Thank you for choosing the NVX NMPS20 media center for your boat or
UTV. Whether you are an established audio guru or replacing your
stereo for the first time, this media center is going to change your entire
audio experience on your vehicle. Like all NVX products, the NMPS20
is a product of extensive research, development, and real-world testing
to ensure that they exceed our customer’s expectations for durability
and performance.

This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for
a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These
limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful
interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates uses
and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in
accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to
radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference
will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause
harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be
determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encour-
aged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following
measures:
° Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
° Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.

USB/MP3 OPERATION
Insert a USB stick (flash drive) and the unit will read the MP3 and WMA
music files automatically.
BLUETOOTH OPERATION
This unit supports Bluetooth for wireless music streaming from your
iPhone/Android or similar Bluetooth enabled device.
CONNECTION STEPS:
Press the MODE button to switch to “BT PLAY”
Make sure Bluetooth is turned on, on your device
Search for the device called “[NMPS20]” and select it (the connection
should then be automatic)
Once the unit has made a connection with your device for the first time,
it will then automatically connect to your device every time after
whenever you are in the proper range of the media center.

INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS
Be sure to carefully read and understand the instructions before
attempting to install the unit:
1. Attach threaded bolts to the back of the NMPS20
2. Position the mounting bracket over the bolts
3. Place washers over bolts and securely attach nuts
4. Depending on the size of your mounting baffle, you may need to snap
5. off one or more of the metal tabs from the mounting bracket to
6. accommodate the installation
5. Firmly tighten the remaining four screws on the front panel of the unit

NVX offers a limited warranty on this product with the following terms:
MOBILE ELECTRONICS LIMITED WARRANTY
When purchased from an Authorized NVX Dealer, NVX warrants this
product to be free from defects in material and
workmanship under normal use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from date
of original purchase. If this product is identified as “Refurbished” or “B
Goods”, the warranty is limited to a period of NINETY (90) DAYS from
date of original purchase. In all cases you must have the original receipt.
Should service be necessary under this warranty for any reason due to
manufacturing defect or malfunction during the warranty period, NVX will
repair or replace (at its discretion) the defective merchandise with
equivalent merchandise. Warranty replacements may have cosmetic
scratches and blemishes. Discontinued products may be replaced with
more current equivalent products. This warranty is valid only for
theoriginal purchaser and is not extended to owners ofthe product
subsequent to the original purchaser. Any applicable implied warranties
are limited in duration to a period of the express warranty as provided
herein beginning with the date of the original purchase at retail, and no
warranties, whether express or implied, shall apply to this product
thereafter. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties;
therefore, these exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you
specific legal rights; however you may have other rights that vary from
state to state.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU NEED WARRANTY OR SERVICE
Defective merchandise should be returned to the place of purchase.
Your Authorized NVX Dealer is trained to handle and
expedite any warranty claim. Assistance in locating an Authorized Dealer
can be found at www.nvx.com or by contacting
NVX directly. Alternatively, if it becomes necessary for you to return
defective merchandise directly to NVX, please contact us online at
www.nvx.com/support for a Return Authorization (RMA) number. Be sure
to package all defective items in the original containeror in a package
that will prevent shipping damage and follow the return instructions

The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Please return only defective components. The return of functioning items
increases your return freight charges. Non-defective items received will
be returned freight collect. Include a copy of the original receipt with the
purchase date clearly visible, and a “proof-of-purchase” statement listing
the Customer’s name, Dealer’s name and invoice number, and product
purchased. Warranty expiration on items without proof-ofpurchase will be
determined from type of sale and the manufacturing date code. Freight
must be prepaid; items sent freight collect, or COD, will be refused.
Failure to follow these steps may void your warranty. Any questions can

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
This warranty is valid only if the product is purchased from an Authorized
NVX Dealer and used for the purpose for which it was
designed. It does not cover:
• Damage due to improper installation and/or subsequent damage to
other components.
• Damage caused by exposure to moisture, excessive heat, chemical
cleaners, and/or UV radiation.
• Damage through negligence, misuse, accident or abuse.
• Repeated returns for the same damage may be considered abuse.
• Any cost or expense related to the removal or reinstallation of product.
• Speakers damaged due to amplifier clipping or distortion.
• Items previously repaired or modified by any unauthorized repair facility.
• Return shipping on non-defective items.
• Products with tampered or missing barcode labels.
• Products returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number.
• Freight Damage.
• The cost of shipping product to NVX.
• Service or installation performed by anyone other than NVX.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
NVX strives to maintain a goal of 1 week service for all acoustics
(subwoofers, midrange drivers, tweeters, crossovers, etc)
