1.2 Basic Function
◇Call the host for video call
◇Receive music broadcat and announcement from the host
◇Be able to connected with external microphone, active loudsperker,
record output,door light control, electric lock,door contact, and alarm
button, etc.

Status Indicator
◇When enabeling the outer net mode (checking SIP account), when
there is anomalous connection between the extension and the server, the
indicator light flashes slowly.
◇When the network isn’t connected, the indicator light flashes rapidly.
◇During the call, the indicator light flashes rapidly.
◇When the extension is idle, the indicator light keeps flashing.

1.6 Configuration List
Open the packing box to check the configuration list inside the box.
Chapter II Basic Operations
1. Call
Press “Emergency Call Key” to call the host.
2. Unlock by card(only applicable to Type D-C3 with the function of swiping
card)
HoldingtheregisteredICorIDcardclosetothecard area,theextension will
havethebeep and the door is unlocked.
3. Unlock by password(only applicable to Type D-C3 with numeric
keyboard)
In standby mode, input “#+password+#” to unlock the door.
4. View IPAddress
Run “710 System Upgrade Tool” in the computer and Double-click on it
for the following interface:

Clicking the icon “Search”, IP address will be shown in the box of IP
address.
Chapter III Web Settings
Connect the extension to the computer by the switch, enter the
extension’s IP address in the web browser of computer (IP addresses of
the computer and the extension should be in the same network
segment), and then enter user name & password (The system default
user is “admin” and the passoword is “123456”) to enter the following
interface:

3.1 System Settings
Clicking the icon “System Settings”, the system will enter the following
interface:
The number means the number of this extension with setting range 1~999;
the host number means the number for superior host of this extension.
Call Time: time limit for the call with the host.
Remark: the actual call time is subject to the minimum call time set bytwo
parties.
Code Stream: it depends on current network environment. The code stream
can be adjusted appropriately to ensure the fluency of video.
Call Modes: they can be divided into normal mode, IPdirect call, SIP direct
call and building mode.
①Normal mode: give an ordinary call to the center host;
②IP Direct Call: In the mode of crossing VLAN, enable the mode of IP direct
call. The host’s IP address needs to be input.
③SIPDirect Call: Inputting the account No,can call the corresponding SIP
terminal;
④Building Mode: compatible with the indoor extensions of our digital
products.
Remark: Except for the first item,addresssettingsarerequiredforother three
modes.Ifnorelevantsettingspopup,pleasetryagainwithcompatiblemodeof

thebrowser.
After setting, click the icon “Apply”to enable the settings.
3.2 Network Settings
Clicking the icon “Network Settings”, the system will enter the following
interface:
IPAddress: for the same network segment in the same system, IP address
should be different.
Subnet Mask: The original subnet mask is 255.255.255.0. Normally no
change is needed. If the user needs to change it, it can be changed by
inputting directly.
Gateway: It’s input according to the assignement of IP network segment s for
the site.
DNS: It means IPaddress of DNS server.
IPPS Server: IP address of IPPS management platform server
NTP: address of NTPtime server
After setting, click the icon “Apply” to enable the settings.
3.3 SIPSettings
Clicking the icon “SIP Settings”, the system will enter the following interface:

Server: URLof SIP proxy server in format of sip:ip or sip: domain name.
Realm: Scope of device, same as IP or domain name in general.
Password: Password for accessing SIP proxy server, provided by the
administrator of SIP proxy server.
Stun Address and Port: IP and port of public server for NAT traversal of
audio and video.
To connect with the SIP internet phone of other factory, check “Enable SIP”
and enter the registration number of SIPserver in “User Name”.
After setting, click the icon “Apply” to enable the settings.
3.4 Volume Settings
Clicking the icon “Volume Settings”, the system will enter the following
interface:

Intercom Volume: the volume of call ranging from 0 to 5.
Follow Host’s Settings: If checking, the extension will follow the host’s
settings. The settings on this extension will be invalid (The default
settings will follow the host’s settings).
Extension Volume: the volume of extension ranging from 0 to 5.
After setting, click the icon “Apply” to enable the settings.
3.5 System Language
Clicking the icon “System Language”, the system will enter the following
interface:
Selecting the language type and then clicking the icon “OK”, the system
will switch to the selected language.

3.6 Unlock Settings
Clicking the icon “Unlock Settings”, the system will enter thefollowing
interface:
Unlock Time: time of extension for unlocking the door
Unlock Password: it is used for unlocking the door (only applicable to the
extension type with keyboard)
Enable Changes of Unlock Password: After checking, the unlock
password can be changed. Input the old password, create a new
password and then re-input it to confirm.
After setting, click the icon “Apply” to enable the settings.
3.7 Miscellaneous Settings
Clicking the icon “Miscellaneous Settings”, the system will enter the
following interface:

Noise Alarm Setting: After the box “Follow Host’s Settings” is checked,
the own settings of the extension are invalid.
Sensitivity Setting: Set the sensitivity of noise alarm for the extension,
suggestion: set high sensitivity for a quiet environmen and low sensitivity for a
noisy environment.
Extension Door Magnet Settings: check as needed to enable the function
of door magnet.
Unlock Time: the delay time of unlock can be set.
Extension Cancels Calling: it is used to set whether the extension can
hang up actively during the call. When the extension with one button
connects with alarm connector, this function has no effect; for the
extension with two buttons, “Emergency Call” cannot be dropped actively.
After setting, click the icon “Apply” to enable the settings.
3.8 Auto Update
Clicking the icon “Auto Update”, the system will enter the following
interface:

Check the box “On”, and input the path of FTP server in the box “FTP
Path”, such as ftp://192.168.12.60/upgrade
After setting, click the icon “Apply”to enable the settings.
The extension will check regularly if new update package of software is
available. If yes, the update package will be automatically downloaded to
update.
3.9
Logout
Clicking the icon “Logout”, the system will enter the following interface:
Clicking the icon “Apply”, the user will log out.

Chapter IV IC Card Registration (applicable to the device
with the function of swiping card)
Connect the extension to the computer by the switch, enter the
extension’s IP address in the web browser of computer (IP addresses of
the computer and the extension should be in the same network
segment), and then enter user name & password (The system default
user is “user”and the passoword is “1234”) to enter the following interface:
4.1 IC Card Registration
Clicking the icon “IC Card Registration”, the system will enter the
following interface:
Clicking the icon “Start Card Registration”in the page “IC Card
Registration”, the system will enter the following interface:

Swipe the IC card to be registered on the device, click the icon “for Card
Number” after the beep, input the relevant information such as user name,
and click the icon “Register” to complete the registration. In turn, when
registering the next IC card, the should be swiped on the device. Click the
icon “for Card Number” to have a new number and click the icon “Register”
to complete the registration after inputing the user information.
After completing the registration of all the IC cards, click the icon “End
Card Registration”to quit the registration of IC cards.
User Name: Mandatory, input the user information of card owner.
ID Number: Input the ID card No. or other ID number.
Effective Time Period: Click the icon “Visit Time Settings”to set the
effective time period of this card, and “0”means no time limit.

4.2
Visit Time Management
Clicking the icon “Visit Time Management”, the system will enter the following
interface:
The page shows the current system time. In order to ensure that the visit
time is effective, please make sure to check whether the display time is
correct. If the display time is much differeent from the actual time, pleae
check whether the address of NTP time server input in the page “Web
Settings”is effective. If the LAN user cannot access the Internet, please
input the address of NTP time server in LAN.
Add Visit Time Period: Use English input, enter the starting and ending
time in the format of “8:00”, check “Add”, and click the icon “Apply”to add
this period.
Remark: Up to 10 time periods can be set. If the set time period needs to
be modified, it can be done directly in the same page. Click the icon “Apply”
to save the settings.

4.2 IC Card Management
Clicking the icon “IC Cad Management”, the system will enter the
following interface:
The registered IC card including valid time period, user name and ID
card No. can be modified in this page. Click “Apply”to save the changes.
To delete the card, please check the option “Delete”next to the card
information and click the icon “Apply”.

Chapter VI Extension Connection Diagram
1. Centralized Power Supply: input of DC12V. When the device needs to
adopt the centralized power supply, this connector can be used as power
inut of the device. In this case, DC power socket is not used.
2. External Mic: external microphone can be used as talkback microphone.
After connecting with this microphone, the internal microphone is turned
off.
3. Active Loudspeaker: with external active loudspeaker, the system sound
and talking sound can be played.
4. External Speaker: The function is be consistent with the one of internal
speaker. Two speakers can be used at the same time.
5. Record Output: it can be connected with recording device to record the
call content between the host and extension.
6. Door Magnet 1: Connect with the door magment and indicate switch
status of door lock 1 through the host. When door lock 1 opens, the grid of
