ご使用になる前に必ずこの取扱説明書をよくお読みください。
この取扱説明書は必ず保管してください。

Please read through this brochure prior to use
and keep at hand thereafter for future reference.
この取扱説明書にはミストキャッチについての安全に関する注意・取付方法・運転・メンテナンスについての一般的指示を記
載していますが、記載されている内容が安全に対して全てカバーできるとは限らない事を理解してください。また、安全に対
して守るべき注意・確認は自分自身であり、何よりも大切なことは『常識を必ず働かせること』です。
This brochure contains general instructions for safety handling, installation, operation and maintenance of MISTCATCH.
However, please understand that they may not cover all possible contingencies. Always keep in mind that the most
important thing is to use the common sense and everybody who uses this product has to check and secure safety on its
own responsibility.

■安全に関するご注意 Safety precautions
・本商品はミストキャッチシリーズ（ＯＭＣ－N２ｘｘ）の捕集ユニットの洗浄を目的とした製品です。
本来の目的以外には、絶対使用しないでください。
Never use it for any other purposes than original intention.
・取扱説明書に示した注意事項は、安全に関する重大な内容を記載していますので必ず守ってください。
All the safety instructions written herein include very important matters for safety and therefore
have to be observed without fail. The marks and the symbols in this manual have the meanings
as described below.

振動、衝撃の影響が大きい場所、水、油のかかる場所でのご使用は避けてください。
Do not use this product in a place where it is affected by vibration or impacts or exposed to water or
oil splashes.
周囲温度が 0℃～+40℃で、周囲湿度が 85%RH 以下（非結露）の範囲で必ず使用してください。
Working environment should be within the temperature range from 0 to 40 ℃ with humidity
less than 85%RH, free from condensation.
電源は必ず定格電圧を使用してください。
電源取入れ口には、必ず適切なブレーカを介してください。
Use only within the specified voltage range. Electrical connection
should be done via an appropriate circuit breaker.
ミストキャッチシリーズ（ＯＭＣ－N２ｘｘ(H)以外では使用しないでください。
This product is designed exclusively for MISTCATDH OMC-N2(H) series. Do not use it for other applications.
本製品１台に対して、ミストキャッチ１台を接続してご使用ください。
複数台のミストキャッチとの接続は故障の原因となります。
Use one auto-cleaning unit for one MISTCATCH unit. Connection to two or more MISTCATCH units
can be a cause of breakdown.
この取扱説明書の内容を全て読み、正しい方法で取付け・メンテナンスを行ってください。
Please read all the contents of this manual for proper installation and maintenance.
取付けには電気工事が必要です。専門業者にご相談ください。
Electrical works required for installation should be done only by qualified persons.
危険 Danger
制御ユニットのカバーを開けた状態で運転しないでください。
Do not operate MISTCATCH when the terminal board of its motor is uncovered.
→感電、漏電の原因になります。
Failure to this may cause an electrical shock or a short circuit.
本体の改造・修理は絶対にしないでください。また、修理をする場合にはメーカにご相談ください。
Never tamper or repair the unit by yourself. Please consult your local supplier for repairing.
→けが、破損の原因になります。
Improper tampering or repairing may be a cause of injury or breakdown.
絶対にしてはいけない「禁止」を意味します。
Prohibited matters that should never be done.
気をつけていただく「注意喚起」を意味します。
Matters to which due attention should be paid.

■取付方法 INSTALLATION
●制御ユニット設置 Installation of Control Unit
・制御ユニットの取付け穴（４ヵ所）を利用し、機械、架台等にＭ５ねじ（付属していません）で固定してください。
- Fix the Control Unit to the machine or the mount with M5 screws (not included) using the 4 mounting holes.
●電源配線 Wiring
・制御ユニットの電源ケーブルを配線してください。（電線サイズ０．７５ｍｍ２）
- Connect the cable to the power. Cable size is 0.75mm sq.
●ミストキャッチへの取り付け Attachment to MISTCATCH
①ミストキャッチのプラグを外してください。
使用工具：六角レンチ６ｍｍ
Remove the plug from MISTCATCH.
Tools required: 6mm hexagon wrench
②ホース継手をソケットに取り付けてください。
Attach the hose joint to the socket.
③捕集ユニットを取り出し、噴射ノズルを付属の
M４ねじ２本で固定してから捕集ユニットを元に戻し
てください。
Detach the Collection unit from MISTCATCH to fix
the Injection unit to it with 2 M4 screws and then
reattach it to the original position.
④扉を開けて本体内側にワンタッチ継手を固定して
ください。
Open the side door of MISTCATCH and fix the
one-touch joint inside.
⑤逆止弁をワンタッチ継手に取付けてください。
Attach the check valve to the one-touch joint.
⑥噴射ノズルと逆止弁を付属のφ6mm チューブ(黒)で
接続してください。機種によりチューブの長さを
調節してください。
Connect the injection nozzle and the one-touch
joint with the enclosed black tube of 6mm dia.
Adjust the length to fit the MISTCATCH model.

⑦ポンプ、フロートスイッチをタンクに挿入して
ください。
Insert the pump and float switch into the tank.
⑧ホースの一方を適当な長さに切断してください。
ホースをホース継手に接続し、ホースクリップで締付
けてください。
Cut the hose to the appropriate length.
Connect the hose to the hose joint and tighten
with the hose clip.
■運転方法 OPERATION
注意
待機時間を 10 分以下としないでください。→ミストキャッチの故障、水飛散の原因となります。
Do not set the standby time below 10 minutes. Failure to this can cause MISTCATCH to malfunction or
splash water.
洗浄時間を 0.5 秒（固定）から変更しないでください。→ミストキャッチの故障、水飛散の原因となります。
Do not change the washing time setting of 0.5 sec. Failure to this can cause MISTCATCH to malfunction or
splash water.
・運転 Operation
タンク内の水が一定量以上ある場合、フロートスイッチがＯＮとなり、設定された洗浄時間だけ水を噴射します。
その後、待機時間経過後、再び洗浄を行います。
以後、動作を繰り返します。（初期設定：洗浄時間 0.5 秒（固定値）、待機時間 20 分）
時間設定ボタン １２３で待機時間を変更することができます。
汚れの付着が多い場合は、待機時間を短くしてください。
When the tank contains a certain amount of water, the float switch turns on to inject water for the set cleaning
time.. After the set stand-by time, cleaning takes place again and this cycle repeats. (Default setting: 0.5 sec
for washing time (fixed) and 20 minutes for standby time)
Setting of standby time is adjustable using the time set buttons １２３.
For excessive dirt, reduce the standby time.

●運転の前に BEFORE STARTING OPERATION
注意
・水以外の液体を使用しないでください。→故障の原因となります。
・ホースは、弛み、また折れ曲がりのないように配管してください。
・タンクをホース継手より高い位置に設置しないでください。→タンクの水が噴射ユニットから流出してしまいます。
・水吸上げの高さを３０００ｍｍ以上にしないでください。→水噴射量が減少し、洗浄効果が低下します。
-Do not use other liquid than water. Failure to this can be a cause of product failure.
-Water tube should be arranged without slacks or bending.
-Water tank should be placed lower than the injection unit. Failure to this may allow water to flow out of
a tank.
-Water suction height should not be higher than 3000mm. If it is too high, injection volume reduces and
sufficient cleaning effect is not obtained.
●水の準備 Preparation for water supply
タンクに水を入れ、ポンプ底面が水に浸かるように挿入し、またフロートスイッチが
右図のように浮いていることを確認してください。
Fill the tank with water and insert the pump so as its bottom is submerged in water.
Make sure that the float switch floats in water as illustrated.
■メンテナンスMaintenance
●１週間に１回は以下の点検を行ってください。
Carry out the following checks at least once a week.
・タンク内に水は十分あるか。→フロートスイッチが浮いていない場合は、水を補充してください。
Make sure that enough amount of water is in the tank?? If float switch is not floating, add water.
Carry out inspection at least once every two weeks to check the followings.
・タンク水に切粉、汚れ等はないか。切粉、汚れある場合は、水を入れ替えてください。
Make sure that the tank water free from swarf or dirt? If not, replace the water.
・ポンプ底面フィルタに目詰りはないか。目詰りがある場合は、フィルタを清掃してください。
Make sure that the filter at the bottom of pump is not clogged. If not, clean the filter.
●１ヶ月に１回以上ミストキャッチ捕集ユニットの汚れの付着状態を確認してください。
汚れの付着が多い場合は、待機時間短くしてください。
Check for dirt of the collection unit of MISTCATCH at least once a month.
In case excessive dirt is found, adjust the cleaning time and stand-by time.

・使用中に異常が生じた時には、使用するのをやめ、電源をＯＦＦにしてメーカにご連絡ください。
その際、異常の内容とシリアルナンバーをお伝えください。
