4K AI Auto Framing Webcam Quick Start Guide
The OKIOLABS A10 is a plug-and-play webcam. You do not have to download or
install any drivers.
In order to use your OKIOLABS A10, you will need to use it with either OKIOCAM
software or third-party applications. It is compatible with all major third-party
applications including but not limited to Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.

Option A: With Laptop/Monitor
Unfold the clip and place the webcam on
the top of your monitor or laptop screen.
Secure the OKIOLABS A10 by adjusting
the clip to press against the back of your
device.
Option B: With Tripod
Fold the clip in and mount the webcam
onto a tripod with the ¼ inch standard
tripod thread. (Tripod is included with
the purchase of OKIOLABS A10.)
The tripod extends by twisting
and pulling on the end of each
leg.
The unextended tripod has a
height of 5.7in/14.5cm.
The extended tripod has a height
of 8in/20cm.

The OKIOLABS A10’s Auto Framing function
brings an in-person experience to your virtual
meetings. The AI technology smartly adjusts the
frame depending on the location and number
of participants in order to keep everyone at the
center of the frame and all in one picture.
AI Auto
Framing
The AI Auto Framing feature only supports up to
1920x1080P.
To turn on the AI Auto Framing Function simply
switch the button on the provided USB cable to
the “I” input position.
LED light on the front of the OKIOLABS A10
Blue: The AI Auto Framing function is on.
Green: The AI Auto Framing function is o.
No light: The OKIOLABS A10 is o.

In order to connect your OKIOLABS A10 to your computer, you must allow it access to
function.
Windows:
Setting
Privacy
Camera and switch on Allow access to your camera.
Select each application that you want to use your OKIOLABS A10
with.
macOS System:
Apple menu
System Preferences
Security and Privacy
Camera from the left side of the screen
Select the applications that you would like to give camera access to
by checking the respective box.
Chromebook Camera:
Open the native camera app.
Click the button in the lower-left corner.

You can download OKIOCAM Snapshot and Recorder at www.okiolabs.com/
download.
You can use Snapshot and Recorder to take snapshots and record videos with your
OKIOLABS A10.

Dashboard
Click the icon to take a snapshot.
Click the icon to start recording a video.
Click the icon to pause the recording.
Click the icon to stop the video recording.
Click the icon to mirror your image.
Zoom Slider:
The top slider on the left side of the screen allows you to zoom up to 6.0x
the normal view.
Click the icons to rotate the image.
Click the icon to freeze the camera feed.
Click the icon to reset the camera.
Click the icon to access the photo and video gallery.

To open the Settings, click the icon at the top right side of the screen.
General Settings
Choose your desired camera, from the Camera dropdown
menu.
Choose your desired resolution for photos from the
Resolution dropdown menu.
The Focus Sound feature is not applicable for the
OKIOLABS A10.
Choose where your images and videos are saved by clicking
Change beside Library Folder.
Choose your desired language from the Language
dropdown menu.
Video Recording Settings
Choose between two dierent recording aspect ratios
from the Aspect Ratio dropdown menu. (4:3 and 16:9)
Choose your desired video recording resolution from
the Quality dropdown menu.
When recording a video with a 4:3 aspect ratio your
resolution options are 1024x768 and 1600x1200.
When recording a video with a 16:9 aspect ratio your
resolution options are 1280x720 and 1920x1080.
Choose the microphone that you want to record the audio
with from the Recording Mic dropdown menu.
Adjust the microphone volume with the slider labeled Mic
Volume.
Set the Display when recording setting to the on position
( ) if you want to have the ability to adjust the
microphone volume directly from within the Live View
when recording, and set it to the o position ( ) if you
do not.
Assign a shutter timer time of either 0, 2, or 5 seconds
using the Shutter Timer drop-down menu.
If Post-Shot Review is set to Yes, after you take a
snapshot you will be taken directly to Review Mode.
If it is set to No, you will not be.

Select OKIOLABS A10 from the Camera dropdown menu.

In the bottom left corner click the arrow next to Stop Video.
Select the OKIOLABS A10 from the list of available cameras.
