JVC iPod/iPhone Instruction Manual

The 2-way control for iPod/iPhone lets you
easily operate controls from your iPod/iPhone
or the head unit. The basic functions can be
controlled on the head unit even during
iPod/iPhone mode. The song information is
shown on the display in both modes.

Connect your iPod/iPhone to the unit’s USB port
with the iPod/iPhone dock connector, and enjoy
music in clear, digital sound with full-speed transfer.
You can also enjoy iPod/iPhone video using
the optional KS-U30 (for 2009 AV receivers), KS-U29 (for KW-
NT1/2009 DVD Receivers), KS-U20 (for KW-NX7000/2008 AV
receivers), or KS-U19 (for 2008 DVD receivers) cables.
Your iPod/iPhone’s battery will be charged during the connection.

iPod/iPhone Compatibility Chart

*3Setting of Shuffle mode of iPod becomes Off just after connected.
While playing back the iPod touch connected, sounds may sometimes jump or be interrupted. It may happen because of the data communication processing on the unit, not a malfunction.
