Bedienungsanleitung ausführlich, um eine uneingeschränkte und fehlerfreie Funktion des Gerätes zu gewährleisten.
Der Oehlbach Phono PreAmp PRO ist ein Phono Vorverstärker. Dieser ermöglicht den Anschluss eines Platten-
spielers an den Line- oder Auxeingang eines Verstärkers oder AV-Receivers ohne Phono-Eingang . Sowohl Moving
Magnet (MM) wie auch Moving Coil (MC) Tonabnehmersysteme können angeschlossen werden. Die Verstärkung
der Audiosignale geschieht extrem rauscharm und verzerrungsfrei.

Bedienelemente
PHONE TYPE: Mit dem „Phono Type“ Wahlschalter können Sie auswählen, ob das Gerät ein Audiosignal eines MM-
oder eines MC-Tonabnehmersystems bearbeiten soll.
POWER: Betätigen Sie den Power-Schalter zum Ein- oder Ausschalten des Gerätes. Im eingeschalteten Zustand
leuchtet die blaue LED auf der Frontseite.
Hinweis
Bitte überprüfen Sie vor dem Verwenden des Phono PreAmp PRO welches Tonab-
nehmersystem ihr Plattenspieler besitzt und stellen Sie den PHONO TYPE Wahlschal-
ter entsprechend ein.

Hinweise
Um die Gefahr von Feuer, elektrischem Kurzschluss oder Beschädigung des Produktes zu vermeiden befolgen Sie
bitte folgende Hinweise:
1. Setzen Sie das Produkt keinem Regen oder Feuchtigkeit aus. Stellen Sie keine mit Wasser gefüllten Gefäße auf
das Gerät.
2. Installieren Sie das Gerät nicht in ein Bücherregal, Einbauschrank oder in ähnlichem engem Raum. Stellen Sie
sicher, dass das Gerät gut belüftet ist.
3. Um einem elektrischen Kurzschluss oder Brand in Folge von einer Überhitzung vorzubeugen, sollten Sie das
Gerät nicht bedecken oder Gegenstände auf das Gerät stellen.
4. Positionieren Sie das Gerät nicht in der Nähe von Wärmequellen wie Heizungen, Öfen, etc..
5. Nicht in der Nähe von offenem Feuer oder Kerzen benutzen.
6. Reinigen Sie das Gerät nur mit einem trockenen Tuch.
7. Je nach Gerätekonstellation kann es zu Einschränkungen der Funktion kommen.
8. Im Servicefall wenden Sie sich bitte nur an qualifiziertes Servicepersonal.

OEHLBACH®-Produkte werden während des gesamten Fertigungsvorganges laufend kontrolliert und geprüft. Im
Servicefall beachten Sie bitte folgendes:
1. Die Garantiezeit beginnt mit dem Kauf des Produktes und gilt nur für den Erstbesitzer.
2. Während der Garantiezeit beseitigen wir etwaige Mängel, die nachweislich auf Material- oder Fabrikations-
fehler beruhen, nach unserer Wahl durch Austausch oder Nachbesserung der defekten Teile. Weitergehende
Ansprüche, insbesondere auf Minderung, Wandlung, Schadenersatz oder Folgeschäden sind ausgeschlossen.
Die Garantiezeit wird von einer Garantieleistung durch uns nicht berührt.
3. Am Produkt dürfen keine unsachgemäßen Eingriffe vorgenommen worden sein.
4. Bei Inanspruchnahme der Garantie wenden Sie sich bitte zunächst an Ihren Fachhändler. Sollte es sich als
notwendig erweisen, das Produkt an uns einzuschicken, so sorgen Sie bitte dafür, dass
· das Produkt in einwandfreier Originalverpackung verschickt wird,
· die Kaufquittung beigefügt ist.
5. Von der Garantie ausgenommen sind:
· Leuchtmittel
· Verschleißteile
· Transportschäden, sichtbar oder unsichtbar (Reklamationen für solche Schäden müssen umgehend bei der
Transportfirma, Bahn oder Post eingereicht werden.)
· Kratzer in Metallteilen, Frontabdeckungen u.s.w. (Diese Defekte müssen innerhalb von 5 Tagen nach Kauf
direkt bei Ihrem Händler reklamiert werden.)
· Fehler, die durch fehlerhafte Aufstellung, falschen Anschluss, unsachgemäße Bedienung (siehe Bedienungs-
anleitung), Beanspruchung oder äußere gewaltsame Einwirkung entstanden sind.
· Unsachgemäß reparierte oder geänderte Geräte, die von anderer Seite als von uns geöffnet wurden.
· Folgeschäden an fremden Geräten
· Kostenerstattung bei Schadensbehebung durch Dritte ohne unser vorheriges Einverständnis

ensure the full and error-free functioning of the product.
Oehlbach‘s Phono PreAmp PRO is a high quality phono preamplifier. It enables you to connect a turntable to the
Line or Aux input on an amplifier or AV receiver that doesn‘t have a phono input. Both Moving Magnet (MM) and
Moving Coil (MC) pickup systems can be connected. The audio signals are amplified with extremely low-noise and
distortion-free properties.

Operating elements
PHONE TYPE: By using the „Phono Type“ switch you can select whether the device is to process an audio signal
from an MM or MC pickup system.
POWER: Press the Power switch to turn the unit on or off. The blue LED on the front of the unit will illuminate when
it is switched on.
Note
Before using the Phono PreAmp PRO please check to verify the pickup system used
by your turntable and set the PHONO TYPE switch accordingly.

Remarks
Please observe the following instructions in order to prevent any risk of fire, short-circuits or damage to the product:
1. Do not expose the product to rain or moisture. Do not place any containers filled with water on the product.
2. Do not install the product in a bookcase, fitted cupboard or similarly enclosed spaces. Please ensure that there
is sufficient ventilation for the product.
3. You should not cover the product or place items on the product in order to prevent short-circuits or fire due to
overheating.
4. Do not place the product in proximity to sources of heat, e.g. heaters, stoves, etc.
5. Do not use the product in proximity to naked flames or candles.
6. Only use a dry cloth to clean the product.
7. Functionality may be restricted depending on the configuration of the device.

Congratulations! Thanks to your intelligent choice you are now the proud owner of an OEHLBACH®product.
OEHLBACH®products enjoy an excellent reputation around the world due to their high quality. This high
quality standard allows us to provide a 2 year warranty for this OEHLBACH®product. OEHLBACH®products
are continuously inspected and checked throughout the entire manufacturing process. If service is necessary,
however, please observe the following:
1. The warranty period starts with the purchase of the product and only applies to the original owner.
2. During the warranty period we will rectify any defects that are due to faulty material or workmanship by repla-
cing or repairing the defective part at our discretion. Further claims, and in particular those for price reduction,
cancellation of sale, compensation for damage or subsequent damage, are excluded. The warranty period is not
affected by any work we provide under the warranty.
3. The product should not be tampered with.
4. In the event of a warranty claim please contact your authorised dealer first. Should it prove necessary to return
the product to us, please ensure that
· the product is sent in its original factory packaging in good condition,
· your proof of purchase is enclosed.
5. The following are excluded from the warranty:
· Illuminants
· Wear parts
· Shipping damages, either readily apparent or concealed (claims for such damages must be lodged
immediately with the shipping agent, the railway express office or the post office).
· Scratches in metal components, front panels, etc. (You must notify your authorised dealer directly of such
defects within 5 days of purchase).
· Defects caused as a result of incorrect installation, faulty connection, improper operation (see user
manual), overloading or external force.
· Improperly repaired or modified devices that have been opened by a party other than us.
· Subsequent damage to other devices
· Reimbursement of costs for repairing damage that has been caused by a third party without our prior
consent.

Éléments de commande
PHONE TYPE : avec le sélecteur « Phone Type », vous pouvez déterminer si l‘appareil doit traiter un signal audio

Conseils
Veuillez respecter les consignes suivantes afin de prévenir les risques d’incendie, de court-circuit électrique ou de

de qualité permet d’offrir 2 ans de garantie sur ce produit OEHLBACH®. Les produits OEHLBACH®sont contrôlés
et vérifiés tout au long du processus de fabrication. En cas d’intervention, veuillez noter les points suivants:
1. La durée de garantit court à compter de la date d’achat du produit, et n’est applicable qu’à l’acheteur initial.
2. Au cours de la période de garantie, nous remédions à tout défaut de matériel ou de fabrication apparu suite à
l’achat, et choisissons suivant les cas de remplacer ou de réparer les pièces défectueuses. Toute autre deman-
de de prise en charge est exclue, en particulier en matière de réduction, conversion, indemnité ou dommages

Bedieningselementen
PHONO TYPE: Met de keuzeschakelaar ‚Phono Type‘ stelt u het type pick-upelement in, dat het te versterken
audiosignaal aanlevert: MM of MC.
POWER: Met de aan/uit-knop kunt u het apparaat in- of uitschakelen. De blauwe led op het voorpaneel brandt als
het apparaat is ingeschakeld.
N.B.
Voordat u de XXL Phono in gebruikt neemt: controleer het type van uw platenspeler
(MM of MC) en stel de keuzeschakelaar ‚Phono Type‘ correct in.

Veiligheidsinstructies
Neem onderstaande instructies in acht om brand, elektrische kortsluiting of schade aan het product te vermijden:
1. Stel het product niet bloot aan regen of vocht. Plaats geen bekers, vazen of andere containers met vloeistoffen
op het apparaat.
2. Plaats het apparaat niet in een boekenkast, inbouwkast of soortgelijke besloten ruimtes. Let erop dat u het
apparaat installeert op een plaats die goed is geventileerd.
3. Dek het apparaat niet af en plaats er geen voorwerpen op; hiermee voorkomt u elektrische kortsluiting of brand
als gevolg van oververhitting.
4. Plaats het apparaat niet in de buurt van warmtebronnen zoals radiatoren, kachels, enz.
5. Plaats het apparaat niet in de buurt van open vuur of brandende kaarsen.
6. Reinig het apparaat uitsluitend met een droge doek.
7. Afhankelijk van de systeemconfiguratie kunnen bepaalde functies niet of beperkt functioneren.
8. Neem bij storingen of defecten contact op met gekwalificeerd onderhoudspersoneel.

Van harte gefeliciteerd! Door een verstandige keuze bent u nu de trotse eigenaar van een product van OEHLBACH®.
Vanwege hun onovertroffen kwaliteit genieten OEHLBACH®-producten overal ter wereld een uitstekende reputatie.
Dankzij deze hoge kwaliteit is het mogelijk om op dit OEHLBACH®-product een garantie van 2 jaar te verlenen. De
producten van OEHLBACH®worden van het begin van het fabricageproces tot het moment dat zij de fabriek ver-
laten continu gecontroleerd en getest. Als dit product toch niet naar uw volledige tevredenheid mocht functioneren,
houd dan rekening met het volgende:
1. De garantieperiode begint op de datum van aankoop en geldt alleen voor de oorspronkelijke eigenaar.
2. Gedurende de garantieperiode zullen wij eventuele defecten corrigeren die aantoonbaar te wijten zijn aan
materiaal-of fabricagefouten, naar eigen inzicht door vervanging of reparatie van defecte onderdelen. Verdere
claims, met name voor prijsreductie, koopvernietiging, schadevergoeding of gevolgschade, zijn uitgesloten. De
garantieperiode wordt niet aangetast door een honorering onzerzijds van een garantieclaim.
3. Aan het product mogen geen ondeskundige ingrepen zijn uitgevoerd.
4. Neem in het geval van een garantieclaim allereerst contact op met uw leverancier. Als het nodig is om het
product naar ons te zenden, let er dan op dat:
· het product in de onbeschadigde, originele verpakking wordt verzonden;
· het aankoopbewijs is bijgevoegd.
5. Van garantie uitgesloten zijn:
· lampen;
· slijtdelen;
· transportschade, zichtbaar of onzichtbaar (claims voor dergelijke schade moeten onmiddellijk worden ingedi-
end bij de transporteur/vervoerder);
· krassen in metalen onderdelen, frontpanelen, enz. (dergelijke defecten moeten binnen 5 dagen na aankoop
direct bij uw dealer worden gemeld);
· defecten veroorzaakt door verkeerde installatie of aansluiting, onjuist gebruik (zie gebruikshandleiding) of
belasting, of door inwerking van externe krachten.
· ondeskundig gerepareerde of aangepaste apparaten, die door een andere partij dan door ons zijn geopend;
· gevolgschade aan andere apparatuur;
· kostenvergoedingen voor reparaties die door derden zijn uitgevoerd, zonder onze voorafgaande toestemming.

L’Phono PreAmp PRO di Oehlbach è un preamplificatore phono di qualità superiore. Consente il collegamento di un
giradischi all’ingresso Aux o Line di un amplificatore o ricevitore AV privo di ingresso phono. È possibile collegare
sia fonorivelatori con magnete mobile (MM) o bobina mobile (MC). L’amplificazione dei segnali audio avviene in
modo totalmente privo di fruscii e distorsioni.

Elementi di comando
PHONE TYPE: con il selettore “Phono Type” è possibile selezionare il tipo di fonorivelatore (MM o MC) il cui segnale
audio deve essere elaborato.
POWER: premere l’interruttore power per accendere o spegnere il dispositivo. Quando il dispositivo è acceso, resta
acceso anche il LED blu sulla parte frontale.
Nota
prima di iniziare ad utilizzare l’Phono PreAmp PRO, si prega di verificare il tipo di fo-
norivelatore del proprio giradischi, impostando opportunamente il selettore PHONO
TYPE.

Avvertenze

Phono PreAmp PRO de Oehlbach es un preamplificador phono de gama alta. Con él se puede conectar un toca-
discos a la entrada LINE o AUX de un amplificador o un receptor AV sin entrada phono. Se puede conectar tanto el
sistema fonocaptor Moving Magnet (MM) como el Moving Coil (MC). La amplificación de la señal de audio obtenida
tiene un nivel de ruido extremadamente bajo y sin distorsiones.

PHONO TYPE: Con el conmutador „Phono Type“ puede elegir que el dispositivo trabaje con señales audio de un
sistema fonocaptor MM o de uno MC.
POWER: Pulse en interruptor Power para encender o apagar el aparato. En estado encendido, el LED azul del panel
frontal se ilumina.
Advertencias
Antes de utilizar el Phono PreAmp PRO, compruebe qué sistema fonocaptor posee

Advertencias

En caso de requerir el servicio técnico, por favor considere lo siguiente:
