The Mobile DataVault Enterprise / Custom System is available with high-
speed interfaces such as Firewire 800, SATA and SCSI.

safe to transport. Push button docking bays allow for easy hot-swap
insertion/ejection of drives.

Plug-and-Play with Windows 2000/ME/XP; Compatible with Macintosh
OS 8.6 & higher; Compatible with Linux OS. Everything needed for
installation and setup is included.
AWARD-WINNING BACKUP SOFTWARE
Available with award-winning EMC® Insignia® Retrospect Disk-to-
Disk backup and disaster recovery software for easy and efficient data
backups. Also compatible with most popular backup software packages
such as Symantec® (Veritas) Backup Exec.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Mobile DataVault Enterprise / Custom Systems are
built for a variety of different application requirements
such as backup and disaster recovery, adding
removable near-line storage or replacing tape libraries.
These systems utilize Mobile DataVault Transportable
Drives, which feature 1,200 Gs of patented shock and
vibration protection. Plug-and-play installation and
push-button hot-swapping (most interfaces) of drives
makes this a truly easy-to-use solution. This scalable
solution is infinitely expandable and compatible with
Olixir’s full line of Mobile DataVault Drives, allowing
unlimited versatility when choosing configurations or
increasing capacity. System is available in Desktop
Tower or Rackmount Chassis configurations and can
be configured with optional RAID. All solutions are
backed with a 3-year warranty and are available with
EMC® Insignia® Retrospect backup and disaster
recovery software for easy and reliable backups.

The Mobile DataVault Enterprise / Custom System uses Mobile DataVault 3DX Transportable
External Hard Drives for a reliable, high-performance solution. These drives feature 1,200
Gs of patented shock and vibration protection and can be used stand-alone or as part of a

Also Available: The Mobile DataVault 2LX Ultra-Rugged External Hard Drive with Military-
grade shock and vibration protection (over 10,000 Gs). This model is also compatible with
all of Olixir’s larger systems.
