3. FOUR SHEET METAL HINGES
AND TWO DOOR STOPS

STEP 1:
Remove the front acrylic and its plastic moldings
STEP 2:
Place and screw the 4 sheet metal hinges on the posts using #10 x 3/4 screws
STEP 3:
Remove the lower steel hinge by loosening the screws that hold it

STEP 4:
Place the bushing and the lower steel hinge on the lower sheetmetal hinge
STEP 5:
Put the bushing at the upper steel hinge and insert into the sheetmetal hinge.
Assemble with the lower steel hinge and tighten the steel hinge screws to
secure the door.
STEP 6:
Repeat the above steps to install the opposite door

STEP 7:
Take the handle and assemble it by screwing it with the door.
Repeat this step for the opposite door
STEP 8:
Place the door stops using the drill screws at the middle of the
upper and lower front
STEP 9:
Adjust the doors by loosening and tightening the
steel hinge screws and the magnetic stop screws
