01: Remove the cone and plate from
the base.

The OFYR Dolly is a simple way to add mobility to your OFYR Classic 100-100 / Classic Storage 100-100.
Once wheeled into place, the Dolly’s stabilising feet can be used to safely secure your OFYR cooking unit when
it is ready for cooking.

01. CORROSION
With the exception of the cooking plate, adjustable feet, hinges, screws, and the magnets underneath the wooden planks, all
steel elements of the OFYR®collection are made of Corten steel. Corten steel is a type of steel that corrodes very rapidly, and it is
precisely this corrosion that protects it against rust perforation. If you allow nature to take its course, it will take 6-12 months for
these Corten steel elements to corrode, depending on their location and the humidity level. Unlike many manufacturers of Corten
steel products, we provide buyers of our products with an additional service by making sure that the corrosion process has
already started by the time our products are delivered. Depending on their location and the humidity level, it will take another 3-6
months for this supercial corrosion to turn into a proper layer of corrosion. However, this does not guarantee an entirely smooth
layer of corrosion. Therefore, any Corten steel elements that are less corroded than others upon delivery are not eligible for
replacement. After all, they will corrode naturally over time under inuence of the weather. While the corrosion is still supercial,
the Corten steel elements may cause orange stains on clothes, skin, and the surface they stand on. When it rains, corrosive
water may also run o these elements, which may permanently stain light-toned stone or wooden surfaces. Under normal
circumstances, the Corten steel will gradually develop a smooth, dark brown layer of corrosion that will not chip. However, this
layer may chip in locations near the sea or the shore due to the high levels of salinity in such locations. The chipping will not cause
any damage, but the chipped corrosion must be removed to prevent corrosion from forming on the surface the OFYR®cooking
unit is placed on. We do not accept liabilty for any damage resulting from the corrosion of our products.
Please note that the OFYR®Dolly Black has a coating and is thus more sensitive to damage during setup. We are not liable
for any damage or consequential damage resulting from the setup of your OFYR®Dolly Black.

A limited lifetime warranty applies to the material and construction of all elements of the OFYR®Dolly for the original
buyers or owners, provided that they purchased their OFYR®Dolly from an authorised dealer and registered their
warranty in the required manner.
WARNING
We are not liable for any accident, injury or damage caused due to improper or careless use of the Dolly.
WARNING: To avoid risk of accident or damage it is important to be careful while transporting the OFYR
cooking unit using the Dolly.

WARNING: Always use two people and go slowly, making sure to hold the unit rmly whilst moving it.

10-11: Setzen Sie das Dolly in die Önung des Sockels Ihrer OFYR Kocheinheit.
12-15: Befestigen Sie das Dolly mit den vier beigefügten Schrauben mit Hilfe des
ISK- Schlüssel. Hierzu verwenden Sie die Gewinde in welche vorher die einstellbaren
Füße angebracht waren.
Mit dem Dolly ist eine Neuplatzierung des OFYR Classic 100-100 und OFYR Storage 100-100 schnell zu erreichen. Sobald der
Stellplatz gefunden wurde, müssen die einstellbaren Füße herausgedreht werden um einen sicheren Stand zu erhalten. Bei
der Umpositionierung gehen Sie bitte bedacht an die Sache und wahren größte Sorgfalt, um größere Schäden und Unfälle
zu vermeiden. Sie sollten immer zu zweit und langsam und mit Bedacht bewegen. Außerdem darf Ihre OFYR Kocheinheit
niemals bewegt oder transportiert werden, wenn Sie heiß ist! OFYR haftet nicht für Unfälle, Verletzungen, Schäden und / oder
Folgeschäden aufgrund von falscher Handhabung.

Gewindeeinsätze am Dolly.

Platte wieder aufgesetzt werden, und
die OFYR Kocheinheit mit dem Dolly
ist bereit zum Einsatz.

01 KORROSION
Mit Ausnahme der Kochplatte, der verstellbaren Füße, der Scharniere, Schrauben und der Magnete unter dem Holz
sind alle Stahlelemente der OFYR®-Kollektion aus Cortenstahl gefertigt worden. Cortenstahl ist eine besondere Art
von Stahl, der sehr schnell korrodiert und gerade diese Art von Korrosion schützt vor Rostdurchbruch. Wenn Sie der
Natur freien Lauf lassen, dauert es je nach Standort und Luftfeuchtigkeit 6-12 Monate bis diese Stahlelemente aus
Cortenstahl korrodieren. Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Herstellern von Corten-Stahlprodukten bieten wir unseren
Käufern Produkte mit einem zusätzlichen Service an, nämlich dass der Korrosionsprozess bereits zu der Zeit beginnt
an dem diese ausgeliefert werden. Abhängig von ihrem Standort und der Luftfeuchtigkeit dauert es noch weitere 3-6
Monate, bis sich die Korrosion in die richtige Korrosionschutzschicht verwandelt. Dies garantiert zu Beginn jedoch
keine vollkommen glatte Korrosionsschicht, und stellt kein Mangel dar oder Grund zur Reklamation. Schließlich
korrodieren die Produkte im Laufe der Zeit unter dem Einuss des Wetters auf natürliche Art und Weise. Obgleich
die Korrosion immer noch als sehr oberächlich zu betrachten ist, können die Corten-Stahlelemente orangefarbene
Flecken auf Kleidung, Haut und Oberächen verursachen. Bei Regen kann korrodierendes Wasser auch von diesen
Elementen hinunterlaufen. Helle Steine oder Holzoberächen können sich dauerhaft verfärben. Unter normalen
Umständen entwickelt sich der Cortenstahl allmählich zu einer glatten und dunkelbraunen Korrosionsschicht, die
nicht absplittert. Diese Schicht kann jedoch stellenweise in der Nähe des Meeres oder der Küste aufgrund des
hohen Salzgehaltes an solchen Orten ablösen. Das Ablösen verursacht keinen Schaden, aber diese Bereiche
müssen entfernt werden, um zu verhindern, dass es zu Beschädigungen auf der Oberäche kommt, auf welche
die OFYR®-Kocheinheit aufgesetzt wird. Wir haften nicht für Schäden, die auf diese Art und Weise unserer Produkte
zurückzuführen ist.

Für das Material und sämtliche Stahlelemente aller OFYR®-Kocheinheiten gilt für den Erstkäufer oder Eigentümer
eine eingeschränkte lebenslange Garantie, sofern diese ihre Einheit bei einem Lizenz-Händler erworben und die
Garantie in der erforderlichen Art und Weise registriert haben.
WARNUNGEN
OFYR haftet nicht für Unfälle, Verletzungen, Schäden und Folgeschäden, die aufgrund von fahrlässigem oder
unsachgemäßem Umgang passieren.
Warnung: Um das Risiko eines Unfalls oder Schadens zu vermeiden, ist es wichtig beim Transportieren
einer OFYR Kocheinheit mit dem Dolly stets bedacht und vorsichtig handeln muss.

01. CORROSION
A l’exception des plaques de cuisson, des pieds réglables, des charnières, des vis, et des aimants sous les planches en
bois, tous les éléments en acier de la collection OFYR®sont fabriqués en acier corten. L’acier corten est un type d’acier
qui se corrode très rapidement, et c’est justement cette corrosion qui le protège contre les perforations dues à la rouille.
Si vous permettez à la nature de suivre son cours, il faut compter 6-12 mois pour que ces éléments en acier corten se
corrodent, d’après leur localisation et taux d’humidité. A la diérence de nombreux fabricants de produits en acier corten,
nous fournissons un service supplémentaire aux acheteurs de nos produits, en garantissant que le processus de corrosion
a déjà démarré au moment où nos produits sont livrés. Selon leur localisation et taux d’humidité, il faut encore compter 3-6
mois pour que cette corrosion supercielle se transforme en une couche de corrosion appropriée. Ceci ne garantit toutefois
pas une couche de corrosion entièrement lisse. Par conséquent, tous les éléments en acier corten qui sont moins corrodés
que d’autres au moment de la livraison, ne pourront pas faire l’objet d’un remplacement. Après tout, ils continueront à
se corroder naturellement au l du temps, sous l’inuence du temps. Tandis que la corrosion est toujours supercielle,
les éléments en acier corten peuvent causer des taches orange sur les vêtements, la peau, et la surface sur laquelle ils
sont posés. Quand il pleut, l’eau corrosive peut également s’écouler de ces éléments, et elle peut de manière permanente
tacher des pierres dans les tons clairs ou des surfaces en bois. Dans des circonstances normales, l’acier corten développera
graduellement une couche de corrosion lisse, brun foncé qui ne s’écaillera pas. Cette couche peut toutefois s’écailler à des
sites proches de la mer ou du rivage en raison des taux de salinité élevés à de tels endroits. L’écaillage ne causera pas de
dommages, mais il faut enlever la corrosion écaillée pour éviter la formation de corrosion sur la surface sur laquelle est
placée l’unité de cuisine OFYR®. Nous refusons toute responsabilité d’endommagement résultant de la corrosion de nos
produits.
Veuillez tenir compte du fait que le OFYR®Trolley Black est recouvert d’un enduit et qu’il est donc plus sensible aux
endommagements au cours de l’assemblage. Nous sommes responsables d’aucun dommage ou dommage consécutif
résultant de l’assemblage de votre OFYR® Trolley.

LIMITES DE GARANTIE
Une garantie à vie limitée s’applique aux matériaux et à la construction de tous les éléments du OFYR®Trolley pour
les acheteurs ou propriétaires originaux, à condition qu’ils aient acheté leur OFYR®Trolley auprès d’un revendeur
agréé et enregistré leur garantie de la manière requise.

négligée du Trolley.
