение производит исключительно квалифицированный персонал.
• Запрещается устанавливать прибор там, где могут использоваться водяные струи.
• Уровень звука машины составляет менее 70 дБ.
• Чтобы облегчить вентиляцию машины, поставьте ее на расстоянии 15 см от стен
или других машин на проветриваемой стороне.
• Помните, что перед установкой, техобслуживанием, очисткой, регулировкой
квалифицированный персонал должен надеть рабочие перчатки и защитную
обувь.
• Перед подключением машины убедитесь, что данные, указанные на табличке
подходят для электрической распределительной сети. Табличка видна внутри
машины, если снять поддон для сбора воды. Машина должна быть установлена в
соответствии с действующими федеральными, государственными и местными
норами (кодексами), действующими для гидравлических систем, которые
включают в себя невозвратные устройства. По этой причине гидравлические
соединения должны выполняться квалифицированным специалистом. Гарантия не

действительна, если характеристики блока питания не соответствуют данным на
табличке.
• При установке должны использоваться компоненты и материалы, поставляемые с
машиной. Если необходимо применение других компонентов, то специалист
должен убедиться в том, что они подходят для использования при контакте с
питьевой водой. Специалист должен выполнить гидравлические соединения в
соответствии с правилами гигиены и техники безопасности, действующими на
месте установки. Поэтому для установки гидравлической системы обратитесь к
уполномоченному специалисту. Для подключения к водопроводу всегда
используйте новую трубу, поставляемую вместе с машиной. Не используйте старые
трубы.
• При установке машины электрик, имеющий лицензию на проведение таких работ,
должен иметь омниполярный выключатель, как того требуют действующие
правила техники безопасности, с расстоянием между контактами и возможностью
полного отключения в условиях перенапряжения III категории.
• Для Австралии вышеупомянутое положение должно быть выполнено в
соответствии со стандартом установки AS/NZS 3000.
• В случае установки машины на кухне, подключите провод эквипотенциального
соединения к клемме на машине, обозначенной символом
[символ эквипотенциального соединения IEC 60417 - 5021
(2002-10)]
• Производитель не несет ответственности за любой
ущерб, вызванный отсутствием заземления
машины. Для обеспечения электробезопасности
данного устройства необходимо установить
систему заземления, связавшись с электриком,
имеющим лицензию на проведение таких работ,
который должен проверить, соответствует ли
электрическая мощность системы максимальной
мощности машины, указанной на табличке.
• Использование любого электрического прибора требует соблюдения основных
правил. В частности:
• Не касайтесь машины мокрыми руками или ногами;
• Не используйте машину, если у вас босые ноги;
• Не используйте удлинители в ванной или душевой комнате;
• Не тяните за шнур питания, чтобы отключить прибор от сети;
• Не оставляйте машину под воздействием атмосферных факторов (дождь,
солнце и т. п.);
• Не допускайте, чтобы машина использовалась детьми или посторонними
лицами, которые не читали и
• не поняли основных правил данного руководства;

• Электрик, имеющий лицензию на выполнение таких работ, должен также
убедиться, что сечение кабелей машины соответствует потребляемой мощности.
• Запрещено использование адаптеров, многогнездовых розеток и удлинителей.
Если их использование необходимо, то позвоните электрику, имеющему
лицензию.
• Во избежание опасного перегрева рекомендуется развернуть шнур питания по
всей его длине. Не закрывайте всасывающую и/или рассеивающую решетку,
особенно нагревателя чашек.
• Пользователь не должен делать замену кабеля питания данной машины. В
случае повреждения выключите машину, а для замены кабеля вызовите
квалифицированный персонал.
• Если кабель питания необходимо заменить, это может выполнить только
уполномоченный сервисный центр или производитель.
• Машина должна снабжаться водой, подходящей для потребления человеком, в
соответствии с действующими нормами на месте установки. Лицо, которое
производит установку машины, должно получить у владельца/менеджера
машины подтверждение того, что вода соответствует требованиям, указанным
выше.
• В случае, если машина подключена к водопроводу, минимальное давление
должно составлять 2 бара, а максимальное давление для правильной работы
машины не должно превышать 4 бара.
• Рабочая температура должна быть в диапазоне [+5, +30] ° C.
• По окончании установки машина приводится в номинальное рабочее
состояние, которое оставляет машину в состоянии «готовности к работе». После
достижения состояния «готов к работе» производятся следующие операции:
• 100% кофе проходит через дозатор кофе (для нескольких дозаторов -
разделяется поровну);
• Открытие для выхода пара на 1 мин.
• По окончании установки машины желательно составить отчет о проделанной
работе.
• Запрещается оставлять машину включенной, если в помещении нет
квалифицированного оператора. Компания Simonelli Group не несет
ответственности за ущерб, вызванный несоблюдением данного запрета.
• При добавлении кофе оператор не должен класть руки внутрь контейнера.
• При использовании парового сопла будьте очень осторожны, не кладите руки
под него и не прикасайтесь к нему сразу после использования.
• Что касаетсяочистки машины, то необходимо соблюдать правила, указанные в
настоящем руководстве.
• Если вы начали очистку машины, не прерывайте этот процесс, так как могут
оставаться следы чистящего средства внутри блока подачи.
• В случае сбоя или неисправности машины - выключите ее. Строго запрещены
попытки ремонта неквалифицированным персоналом. Обращайтесь только к
профессионально подготовленному персоналу. Любой ремонт машины должен
осуществляться производителем или уполномоченным сервисным центром с
использованием только оригинальных запасных частей. Несоблюдение
вышеперечисленных условий может поставить под угрозу безопасность

использования машины.
• В случае пожара отключите питание машины с помощью главного выключателя.
Категорически запрещается тушить огонь водой, когда машина находится под
напряжением.
• Перед выполнением любых работ по техобслуживанию уполномоченный
специалист должен выключить машину и вынуть вилку из розетки.
• Если машина не контролируется в течение длительного времени, закройте кран
подачи воды.
• Если вы решили более не использовать машину
данного типа, то рекомендуется вынуть вилку из
розетки и отрезать кабель питания.
• Не выбрасывайте машину в окружающую
среду: для утилизации обратитесь в
уполномоченный центр или к производителю,
который даст указания по данному вопросу.
ИНФОРМАЦИЯ ДЛЯ ПОЛЬЗОВАТЕЛЕЙ
Согласно статье 13 Законодательного Постановления
N°151 от 25 июля 2005 г. «Выполнение директив
2002/95/CE, 2002/96/CE и 2003/108/CE, направленных
на сокращение использования опасных веществ в
электрическом и электронном оборудовании, а также
утилизацию отходов». Символ перечеркнутой
мусорной корзины на колесах, указанный на
оборудовании, указывает на то, что изделие по
окончании срока службы необходимо сдать отдельно
от других отходов.
Поэтому пользователь после окончания службы машины должен передать ее в
соответствующие центры для раздельного сбора электронных и
электротехнических отходов или же вернуть ее продавцу при покупке нового
аналогичного типа оборудования из расчета один к одному. Соответствующий
раздельный сбор отходов для последующей переработки, обработки и
экологически безопасной утилизации способствует предотвращению возможных
негативных воздействий на окружающую среду и здоровье, переработке
материалов, из которых состоит оборудование. Несанкционированная
утилизация изделия пользователем подразумевает применение
административных наказаний в соответствии с Законодательным
Постановлением № 22/1997(статья 50 и последующие Законодательного
Постановления № 22/1997).

• Место установки.
Покупатель должен предоставить опорную поверхность, подходящую для веса
машины (см. главу по установке машины).
• Электрооборудование.
Электрооборудование должно соответствовать национальным нормам, действующим
по месту установки и должно иметь эффективное заземление. Установите на входе
машины всеполярный отсечной выключатель.
Снабжение водой.
Кабели электропитания должны быть рассчитаны в соответствии с
максимально допустимыми значениями входного тока, необходимого для
машины, чтобы общее падение напряжения при полной нагрузке
составляло менее 2%. Подготовьте подходящий слив для воды и сеть
водоснабжения, вода при этом должна иметь максимальную жесткость 3/5
(60/85 промилле).

Производитель не несет ответственности за любой
ущерб, причиненный вещам или лицам в результате
несоблюдения действующих правил безопасности,
касающихся подъема и перемещения материалов.
Передвижение
Хранение на
складе
• Медленно поднимите поддон примерно на 30 см
от земли и двигайтесь на погрузочную площадку.
• После того, как вы убедились, что нет
препятствий, людей или вещей, приступайте к
погрузке.
• После прибытия на место, с помощью
подходящих подъемных средств (например,
вилочный погрузчик), убедитесь, что в зоне
разгрузки нет предметов или людей, затем
опустите поддон на землю и перемещайте его на
расстоянии 30 см от земли, вплоть до склада.
Коробку с машиной необходимо хранить вдали от
воздействия атмосферных осадков. Прежде, чем
приступить к действиям, проверьте, что груз на
месте и после снятия крепежных приспособлений,
он не упадет.
Оператор, в защитных перчатках и обуви, должен
снять крепления, посмотреть технические данные
изделия, в особенности – его вес, чтобы решить
вопрос о хранении на складе.
Распаковка
Как только вы распаковали машину, не
выбрасывайте упаковку в окружающую среду.

ПРОВЕРКА СОДЕРЖИМОГО УПАКОВКИ
После получения коробки убедитесь, что упаковка не повреждена и не имеет
видимых повреждений. Внутри упаковки должно быть руководство по
эксплуатации и соответствующий комплект.
В случае повреждения или проблем, обратитесь к местному торговому посреднику.
При любом сообщении всегда указывайте серийный номер.
Сообщение должно быть сделано в течение 8 дней с момента получения машины.

EN SAFETY INDICATIONS
• The present manual is an integral and essential part of the product and is to be
delivered to the user. Carefully read all warnings in the manual as they provide
important information required to install, use and maintain the unit safely.
Keep this manual in a safe place for further consultation.
• This unit must only be used for the purposes described in the present manual.
The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for any damages caused by im-
proper, mistaken and unreasonable use.
• Before using the machine, read this manual in its entirety or, at the very least,
read the safety and set up instructions.
• The appliance is not to be used by children or persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or instruction. Children must not play with
the appliance. Cleaning and maintenance must not be carried out by children
unlesssupervised.
• After having removed the packaging, make certain that the unit is not dam-
aged in any way. If you have any doubts, do not use the unit and contact a
professionally qualified person. Always keep all packaging (plastic bags, pol-
ystyrene foam, nails, etc..) out of the reach of children as they are a potential
source of danger and never loiter the environment with such materials.
• The machine is can be installed in staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and oth-
er working environments, farm houses by clients in hotels, motels and other
residential type environments bed and breakfast type environments.
• The device can be installed only in places where the use and maintenance is
limited to qualified personnel.
• The appliance must not be installed where it may be used water jets.
• The noise level of the machine is less than 70db.
• To facilitate aeration of the unit, position the aeration portion of the machine
15 cm from walls or other machinery.
• Remember that to install, maintain, unload and regulate the unit, the quali-
fied operator must always wear work gloves and safety shoes.
• Before turning on the unit make certain that the rating indicated on the label
matches the available power supply. The nameplate can be seen inside the
machine when removing the water collection tray. The machine must be in-
stalled according to the applicable federal, state and local standards (codes)
in force with regard to plumbing systems including back-flow prevention
devices. For this reason, the plumbing connections must be carried out by a
qualified technician. The warranty expires if the characteristics of the power
supply do not correspond to the nameplate data.
• When installing the device, it is necessary to use the parts and materials sup-
plied with the device itself. Should it be necessary to use other parts, the

installation engineer needs to check their suitability for use in contact with
water for human consumption. The installer must Make the hydraulic connec-
tions respecting the rules of hygiene and water safety to environmental pro-
tection in force in the place of installation. So for the hydraulic plant contact
an authorized technician. Always utilise the new hose supplied for connection
to the water supply. Old hoses must not be utilised.
• On installation, the qualified electrician must fit a circuit breaker switch as
foreseen by the safety norms in force that has a contact open distance that
permits the complete disconnection under conditions of overload category III.
For Australia, the above must be done according to the AS / NZS 3000 installa-
tion standard.
• In case of installation in kitchens, connect the equipotential conductor to the
terminal on the machine indicated by the symbol .

• The manufacturer cannot be held responsible
for any damages incurred if the system is not
grounded.
For electrical safety, this machine requires a
ground system. Contact a technically certified
electrician who must check that the line electri-
cal capacity is adequate for the maximum capac-
ity indicated on the unit label.
• There are some basic rules for the use of any electrical appliance. In particular:
• Never touch the unit with wet hands or feet;
• Never use the unit with bare feet;
• Never use extension cords in areas equipped with baths or showers;
• Never pull on the power supply cord to unplug the unit;
• Never leave the unit exposed to atmospheric agents (rain, direct sunlight,
etc..);
• Never let children, unauthorized personnel or anyone who has not read this
manual operate the unit.
• The qualified electrician must also check that the section of the installation’s
cables is large enough for the absorbed power of the appliance.
• Never use adapters, multiple jacks or extension cords. When such items prove
absolutely necessary, call in a qualified electrician.
• To prevent dangerous overheating, it is advisable to fully extend the power
supply cord. Never block the intake and/or heat dissipation grills, in particular
those forthe cup warmer.
• The user must never replace the unit’s power supply cord. If this cord is dam-

aged, turn off the unit and have it replaced by a professionally qualified tech-
nician.
• Should it be necessary to replace the power cord, this replacement operation
must only be performed by an authorized service centre or by the manufacturer.
• The device needs to be supplied with water that is suitable for human con-
sumption and compliant with the regulations in force in the place of installa-
tion. The installation engineer needs confirmation from the owner/manager
of the system that the water complies with the requirements and standards
statedabove.
• For machines connected to the mains water supply, the minimum pressure
must be 2 bar and the maximum pressure for correct machine operation must
not exceed 4 bar.
• The operating temperature must be within the range of [+5, +30]°C.
• At the end of installation, the device is switched on and taken to rated operat-
ing conditions, leaving it in a state in which it is “ready for operation”.
• After reaching the “ready for operation” condition, the following dispensing
operations are carried out:
• 100% of the coffee circuit through the coffee dispenser (for more than one
dispenser, this is divided equally);
• Open the steam outlet for 1 minute.
At the end of installation, it is good practice to draw up a report of the operations.
• It is forbidden to leave the machine switched on without the presence and sur-
veillance of a qualified operator. Simonelli Group is not responsible for dam-
ages caused by failure to comply with this prohibition.
• When adding the coffee, the operatormust never put his hands into the container.
• Be extremely careful when using the steam nozzle. Never place your hands
under the nozzle and never touch it right after use.
• Before cleaning the unit follow the instructions given in this manual carefully.
• Once started the washing machine, do not interrupt, the detergent residue
may remain inside the delivery unit.
• In case of breakdown or poor function, turn off the unit. Never tamper with the
unit. Contact only professionally qualified personnel. Only the manufacturer
or an authorized service center can make repairs and only using original spare
parts. Non compliance with the above can compromise machine safety.
• In case of fire, disconnect power to the machine by turning off the main switch.
Its absolutely avoid to extinguish the fire with water while power to the ma-
chine is on.
• Before performing any sort of maintenance, the authorized technician must
turn off the unit and unplug it from the mains.
• When the machine is left unattended for a long period, close the water inlet
tap.

• Should you decide to stop using this type of unit,
we suggest you render it inoperable by unplug-
ging it and cutting the power supply cord.
• Never dispose of the machine in the environ-
ment: to dispose of the machine, contact an au-
thorized center or contact the manufacturer for
pertinent indications.
INFORMATION TO THE USERS
Under the senses of the Directives/ Guidelines
2011/65/EU concerning the reduction of the use
of dangerous substances in electric and electronic
equipment, as well as the disposal of wastes“.
The symbol of the crossed large rubbish container
that is present on the machine points out that the
product at the end of its life cycle must be collected
separately from the other wastes. The user for this
reason will have to give the equipment that got to
its life cycle to the suitable separate waste collection centres of electronic and
electro-technical wastes, or to give it back to the seller or dealer when buying a
new equipment of equivalent type, in terms of one to one.
The suitable separate waste collection for the following sending of the disused
equipment to recycling, the dealing or handling and compatible environment
disposal contributes to avoid possible negative effects on the environment and
on the people’s health and helps the recycling of the materials the machine is
composed of. The user’s illegal disposal of the product implies the application
of administrative fines as stated in Law Decree n.22/1997” (article 50 and follow-
ingsoftheLawDecreen.22/1997).
PREPARATION BY THE PURCHASER
• Preparation of the installation site.
The purchaser must prepare the surface on which the machine will stand suit-
able to support the machine weight (see the installation chapter).
• Electrical requirements.
The mains power installation must comply with the safely regulations and
standards in force in the country of installation and must include an efficient
earth system. An omnipolar cut-off device must be installed on the power line
upstreamof the machine.

• Plumbing requirements.
The power wires must be sized according to the
maximum current required by the machine to en-
sure a total voltage loss under full load of less than
2%.
Prepare a suitable drain and a mains that supply water a maximum hardness
of3/5Frenchdegrees(60/85ppm).

Although the manufacturer has provided mechanical and electrical safety sys-
tems, dangerous areas persist during the use of the machine:
• Coffee dispensing groups.
• Steam wand.
• Hot water wand.
• Cupwarmer.
MACHINE RECEIVING
TRANSPORT
The machine is transported on pallets containing
several machines inside cartons strapped to the
pallet.
Operators performing any shipping or handling op-
erations must wear gloves, safety shoes and over-
alls with elasticized cuffs.
The machine must be moved by 2 or more opera-
tors.

Failure to respect current safety regulations and
standards on lifting and handling materials ab-
solves the Manufacturer from all liability for possi-
ble damage to person or things.
MOVEMENTS
STORED
• Slowly lift the pallet about 30 cm from the ground
and reach the loading area.
• After checking that there are no obstacles, things
or people, proceed with the loading.
• Once you arrive at your destination, always with
a suitable lifting device (e.g. forklift), after mak-
ing sure that there are no things or people in the
unloading area, take the pallet to the ground and
move it about 30 cm from the ground, until to the
storagearea.
The package containing the machine must be
stored away from atmospheric agents.
Before performing the following operations, make
certain that the load is in stable and will not fall
when the straps are cut.
Wearing gloves and safety shoes, the operator
must cut the straps and store the product. During
this operation, see the product technical features
forthe weight of the machine being stored and pro-
ceed as necessary.
UNPACKING
Once the machine has been released from the pal-
let or container, do not pollute the environment
with these items.

Upon receipt of the box, check that the packaging is intact and visually undam-
aged. Inside the packaging must be the instruction manual and the relative kit.
In case of damage or faults, contact your local dealer.
For any communication, always communicate the serial number.
The communication must be carried out within 8 days from the receipt of the

• Ce manuel est partie intégrante et essentielle du produit et il doit par consé-
quent être remis àl’utilisateur. Lire attentivement les conseils qu’il contient
car ils fournissent des indications particulièrement importantes sur la sécuri-
té de l’installation, son utilisation et son entretien. Conserver ce manuel avec
soin de façon àpouvoir le consulter si nécessaire.
• Cet appareil devra être destiné uniquement àl’usage décrit expressément dans
ce manuel. Le fabricant ne pourra en aucun cas être retenu responsable des
dommages éventuels causés par une mauvaise ou déraisonnable utilisation.
• Avant d’utiliser la machine, lire entièrement le manuel de mode d’emploi et
les prescriptions de sécurité et de mise au point.
• L'appareil n'est pas indiqué pour être utilisé par les enfants ou par les per-
sonnes ayant des capacités physiques, sensorielles ou mentales réduites ou
démunies des connaissances nécessaires a moins qu'elles ne soient surveil-
lées ou préalablement instruites. Les enfants ne doivent pas jouer avec l’ap-
pareil. Le nettoyage et l’entretien ne doivent pas être effectués par des enfants
nonsurveillés.
• Après l'avoir retiré de son emballage, contrôler que l’appareil soit en parfait
état. En cas du moindre doute, ne pas l’utiliser et s’adresser àun technicien
qualifié. Les éléments de l’emballage (sacs plastique, polystyrène expansé,
clous, etc.) ne doivent pas être laissés àla portée des enfants car ils peuvent
constituer une source potentielle de danger. Ne pas répandre ces éléments
dans l’environnement.
• La machine est indiquée pour être installée dans les locaux de service pour le
personnel employé dans les magasins, les bureaux et autres lieux de travail.
ainsi que dans les chambres d'hôtes, dans les espaces destinés aux clients des
hôtels etautresstructuresrésidentielles.
• L'appareil ne doit être installé que dans des locaux où son utilisation et son
entretien sont limités àun personnel qualifié.
• L'appareil ne doit pas être installé dans un endroit où des jets d'eau peuvent
êtreutilisés.
• Le niveau sonore de la machine est inférieur à70db.
• Pour favoriser l’aération de la machine, cette dernière doit être positionnée à
15 cm des murs et des autres machines, du côté de l'aération.
• Pour effectuer toute opération relative àl’installation, l’entretien, le décharge-
ment et la mise au point, l’opérateur qualifié devra toujours porter ses gants
de travail et ses chaussures de protection.
• Avant de brancher l’appareil, veillez àce que les données indiquées sur la pla-
quette correspondent àcelles du réseau électrique. La plaque est visible àl'in-
térieur de la machine en retirant le bac de récupération d'eau. La machine doit
être installée conformément aux réglementations (codes) fédérales, provin-
ciales et locales en vigueur pour les systèmes hydrauliques comprenant des
dispositifs anti-reflux. C'est pourquoi les branchements hydrauliques doivent
être effectués par un technicien qualifié. La garantie est annulée si les caracté-
ristiques de l'alimentation électrique ne correspondent pas aux données figu-
rant sur la plaque signalétique.

• Durant l’installation du dispositif, utiliser les composants et les matériaux
fournis en dotation avec le dispositif. Si l’utilisation s’avère nécessaire
• Si l’utilisation de composants supplémentaires s’avère nécessaire, l’installa-
teur doit vérifier l’adéquation de ces derniers pour un emploi au contact de
l’eau pour la consommation humaine. L’installateur doit effectuer les bran-
chements hydrauliques en respectant les normes d’hygiène et de sécurité hy-
draulique de protection de l’environnement en vigueur dans le lieu d’installa-
tion. Il faut donc que l’installation hydraulique soit réalisée par un technicien
autorisé. Lors du raccordement au réseau de distribution d’eau, toujours uti-
liser un nouveau tuyau fourni, les anciens tuyaux ne doivent pas être utilisés.
• Lors de l’installation, l’électricien autorisé devra prévoir un disjoncteur om-
nipolaire conforme aux normes de sécurité en vigueur indiquant la distance
d’ouverture des contacts et qui permette le débranchement complet dans les
conditions de la catégorie de surtension III.

• En cas d’installation dans les cuisines, raccorder le conducteur d’équipoten-
tialitéàla borne de la machine indiquée par le symbole .

• Le fabricant ne pourra en aucun cas être retenu
responsable des éventuels dommages causés
par une absence de mise à la terre de l’installa-
tion. Pour la sécurité électrique de cet appareil,
il est obligatoire de prévoir une installation de
mise àla terre, en s’adressant àun électricien
qualifié et dûment autorisé àcet effet, afin qu’il
vérifie que la portée électrique de l’installation
soit appropriée àla puissance maximum de l’ap-
pareil indiquée sur la plaquette.
• L’utilisation de tout appareil électrique entraîne le respect de certaines règles
fondamentales.Etnotamment:
• Ne pas toucher l’appareil avec les mains ou les pieds mouillés ou humides;
• Ne pas utiliser l’appareil pieds nus;
• Ne pas employer de rallonges dans les salles de bain ou les douches;
• Ne pas tirer sur le cordon électrique pour débrancher l’appareil du réseau
d’alimentation;
• Ne laissez pas l’appareil exposé aux agents atmosphériques (pluie, soleil, etc..);
• Ne permettez pas l’utilisation de l’appareil de la part d’enfants ou de personnes
non autorisées et n’ayant pas lu ni bien compris le contenu de ce manuel.
• En particulier, l’électricien devra s’assurer que la section des câbles de l’instal-
lation soit bien adaptée àla puissance absorbée de l’appareil.
• Il est interdit d’utiliser des adaptateurs, des prises multiples et des rallonges.
Si leur usage s’avère indispensable, il faut absolument s’adresser àun électri-
cien dûment autorisé àcet effet.
• Afin d’éviter des surchauffes dangereuses, il est conseillé de bien dérouler sur
toute la longueur le câble d’alimentation. Vérifier que les grilles d’aspiration et/

ou de dissipation ne soient pas bouchées, en particulier celles du chauffe-tasses.
• Le câble d’alimentation de cet appareil ne doit pas être remplacé par l’utilisa-
teur. En cas d’endommagement du câble, éteindre l’appareil et le faire rempla-
cer uniquement par un technicien qualifié.
• Si le cordon d’alimentation doit être remplacé, cette opération doit être effec-
tuée exclusivement par un centre d’assistance agréé ou par le fabricant.
• L’alimentation du dispositif doit être effectuée avec de l’eau adéquate pour la
consommation humaine conformément aux dispositions en vigueur dans le
pays d’installation. L’installateur doit recevoir de la part du propriétaire/gé-
rant de l’installation, une confirmation écrite indiquant que l’eau respecte les
caractéristiques susmentionnées.
• Pour les machines avec raccordement au réseau d’eau, la pression minimale
doit être de 2 bar et, en outre, la pression maximale pour le bon fonctionne-
ment de la machine ne doit pas dépasser 4 bar.
• ça température de fonctionnement doit être comprise entre [+5, +30]°C.
• Au terme de l’installation, le dispositif doit être actionné jusqu’à ce qu’il at-
teigne la condition nominale de travail en le laissant en condition de “prêt au
fonctionnement”. Lorsqu’on atteint la condition “prêt au fonctionnement”, ef-
fectuerles distributions suivantes:
• 100% du circuit café àtravers le distributeur de café (pour plusieurs distribu-
teurs, diviser en mesures égales);
• Ouverture de la sortie vapeur pendant 1 minute.
Au terme de l’installation, il serait préférable de rédiger un rapport des opéra-
tions effectuées.
• Il est interdit de laisser la machine en marche sans la présence et la surveil-
lance d’un opérateur qualifié. Le Groupe Simonelli n’est pas responsable des
dommages causés par le non-respect de cette interdiction.
• Au moment où il ajoute du café l’opérateur ne doit pas introduire ses mains à
l’intérieurdu récipient.
• Lors de l’utilisation du bec àvapeur, ne jamais exposer les mains àla vapeur.
Ne jamais toucher le bec tout de suite après son utilisation.
• Pourlesopérationsde nettoyage,suivre exclusivement les instructionsde celivret.
• Lorsque le lavage de la machine a commencé, ne l’arrêtez pas, des résidus de
produit nettoyant peuvent restés àl’intérieurdu groupe de distribution.
• En cas de panne ou de mauvais fonctionnement de l’appareil, éteignez-le. Il
est strictement interdit d’intervenir. Adressez-vous uniquement au personnel
qualifié. La réparation éventuelle des produits ne devra être effectuée que par
la Maison Constructrice ou par un centre de service après vente dûment auto-
risé, en utilisant uniquement des pièces détachées originales. L’inobservance
de ces indications pourrait compromettre la sécurité de l’appareil.
• En cas d’incendie, couper l’alimentation électrique de la machine àl’aide de
l’interrupteur principal. Il est absolument interdit d’éteindre le feu avec de l’eau
lorsque la machine est sous tension.
• Le technicien autorisé doit, avant d’effectuer toute opération d’entretien, éteindre
l’interrupteur de la machine et débrancher la fiche de la prise de courant.
• Si la machine n’est pas surveillée pendant une longue période, fermer le robi-
netd’arrivéed’eau.
