The Falcon comes equipped with an upper and lower bead breaking disc.
The radial positioning of the discs is made easier through an automation
device preventing the operator from wrong manual positioning. This
system helps guarantee speed, precision, and repeatability.
FALCON TS1 Features
With an adjustable working height, and spring system to return
to position, the powerful assist arm makes working with run flat
tires, and other tough wheel assemblies a piece of cake!
Manual rotation of the tool allows for the operator to easily
switch from demounting to mounting mode.
The zero effort Wheel Lifter allows the operator to
lift the wheel on to the tire changer with little to no
effort and without changing working position.
The innovative mount/demount tool is positioned using the
controls on the panel. The part used for demounting is equipped
with a patented spring system to facilitate the entry of the bead
breaker disc between the rim without risk of damage to the tire.
Clamping the wheel is simple, using the pneumatic
clamping system. By using the provided locking
handle and cones, the wheel is locked into place with
the press of a pedal.
