1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
For a period of one (1) year from date of purchase, SFA Companies will repair or replace, at its option,
without charge, any of its products which fails due to a defect in material or workmanship under normal usage. This
limited warranty is a consumer's exclusive remedy.
Performance of any obligation under this warranty may be obtained by returning the warranted product, freight
prepaid, to SFA Companies Warranty Service Department, 10939 N. Pomona Ave., Kansas City, MO 64153.
Except where such limitations and exclusions are specifically prohibited by applicable law, (1) THE
CONSUMER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY SHALL BE THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE
PRODUCTS AS DESCRIBED ABOVE. (2) SFA Companies SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL
OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGE OR LOSS WHATSOEVER. (3) ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT
LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Pull entire length of cord from reel, and then plug into any 110-125V, 3 conductor outlet.
INSTALLATION
1. Select location within 2 feet of an electrical outlet.
2. Mount bracket directly into the ceiling or wall.
3. Insert reel into bracket lining up small holes.
4. Insert Locking Pin to secure Reel to Bracket.
5. The multi-angle bracket provides 5 positions to adjust the angle desired.
6. Adjust Ball Stop so light hangs at desired length when cord is retracted.
Note: This product has a 3-prong grounded electrical plug. The plug must be used with an outlet that is
properly installed and grounded in accordance with local codes and ordinances. If using an extension
cord, make sure it is the proper configuration for a grounded connection.
2. Depress switch in handle to turn light on/off.
3. To operate Reel pull cord out to desired length and stop. If cord does not hold, continue to pull cord slowly,
stopping every four inches. This will engage lock. To retract pull cord out 2 to 4 inches and guide the cord
slowly back into the reel.
4. Keep cord clean to assure smoothest automatic retraction.
5. Do not allow the cord to retract unrestricted back into reel.
BULB REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove power supply plug from outlet.
2. Remove bumpers.
3. Open lens cover, grasp end of bulb and pull straight out.
4. Slide in new bulb and push down into socket. Close lens cover.
5. Replace bumpers.
