Before using the unit, be sure to read all operating instruction carefully, please
note that these are general precautions and may not pertain to your unit. For
example, this unit may not have the capability to be connected to an outdoor
antenna.

5. Do not use this apparatus near water

The appliance should be cleaned only as recommended by the manufacturer.

Slots and openings in the cabinet and in the back or bottom are provided for
ventilation, to ensure reliable operation of the product and to protect it from

stoves, or other apparatus (including amplifiers) that produce heat.
9. Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized or grounding-type
plug. A polarized plug has two blades with one wider than the other. A

wide or the third prong are provided for your safety. If the provided plug
does not fit into your outlet, consult an electrician for replacement of the
obsolete outlet.

the antenna or cable system. This will prevent damage to the product due to

15. Power source
This product should be operated only from the type of power source indicated
on the marking label. If you are not sure of the type of power supply to your
home, consult your appliance dealer or local power company. For products
intended to operate from battery power, or other source, refer to the operation
instructions.
16. Power lines
An outside antenna system should not be located in the vicinity of overhead
power lines or other electric light or power circuits, or where it can fall into such
power lines or circuits. When installing an outside antenna system, extreme
care should be taken to keep from touching such power lines or circuits as
contact with them might be fatal.

Do not overload wall outlets and extension cords as this can result in a risk of
fire or electric shock.

Never push objects of any kind into the product through openings as they may
touch dangerous voltage points or short out parts that could result in fire or
electric shock. Never spill or spray any type of liquid on the product.

Do not attempt to service this product yourself as opening or removing covers
may expose you to dangerous voltage or other hazards. Refer all servicing to
qualified service personnel.
When replacement parts are required, be sure the service technician uses
replacement parts specified by the manufacturer or those that have the same
characteristics as the original parts. Unauthorized substitutions may result in
fire or electric shock or other hazards.
Upon completion of any service or repairs to this product, ask the service
technician to perform safety checks to determine that the product is in proper
operating condition.

14. Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel. Servicing is
required when the apparatus has been damaged in any way, such as
power-supply cord or plug is damaged, liquid has been spilled or objects
have fallen into the apparatus, the apparatus has been exposed to rain or
moisture, does not operate normally, or has been dropped.

been spilled into unit, the unit has been exposed to rain or moisture, the
unit has been dropped or the unit does not operate normally.
Unplug this product from the wall outlet and refer service to qualified service
personnel under the following conditions.
a)When the power- supply cord or plug is damaged.

Remarks:
1. When there is an obstacle between the unit and the transmitter, the transmitter may not operation.
2. When direct sunlight, an incandescent lamp, fluorescent lamp or any other strong light shines on
remote control of the unit, the remote operation may be unstable.

Battery installation:
1. Press the tab on the battery door and lift it off.
2. Install two (2) x AAA size batteries into the battery
compartment as the figure on right and the polarity
markings inside battery compartment.

Using the Direction, OK and Numeric buttons to select and set the desired T (Title), C (Chapters), tracks
(for CD) of the movie /music you wants. The Program menu will appear as follows.

OK button to clear all the programmed items when there is wrong programming.
Press the REPEAT button once, the current chapter will playback repeatedly and continuously.

During playback, press the SLOW button repeatedly to set the slow motion speed. Press button resume
to normal playback.
During DVD playback, press repeatedly to select the desired audio language. (Function depends on the
recording of disc)
ZOOM:
During movies playback, press the ZOOM button repeatedly to zoom in/out the picture. When in zoom in
mode, press Direction buttons to select the parts of the zoomed picture to watch. (This function is not
available on all discs)

1. If TV System is selected, it can be set to NTSC, PAL or AUTO to match the connected TV.
2. If POWER RESUME is selected and set On, the unit will start playback from the position where the disc was
stopped last time.
3. If Screen Saver is selected and set On, the screen saver will come on when the unit idles or the image is
paused for several minutes.
6.If Default is selected and set it to restore, all settings will be restored to factory setting.

will appear on the screen as below. During setting, using Direction , , , buttons to select and highlight
the function needed to set or reset, press the OK button to confirm the selection. After setting, press the SETUP
button to save and exit.

Contrast, Hue, Saturation.
1. If Dual Mono is selected, using the Direction and OK buttons to set it to Stereo, Mono L,
(Plays Left channel on all speakers), Mono R (Plays Right channel on all speakers) or Mix
Mono (Mixed Right and Left channel then plays on all speakers) as desired.
(Functions depend on the recording of the disc).
~ If set to LT/RT, the rear left and rear right channels will plays on both Left and Right Speakers.
~ If set to Stereo, the rear left channel will plays on Left Speaker; the rear right channel will play on
Right Speaker.
2. If Downmix is selected, using the Direction and OK buttons to set it to LT/RT; Stereo as desired.

Treat the disc carefully. Handle the disc only by its edges.
Never allow your fingers to contact with the shin , unprinted side of the disc.
● Do not attach adhesive tape, stickers, etc. to the disc label.
● Clean the disc periodically with a soft, lint-free,dry cloth, Never use detergents or abrasive cleaners
to clean the disc. If necessary, use a CD cleaning kit.
● If a disc skips or gets stuck on a section of the disc, it is probably dirty or damaged(scratched).
● When cleaning the disc, wipe in straight lines from the center of the disc to the outer edge of the
disc. Never wipe in circular motions.
● Discs should be stored in their cases after each use to avoid damage.
● Do not expose discs to direct sunlight, high temperatures or dust, etc. Prolonged exposure or
extreme temperatures can warp the disc.
● Do not stick or write anything on either side of the disc. Sharp writing Instruments, or the ink, may
damage the surface.
Cleaning the Unit
● To prevent fire or shock hazard, disconnect your unit from the AC power source when cleaning.
● The nish on your unit may be cleaned with a dust cloth and cared for as other furniture. Use
caution when cleaning and wiping the plastic parts.
● Mild soap and a damp cloth may be used on the front panel.
