Connecting to Computer
1. Plug the USB cable into any available port on your computer.
• The OKIOLABS A6 is a plug and play webcam that allows your
computer to instantly recognize it.
• If your computer doesn’t automatically recognize the OKIOLABS A6,
try plugging into a different USB port or restart your computer.

Setting Up
Option A: With Laptop/Monitor
Unfold the clip and place the webcam on the top
of your monitor or laptop screen. Secure the
OKIOLABS A6 by adjusting the clip to press
against the back of your device.
Fold the clip in and mount the webcam onto a
tripod with the ¼ inch standard tripod thread.
(Tripod is NOT included with the purchase of
OKIOLABS A6.)
Option B: With Tripod

4. The OKIOLABS A6 comes
equipped with a privacy cover
that you can easily slide to
cover the lens when you desire.
3. The LED Light will turn on which indicates that your
OKIOLABS A6 is on and ready to function.
Camera Privacy Settings
The default setting allows your device access to your camera.
However, if the settings have been altered, below we have listed
how to enable your device access to your camera.
Windows PC
Chromebook
Mac
• Settings > Privacy > Camera and switch on “Allow apps to access your
camera”.
• Select each application that you want to use your OKIOLABS A6 with.
• Apple Menu > System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Camera
from the left side of the screen.
• Select the applications that you would like to give camera access to by
checking the respective box.
• Open Chrome Browser > Click More “ ” > Settings > Privacy and
security > Site settings > Camera > Select “Sites can ask to use your
camera”.
2. Download OKIOLABS Camera Control Software to manually
adjust both basic and advanced image settings including
white balance, contrast, and saturation.

Conguración
Opción A: Con Laptop/Monitor
Despliegue el clip y coloque la cámara web en la
parte superior de su monitor o pantalla de
computadora portátil. Asegure su OKIOLABS A6
ajustando el clip para presionar contra la parte
posterior de su dispositivo.
Doble el clip y monte la cámara web en un trípode
con la rosca de trípode estándar de ¼ pulgadas.
(El trípode NO está incluido con la compra de
su OKIOLABS A6).
Opción B: Con trípode
1. Conecte el cable USB a cualquier puerto disponible en su
computadora.
• La OKIOLABS A6 es una cámara web plug and play que permite que

Conguración de privacidad de la
cámara

• Ajustes > Privacidad > Cámara y active "Permitir que las aplicaciones

2. Descargue el software OKIOLABS Camera Control para
ajustar manualmente la conguración de imagen básica y
avanzada, incluyendo el balance de blancos, contraste y
saturación.

Einrichtung
Option A: Mit einem Laptop/Monitor
Öffnen Sie die Klammer und platzieren Sie die
Webcam am oberen Rand Ihres Monitors oder
Ihres Bildschirms. Sichern Sie die OKIOLABS A6,
indem Sie die Klammer so anbringen, dass diese
gegen die Rückseite des Geräts drückt.
Klappen Sie die Klammer ein und montieren Sie
die Webcam auf dem Stativ mit dem
standardisierten ¼ inch Gewinde. (Das Stativ
ist beim Kauf von OKIOLABS A6 NICHT
enthalten.)
Option B: Mit dem Stativ
1. Stecken Sie das USB Kabel in einen verfügbaren Anschluss an
Ihrem Computer.
• OKIOCAM A6 ist eine Plug-and-Play Webcam, welche sofort von
Ihrem Computer erkannt wird.
• Falls Ihr Computer die OKIOCAM A6 nicht sofort erkennt, versuchen
Sie sie in einen anderen USB-Anschluss zu stecken oder starten Sie
Ihren Computer neu.

4. OKIOLABS A6 kommt mit einer
Sichtschutzabdeckung, mit
welcher Sie die Linse nach Ihrem
Belieben einfach überdecken
können.
3. Das LED Licht wird sich einschalten und zeigt so an, dass Ihre
OKIOLABS A6 eingeschaltet und einsatzbereit ist.
Kamera Datenschutzeinstellungen
Die Grundeinstellung erlaubt Ihrem Gerät Zugriff auf Ihre Kamera.
Falls die Einstellungen verändert wurden haben wir hier für Sie
aufgelistet, wie Sie Ihrem Gerät wieder Zugriff auf Ihre Kamera
gewähren können.
Windows
• Einstellungen > Datenschutz > Kamera und wählen Sie “Zugriff auf
Kamera gewähren” aus.
• Wählen Sie jede Anwendung aus, welche Sie mit OKIOLABS A6
verwenden wollen.
Mac
• Apple Menü > Systemeinstellungen > Sicherheit und Datenschutz >
Kamera aus der linken Spalte.
• Wählen Sie jede Anwendung aus, welcher Sie Zugriff auf die Kamera
gewähren wollen, indem Sie die Haken setzen.
Chromebook
• Öffnen Sie den Chrome Browser > Klicken Sie auf mehr “ ” >
Einstellungen > Privatsphäre und Sicherheit > Seiteneinstellungen >
Kamera > Wählen Sie “Seiten können anfragen ob sie die Kamera
verwenden dürfen” aus.
2. Laden Sie die OKIOLABS Camera Control Software herunter
um die grundlegenden und die erweiterten Bildeinstellungen,
wie Weißabgleich, Kontrast und Sättigung manuell
einzustellen.

Installation
Option A : Avec un ordinateur
portable/moniteur
Dépliez le clip et placez la webcam sur votre
moniteur ou sur l'écran de votre ordinateur
portable. Fixez bien l’OKIOLABS A6 en réglant le
clip pour qu’il appuie contre le dos de votre
appareil.
Pliez le clip et montez la webcam sur le trépied
avec le letage standard de ¼ de pouce/6 mm
pour trépied. (Le trépied n’est pas inclus avec
l’achat de l’OKIOLABS A6.)
Option B : Avec le trépied
1. Branchez le câble USB dans n’importe quel port disponible de
votre ordinateur.
• L’OKIOLABS A6 est une webcam prête à l’emploi qui permet à votre
ordinateur de la reconnaître instantanément.
• Si votre ordinateur ne reconnaît pas automatiquement l’OKIOLABS A6,
essayez de la brancher dans un port USB différent ou redémarrez votre
ordinateur.

4. L’OKIOLABS A6 est équipée d’un
cache de condentialité que vous
pouvez facilement faire glisser
pour couvrir l’objectif quand vous
désirez.
3. La lumière LED s’allumera ce qui indiquera que votre
OKIOLABS A6 est allumée et prête à fonctionner.
Paramètres de condentialité de
la caméra
Les paramètres par défaut permettent à votre appareil d’accéder à
votre caméra. Cependant, si les paramètres ont été modiés, nous
avons listé ci-dessous la marche à suivre pour permettre à votre
appareil d’accéder à votre caméra.
PC Windows
• Paramètres > Condentialité > Caméra et activez “Autoriser les
applications à accéder à votre caméra”.
• Sélectionnez toutes les applications avec lesquelles vous voulez
utiliser l’OKIOLABS A6.
Mac
• Menu Apple > Préférences Système > Sécurité et condentialité >
Caméra située à gauche de l’écran.
• Sélectionnez les applications auxquelles vous voulez donner accès à la
caméra en cochant les cases respectives.
Chromebook
• Ouvrez le navigateur Chrome > Cliquez sur Plus “ ” > Sécurité et
condentialité > Paramètres des sites > Caméra > Sélectionnez “Les
sites peuvent demander à utiliser votre caméra”.
2. Téléchargez le logiciel OKIOLABS Camera Control pour
régler manuellement les paramètres de l'image basiques et
avancés incluant la balance des blancs, le contraste et la
saturation.

Congurazione
Opzione A: Con laptop o monitor
Apri la clip e posiziona la webcam sulla parte
superiore del monitor o dello schermo del laptop.
Fissare OKIOLABS A6 regolando la clip in modo
che stia suil retro del dispositivo.
Piega la clip e monta la webcam su un treppiede
con il montante standard per treppiede da ¼ di
pollice. (Il treppiede NON è incluso con
l'acquisto di OKIOLABS A6.)
Opzione B: Con treppiede
1. Collega il cavo USB a una qualsiasi porta disponibile sul tuo
computer.
• OKIOLABS A6 è una webcam “plug and play” che consente al tuo
computer di riconoscerla istantaneamente.
• Se il tuo computer non riconosce automaticamente OKIOLABS A6,
prova a collegarlo a un'altra porta USB o riavvia il computer.

4. L'OKIOLABS A6 è dotato di una
copertura slider per la privacy che
puoi facilmente far scorrere per
coprire l'obiettivo quando lo desideri.

Impostazioni privacy della
fotocamera
L'impostazione predenita consente al dispositivo di accedere alla
fotocamera. Tuttavia, se le impostazioni sono state modicate, di

PC Windows
• Impostazioni > Privacy > Fotocamera e attiva “Consenti alle app di

• Menu Apple > Preferenze di Sistema > Sicurezza e Privacy >
Fotocamera dal lato sinistro dello schermo.
• Seleziona le applicazioni a cui desideri concedere l'accesso alla
fotocamera selezionando la rispettiva casella.
Chromebook:
• Apri il browser Chrome> fai clic su Altro " " > Impostazioni > Privacy e
sicurezza > Impostazioni sito > Fotocamera > Seleziona "I siti possono
richiedere di utilizzare la tua fotocamera".
2. Scarica il software OKIOLABS Camera Control per regolare
manualmente le impostazioni dell'immagine sia di base che di
quelle avanzate, includendo anche il bilanciamento dei bianchi,
il contrasto e la saturazione.
