Assumptions
It is assumed that:
• You have a Fusion jukebox before you start the design of its DIY enclosure.
• You have the Fusion DIY Enclosure Bracket Kit (P/N 600308-001).
• You have installed the Fusion jukebox using the Fusion Installation and Setup Guide (P/N 901095-001) prior
to the installation of its DIY enclosure.
• You have the three wing bolts (P/N 200302-001) provided from the Fusion Accessory Kit (P/N 600299-001).
Such Accessory Kit is shipped with the Fusion jukebox.

The following shows the dimensions of the Fusion DIY Enclosure Bracket (over which your Fusion DIY enclosure
must be installed). These are the minimum required dimensions for your Fusion DIY enclosure.

Important Design and Installation Considerations
• Screw holes highlighted in green in the previous figure are required to be installed. Therefore, your Fusion
DIY Enclosure must be designed, built, and installed accordingly. However, it is recommended to make use
of as many mounting points as possible (in addition to the required mounting points).
• It is not recommended that you make the top of your Fusion DIY Enclosure flat as patrons may place objects
such as bottles or glasses on it which can incur damage to the Fusion jukebox.
• The Fusion jukebox must be installed according to the instructions provided in the Fusion Installation and
Setup Guide.
• The Fusion DIY Enclosure must be designed and installed according to the requirements in this document
and according to the location’s local building codes and any other applicable requirements.

IMPORTANT: Adding lighting to the Fusion DIY Enclosure is not supported at this time.
IMPORTANT: Complete electrical and safety requirements appear on product labels located within the Fusion
jukebox.
Weight Restrictions
The Fusion DIY Enclosure for the Fusion jukebox must not weigh more than 25 lbs (11.4 kg). Do not allow any
more than this weight to rest on the Fusion jukebox. If your enclosure weighs more than this recommended
weight, then it must be wall mounted according to any applicable local building codes in addition to the wall-
mounting procedure found in the Fusion Installation and Setup Guide.
ATTENTION: Do not obstruct the top and bottom vents on the Fusion jukebox.
Your Fusion DIY Enclosure must allow for space above and below the top and
bottom vents and for at least 1 inch of space from the wall.

1. Fasten the metal support piece to the bracket using the four screws provided in the Fusion DIY Enclosure
Bracket Kit.

Installation of the Fusion DIY Enclosure
1. Install the assembled bracket within the Fusion DIY Enclosure. The following shows a sample enclosure.

2. Fasten the bracket to the enclosure using as many mounting points as possible. The minimum required
mounting points are the 4 screw holes at the bottom of the bracket and the 6 screw holes at the very top of
the bracket (see figure Fusion DIY Enclosure Bracket screw holes and slots).
3. Ensure that the Fusion jukebox door is locked.
4. Unlock the Fusion jukebox screen and remove the key from the lock.

5. Slide the Fusion jukebox screen up slightly from its bottom panel and then lift it out.
6. Set the two L brackets on the Fusion jukebox to the locked position to ensure the screen is secured in the
upright position.

CAUTION: Be careful not to pinch your fingers when opening the screen L
brackets in the next step.

7. Place the assembled bracket/enclosure over the Fusion jukebox so that the screen passes through the
opening at the center of the enclosure. The following shows a sample enclosure.
