TurningOn/Off
Toturnonthedevice,pressandholdthePowerbuttonontheunituntilyouseetheboot‐upscreenthen
release.Itmaytakeafewminutestostartupthesystem,pleasewaitbeforeyouproceed.
Toturnoffthedevice,pressandholdthePowerbuttonuntilyouseethePowerOffscreen,clickonitand
slideitdowntoturnoff.
Tip:Thisdevicewillsleepwiththescreenoffifitstaysinactiveforafewseconds.Youcanbrieflypressthe
Powerbuttontoturnonthescreenandwakeitup.

theprovidedpoweradaptor.Ittakesabout5hourstofullychargethebattery.

c. Itisrecommendedtochargethebatterybeforeyouusethedeviceforthefirsttime.
d. Formaximumperformance,lithium‐ionbatteriesneedtobeusedoften.Ifyoudon’tusethe
deviceoften,besuretorechargethebatteryatleastoncepermonth.
e. Shouldtherechargeablebatteryofthedevicedischargecompletely,connectthedevice(using
theadapter)tothemainpowersourceforapproximately5‐10minutesbeforeattempting
normaloperation.
f. Insomecases,deviceswhichhavebeenchargedforlongerperiodsoftimemaynotbeableto
beswitchedbackon.ShouldthisoccuryouhavetomakeaReset.

orientation.Memoryandslotcanbedamagedifthememoryisnotinsertedcorrectly.

PleasenotethatnewSSDdrivesmaynothavebeenpreviouslyformatted.UsetheWindows
ComputerManagementtooltopartitionandformatnewSSDDrives,otherwisethememorywillnot
bedisplayed.Toopenthe“ComputerManagementTool”,simplyenter"compmgmt.msc"inthe
Cortanasearchboxatthebottomleft,thenselect"ComputerManagement(DesktopApp)"inthe
resultslist.Pleaserefertothedetailedinstructionsforexactdescription.

ToinstallanSSDwithsize2280,firstremovetheblackcliptoattachanSSDwithsize2242.Todo
this,liftthemiddlepinslightlywithtweezersandthenslidethecliptotheleft.Removetheclipand
