diese Bedienungsanleitung ausführlich, um eine uneingeschränkte und fehlerfreie Funktion des Gerätes
zu gewährleisten.
Mit diesem kompakten PowerLan HDMI Extender können Sie ein HDMI Signal verlustfrei über das
vorhandene Stromnetz übertragen.Mit dem HDBit Transportprotokoll ist es möglich eine Videoauflösung
von 1080p bis zu 300m ohne zusätzliches Kabel zu übertragen.

Installation
1. Verbinden Sie die „HDMI INPUT“ Buchse des PowerLan Transmitter (Tx) mit einem Quellgerät
(DVD-, BluRay-Player, PC). Sie können gleichzeitig den „HDMI OUTPUT“ Ausgang des Transmitters
benutzen, um das HDMI-Signal an ein weiteres Gerät zu übertragen.
2. Verbinden Sie die „HDMI OUT“ Buchse des PowerLan Receiver (Rx) mit einem Ausgabegerät (TV,
Monitor, Beamer).
3. Verbinden Sie den IR Emitter „IR OUT“ (3,5mm Klinkenstecker) mit der IR OUT Buchse des Power-
Lan Transmitter (Tx). Platzieren Sie den IR Emitter so, dass er auf den IR Sensor des Quellgerätes
zeigt.
4. Verbinden Sie den IR Receiver „IR IN“ (3,5mm Klinkenstecker) mit der IR IN Buchse des PowerLan
Receiver (Rx). Platzieren Sie den IR Receiver so, dass Sie diesen mit dem IR Signal Ihrer Fernbedie-
nung des Quellgerätes erreichen können.

5. Verbinden Sie das Netzkabel mit dem PowerLan Transmitter (Tx) und einer Spannungsversorgung.
6. Verbinden Sie das Netzkabel mit dem PowerLan Receiver (Rx) und einer Spannungsversorgung.
7. Die Installation ist nun abgeschlossen. Wenn noch kein Bild auf dem Ausgabegerät angezeigt wird,
drücken Sie zuerst die Reset Taste des Receivers und danach die Reset Taste des Transmitters.
Nun sollte die Verbindung hergestellt und ein Bild auf dem Ausgabegerät zu sehen sein.

Hinweise
Um die Gefahr von Feuer, elektrischem Kurzschluss oder Beschädigung des Produktes zu vermeiden
befolgen Sie bitte folgende Hinweise:
Setzen Sie das Produkt keinem Regen oder Feuchtigkeit aus. Stellen Sie keine mit Wasser gefüllten
Gefäße auf das Gerät.
Installieren Sie das Gerät nicht in ein Bücherregal, Einbauschrank oder in ähnlichem engem Raum.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Gerät gut belüftet ist.
Um einem elektrischen Kurzschluss oder Brand in Folge von einer Überhitzung vorzubeugen, sollten
Sie das Gerät nicht bedecken oder Gegenstände auf das Gerät stellen
Positionieren Sie das Gerät nicht in der Nähe von Wärmequellen wie Heizungen, Öfen, etc..
Nicht in der Nähe von oenem Feuer oder Kerzen benutzen.
Reinigen Sie das Gerät nur mit einem trockenen Tuch.
Je nach Gerätekonstellation kann es zu Einschränkungen der Funktion kommen.
Im Servicefall wenden Sie sich bitte nur an qualifiziertes Servicepersonal.

1. Die Garantiezeit beginnt mit dem Kauf des Produktes und gilt nur für den Erstbesitzer.
2. Während der Garantiezeit beseitigen wir etwaige Mängel, die nachweislich auf Material- oder
Fabrikationsfehler beruhen, nach unserer Wahl durch Austausch oder Nachbesserung der defek-
ten Teile. Weitergehende Ansprüche, insbesondere auf Minderung, Wandlung, Schadenersatz oder
Folgeschäden sind ausgeschlossen. Die Garantiezeit wird von einer Garantieleistung durch uns
nicht berührt
3. Am Produkt dürfen keine unsachgemäßen Eingrie vorgenommen worden sein.
4. Bei Inanspruchnahme der Garantie wenden Sie sich bitte zunächst an Ihren Fachhändler. Sollte es
sich als notwendig erweisen, das Produkt an uns einzuschicken, so sorgen Sie bitte dafür, das
· das Produkt in einwandfreier Originalverpackung verschickt wird,
· die Kaufquittung beigefügt ist.
5. Von der Garantie ausgenommen sind:
· Leuchtmittel
· Verschleißteile
· Transportschäden, sichtbar oder unsichtbar (Reklamationen für solche Schäden müssen umge-
hend bei der Transport rma, Bahn oder Post eingereicht werden.)
· Kratzer in Metallteilen, Frontabdeckungen u.s.w. (Diese Defekte müssen innerhalb von 5 Tagen-
nach Kauf direkt bei Ihrem Händler reklamiert werden.)
· Fehler, die durch fehlerhafte Aufstellung, falschen Anschluss, unsachgemäße Bedienung (siehe-
Bedienungsanleitung), Beanspruchung oder äußere gewaltsame Einwirkung entstanden sind.
· Unsachgemäß reparierte oder geänderte Geräte, die von anderer Seite als von uns geönet
wurden.
· Folgeschäden an fremden Geräten
· Kostenerstattung bei Schadensbehebung durch Dritte ohne unser vorheriges Einverständnis.

will ensure the full and error-free functioning of the product.
The Oehlbach PowerLan HDMI Extender can be used to transmit a HDMI signal via the existing home
mains supply.The HDBit transport protocol is able to provide a video resolution of 1080p up to 300m
distance without any additional cable.

Installation
1. Connect the „HDMI INPUT' connector of the PowerLan transmitter (Tx) to a source device (DVD-,
BluRay-Player, PC). You can use the „HDMI OUTPUT“ connection on the transmitter at the same
time to transmit the HDMI signal to another device.
2. Connect the „HDMI OUT“ connector of the Falcon HD Receiver (Rx) to an output device (TV, monitor,
projector).
3. Connect the IR emitter „IR OUT“ (3.5mm jack plug) to the IR OUT socket on the PowerLan transmit-
ter (Tx). Position the IR emitter in such a way that it is pointing towards the IR sensor of the source
device.
4. Connect the IR receiver „IR IN“ (3.5mm jack plug) to the IR IN jack of the PowerLan Receiver (Rx).
Position the IR receiver in such a way that you can reach this with the IR signal from yoursource
device remote control.

5. Connect the PowerLan transmitter to the power adaptor provided.
6. Connect the PowerLan receiver to the power adaptor provided.
7. The installation is now complete. If no image is displayed on the output device, first press the
Reset button on the receiver and then the reset button on the transmitter. The connection should
now be established, with an image displayed on the output device.

Hinweise
Please observe the following instructions in order to prevent any risk of re, short-circuits or damage to
the product:
Do not expose the product to rain or moisture. Do not place any containers lled with water on the product.
Do not install the product in a bookcase, tted cupboard or similarly enclosed spaces. Please ensure that there
is suf cient ventilation for the product.
You should not cover the product or place items on the product in order to prevent short-circuits or re due to
overheating.
Do not place the product in proximity to sources of heat, e.g. heaters, stoves, etc.
Do not use the product in proximity to naked ames or candles.
Only use a dry cloth to clean the product.
Disconnect the power plug during a thunderstorm or if the device is not used for a longer period of time.
Protect the power cable against external forces such squeezing, crushing or impact.
Use the accessories provided only.
Please only use quali ed service personnel to carry out repairs or servicing work.

BACH® products are continuously inspected and checked throughout the entire manufacturing process.
If service is necessary, however, please observe the following:
1. The warranty period starts with the purchase of the product and only applies to the original owner.
2. During the warranty period we will rectify any defects that are due to faulty material or workman-
ship by replacing or repairing the defective part at our discretion. Further claims, and in particular
those for price reduction, cancellation of sale, compensation for damage or subsequent damage,
are excluded. The warranty period is not aected by any work we provide under the warranty.
3. The product should not be tampered with.
4. In the event of a warranty claim please contact your authorised dealer rst. Should it prove neces-
sary to return the product to us, please ensure that
· the product is sent in its original factory packaging in good condition,
· your proof of purchase is enclosed.
5. The following are excluded from the warranty:
· Illuminants
· Wear parts
· Shipping damages, either readily apparent or concealed (claims for such damages must be
lodged immediately with the shipping agent, the railway express of ce or the post of ce).
· Scratches in metal components, front panels, etc. (You must notify your authorised dealer directly
of such defects within 5 days of purchase).
· Defects caused as a result of incorrect installation, faulty connection, improper operation (see
user manual), overloading or external force.
· Improperly repaired or modi ed devices that have been opened by a party other than us.
· Subsequent damage to other devices
· Reimbursement of costs for repairing damage that has been caused by a third party without our
prior conse
