Before using the product
Avoir Ring Bridge is a smart wearable device, please use the product according to the precautions described
below.
The ring can be used in conjunction with Android 6.0 Marshmallow or higher OS and 2.4GHz Bluetooth 4.1 (BLE)
enabled smartphone.
The ring is best used for Samsung Galaxy Phone. The software update will make it available for other
smartphones.
Phones that are not compatible with Bluetooth SIG (Special Interest Group) may not connect.
The usage may be restricted depending on the types of Bluetooth products and smart phones.
The ring has been tested for waterproofing and dustproofing under certain conditions (international standard
IEC 60529, IP67, test conditions: 15-35 °C, 86-106kPa, 1m, 30 minutes). Please refer to the appendix at the end
of this manual for notes on water and dust protection.
Damage to the outer appearance and internal parts of the ring due to strong impact may prevent normal
operation and damage the waterproof and dustproof function.
If you put the ring near magnets, etc., the ring may not work properly. Keep the ring or charger away from
direct sunlight.
The distance between the ring and the smartphone may change depending on the usage environment.
Battery life may vary depending on usage environment.

Charge the ring l How to charge the ring
①Put the bottom of the ring to the charger.
②When it’s connected, LED light appears on the ring. Please refer to the note below for color of light.

①Connect the USB cable to the charger. ②Cover the charger and ring to prevent dust or other
foreign matter from entering.

Check the charging terminal position and insert it in the
correct direction.
If you put it in the opposite way, it will not light.

Precautions when using the charger
Please fully charge battery before first use or after a long period of time,
Be sure to use the cables packaged with the Avoir Ring or certificated charging cable and adapter.
When it is charging to a computer or a laptop via a USB cable, it may cause a slow charging speed due to low
current.
When the ring and the charger are not in contact with each other, the ring charging status indicator will not
light and won’t be charged. Be sure to connect them properly.
Be careful not to insert the terminal in the opposite direction, as it may cause a problem with the product when
reversing the terminal several times.
If the ring is wet, do not charge it. Charge when it’s completely dry. Please cover the charger when using or
storing it.
Charging may not be performed properly due to foreign substances such as dust.
It is recommended that you charge the battery occasionally if you do not use the ring for a long time.

Install apps and connect the ring l how to install Avoir Ring apps
To connect your ring with your smartphone, you'll need to install the "Avoir Ring" App on your smartphone.
Please install the "Avoir Ring" App from Google Playstore.
It works with Android 6.0 Marshmallow or higher OS.
Please read the notice regarding the collection of
personal information and check the agreement in the
lower left corner and press the OK button.

Once you download the app, please read the registration instructions and proceed in order.
1) Please charge battery of the ring
2) Please make sure that the 'Bluetooth' function of your smartphone is turned on to register and use the ring.
3) Concerts, baseball grounds, etc. In a radio interference environment, the ring connection may be unstable.
4) Notification may vary depending on your Android version.
5) If you fail to link your ring continuously, please contact the o2ones service center [phone]

ring to connect. (if you do not see the list of
rings like the picture on the right, turn off and
on the smartphone’s Bluetooth feature. If the
ring is still not found with this way, please see
the FAQ below

battery. The top left is the App menu icon.
Press the button of the ring for 5 seconds to
reset and reconnect. Pease refer to FAQ
page if you fail to connect repeatedly

The ring has one button, and basically operates in three ways: 'single press', 'double press', and 'long press'.
See Table 1 for the basic functions depending on how the button is pressed.

You can select desired App to be activated with single click from lock screen but Voice Assistant App will be
launched unless you do not select User App on User App setting.

How to use the ring l LED notification
1) Depending on the situation, the LED will notify you with various lights, such as ring battery Charging Notice,
ring reset, SOS message notification, etc.
2) Refer to Table 2 for LED color information according to the ring condition.

The LED status indicator may not come out clearly when the ring's battery is low.
The LED does not work in SOS mode if the SOS feature is turned off in the Avoir Ring app.

How to use the ring l Vibration Notification

1) Vibration alert allows you to check text messages and phone calls without missing them.
1) If you select the senders from your contacts, you may feel vibration on the ring for incoming call, text message,
messengers (KakaoTalk, Whatsapp, Wechat, Line, Facebook Messenger and Black Berry Messenger) and Instagram
2) 3 times alerts in one second for calling. Alert once for Text message / Messenger
1) You can have vibration alerts for all when you just set “ON” without sender registration
2) Vibration alerts only when you have call/text/messenger from preregistered contact person
