You have fitted your boat with one of the best and most reliable
items of yacht equipment currently available. Please read this
manual carefully. It contains all necessary information for the cor-
rect and safe use of our products.
All our products for boats are designed and built to give many
years of trouble-free use, on condition that the applicable techni-
cal standards for correct installation are followed, that the instruc-
tions provided in this manual are respected, and that all recom-
mended checks and maintenance operations are carried out.

GUARANTEE
OPACMARE S.p.A. guarantees that the product has been tested
and checked in its factory. The guarantee for the product and its
accessories is valid for 12 months from the delivery date (unless
other contractually agreed conditions apply), for the private buyer
the guarantee is valid for 24 months.
The guarantee covers the free repair or replacement of compo-
nents that careful inspection by the manufacturer’s technical divi-
sion shows to be defective in conditions of normal use.
The guarantee is limited exclusively to defects in materials, and
will not valid if defective components have been tampered with or
dismantled by unauthorised persons. Repairs covered by guaran-
tee will be carried out solely at OPACMARE or at dealers or autho-
rised workshops. Is possible to extend the guarantees until 5
years by payment, previous technical check of OPACMARE S.p.A.
The following are excluded from the guarantee:
ãCost of replacement of lubricants and transport, boarding and
lodging expenses at current OPACMARE prices for repair
operations carried out at the place of installation or directly on
board the boat, and any custom duties for products shipped
to foreign countries.
ãTaxes (VAT) and any other cost not specifically referred to in
the supply contract shall always be borne by the buyer.
ãReplacement or repair of guaranteed components will not
extend the overall guarantee period.
The buyer will qualify for cover under this guarantee only if the
conditions of guarantee indicated in the supply contract have
been fully respected. If the parties to the supply contract do not
intend to resort to arbitration, any controversies regarding the
contract or any other matter shall be referred to an ordinary civil
court, and the competent civil court shall be that of Turin, Italy.
The guarantee will be invalidated in the following cases:
On delivery of the product it must be checked for possible dam-
age during transport. Any claims must be notified within 8 days
from delivery.
The buyer will qualify for cover under this guarantee only if the
conditions of guarantee indicated in the supply contract have
been fully respected.
The guarantee will also be invalidated:
ãFor all parts subject to normal wear as elastic ropes and crane
ropes.
ãAny kind of tampering with the product.
ãIf the product is improperly used by the user, in a way other
than that indicated in this instruction manual.
ãIf damage is caused to the product by inadequate maintenance
(see 8° paragraph routine check).
ãIf the product is used for purposes other than those indicated
in this instruction manual.
ãIf damage caused to the product is attributable to the
conditions in which it is operated or to reasons beyond normal
operation conditions, for instance irregularities in power
supply voltage or current, or exposure of electronic
components to damp.
ãIf after repairing interventions made by user, without
Opacmare’s consent or because of not original spare parts
assembling, the product has become different and the
damage has been caused by these changes.
ãIf the instructions of this manual have not been respected.
NOTE:
The manufacturer declines all liability for damage, defects or mal-
functions caused by improper installation of the product, carried
out without due consideration to standard installation practice and
to the instructions given in this manual.
After of the guarantee time has expired, we suggest to do
each year before the new summer season a complete check
up of our product by a customer care service point authorised
by Opacmare.
GARANZIA
La OPACMARE S.p.A. garantisce che il prodotto è stato fabbricato con
materiali di prima qualità ed è stato collaudato e verificato presso la
propria fabbrica. La garanzia del prodotto e dei suoi accessori ha una
durata di mesi 12 dalla data di consegna per i cantieri (per particolari
opzioni resta comunque valido quanto stabilito in sede contrattuale);
mentre per i privati la garanzia si estende a 24 mesi. Tale garanzia si
esplica nella riparazione o sostituzione gratuita di quelle parti che, dopo
un attento esame eseguito dal Servizio Tecnico del Costruttore sono
risultate difettose in condizioni d’impiego normale. La garanzia è limi-
tata ai soli difetti di materiali e cessa di avere effetto qualora le parti lese
del prodotto risultino manomesse o comunque smontate da personale
non autorizzato allo scopo. Gli interventi in garanzia si effettuano
esclusivamente presso la OPACMARE o i concessionari e le officine
autorizzate. il costruttore da la possibilità di estendere a pagamento la
garanzia fino a 5 anni previo controllo tecnico dell’OPACMARE S.p.A.
Sono escluse dalla garanzia:
ãLe spese relative alla sostituzione dei lubrificanti, le spese di
trasporto, vitto e alloggio in base alle tariffe in vigore della
OPACMARE per interventi eseguiti presso la sede
dell’utilizzatore o direttamente sull’imbarcazione, gli eventuali
tributi doganali per i prodotti spediti all’estero.
ãLe imposte (IVA) e quant’altro non scritto nel contratto di
fornitura sono in ogni caso a carico dell’acquirente.
ãLe sostituzioni o le riparazioni dei materiali in garanzia non
prolungano in ogni caso i termini della garanzia stessa.
L’acquirente potrà far valere i suoi diritti sulla garanzia solo se avrà
rispettato le condizioni concernenti le prestazioni della garanzia, ripor-
tate nel contratto di fornitura. Qualora risultasse che le parti non inten-
dono sottoporre a giudizio arbitrale le controversie nascenti dal con-
tratto di fornitura o in ogni altro caso in cui sia richiesta la pronuncia da
parte di un organo del Foro ordinario, sarà territorialmente competente
solo il Foro di Torino – Italia.
Quando decade la garanzia:
Alla consegna del prodotto verificare che lo stesso non abbia subito
danni durante il trasporto.
Eventuali reclami dovranno essere presentati entro e non oltre 8 giorni
dalla consegna. L’acquirente potrà far valere i suoi diritti sulla garanzia
solo se sono state rispettate le condizioni concernenti le prestazioni di
garanzia, riportate nel contratto di fornitura.
Inoltre la garanzia decade:
ãPer tutti i componenti soggetti a normale usura ad esempio corde
elastiche e corde delle gru.
ãPer qualunque tipo di manomissione del prodotto
ãPer un utilizzo errato o diverso del prodotto (modalità non
conformi alle norme riportate nel presente manuale)
ãNel momento in cui il danno al prodotto sia imputabile ad
insufficiente manutenzione (vedi tabella periodicità dei controlli
paragrafo 8).
ãNel momento in cui il danno al prodotto sia imputabile alle
condizioni ambientali in cui essa opera o da fenomeni non
dipendenti dal normale funzionamento, come ad esempio
irregolarità dei valori di tensione o della corrente di
alimentazione, esposizione all’umidità della parte elettronica.
ãNel momento in cui, in seguito ad interventi di riparazione
eseguiti dall’utilizzatore senza il consenso della OPACMARE o
a causa del montaggio di pezzi di ricambio non originali, il
prodotto abbia subito cambiamenti ed il danno sia causato da
tali cambiamenti.
ãNel momento in cui non siano rispettate le istruzioni descritte
nel presente manuale.
NOTA:
Il costruttore non si ritiene responsabile per eventuali danni, difetti o anom-
alie dovute ad una installazione errata del prodotto, eseguita senza tenere
conto della regola d’arte, e delle raccomandazioni riportate nel manuale.
Dopo la fine del periodo di garanzia, si consiglia di far fare ogni anno
prima dell’inizio della stagione estiva, un controllo completo del nos-
tro prodotto presso un centro assistenza autorizzato Opacmare.

persons or things caused by failure to respect safety precautions.
All lifting, installation, maintenance and adjustment operations
and works on electrical and hydraulic systems must be carried
out by specialised and technically trained personnel and certified
by OPACMARE.
Before using the product this instruction manual has
to be carefully read, scrupulously following all instructions

YOURSELF WITH THE GRAB ROPE.
NEVER USE THE GANGWAY UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF
SUBSTANCES THAT COULD AFFECT YOUR BALANCE,
SUCH AS ALCOHOL OR DRUGS, OR IF YOU ARE NOT IN
GOOD PHYSICAL CONDITION, UNLESS YOU ARE
HELPED BY SOMEONE.
NEVER ALLOW MORE THAN ONE PERSON AT A TIME TO
MOUNT THE GANGWAY.
NEVER JUMP, RUN OR LOITER ON THE GANGWAY.
NEVER CROSS THE GANGWAY IF THE STANCHIONS AND
GRAB ROPE HAVE NOT BEEN SECURED.
NEVER MOUNT THE GANGWAY BY APPLYING FORCE TO
THE STANCHIONS OR GRAB ROPE.
ALWAYS MOUNT THE GANGWAY BAREFOOT OR WEAR-
ING LOW AND COMFORTABLE RUBBER-SOLED SHOES.
NEVER MOUNT THE GANGWAY WEARING HIGH HEELS
OR LEATHER-SOLED SHOES.
ALWAYS WARN ANY PERSONS ON THE QUAYSIDE
BEFORE OPERATING GANGWAY.
ALWAYS OPERATE THE GANGWAY KEEPING IT UNDER
DIRECT VISUAL OBSERVATION.
NEVER OPERATE THE GANGWAY WHEN THERE ARE
PERSONS ON THE QUAYSIDE IN ITS MANOEUVRING
RANGE.
ALWAYS USE SUITABLE LIFTING TACKLE TO LOAD
HEAVY OR BULKY OBJECTS ON BOARD.
ALWAYS CARRY YOUNG CHILDREN BY HAND WHILE
CROSSING THE GANGWAY AFTER DOCKING.
NEVER CROSS THE GANGWAY CARRYING HEAVY OR
BULKY OBJECTS THAT MIGHT AFFECT YOUR BALANCE.
AFTER DOCKING, IF YOU DO NOT NEED TO USE THE
GANGWAY, RETURN IT TO ITS RESTING POSITION, WITH

1) PRELIMINARY INFORMATION
The gangways is installed inside the stern of the boat, and gangway
is composed of a mobile section and a telescopic section with
manual or automatic stanchion. The structure is made of steel inox
aisi 316 and the gratings of teak wood. The gangway has been desi-
gned to perform its functions within capacity and loading limits gua-
ranteed by its technical charateristics: fulfilling of operations of
boarding and unloading passengers.
ANY OTHER USAGE OF THE GANGWAY IS TO BE CONSIDERED FORBIDDEN.
The product identification plate (picture1) is fitted on the product
itself, and shows the following information:

La passerella viene installata internamente nello specchio di poppa della
barca. La passerella è costituita da una sezione mobile e da una sezione
telescopica; i candelieri sono a posizionamento manuale o automatico.
La passerella è stata progettata per svolgere funzioni nei limiti di porta-
ta e capacità consentiti dalle caratteristiche tecniche. La passerella è
utilizzata per effettuare le operazioni di imbarco e sbarco dei passeggeri
dall’imbarcazione o, se previsto, per il sollevamento nei limiti di targa.

Preliminary remarks:
a) The gangway and all of its components are factory tested for
correct operation with a predetermined number of test cycles.
b) The following requisites are necessary for the correct
installation of your OPACMARE gangway.
c)
When the gangway is delivered, immediately open the packing
and check that it contains all of the components listed in packing
list, and that the received items correspond to the order made.
d) If the gangway and its components are stored, they must be
protected against damage, damp and dust. No complaints
for faults due to failure in taking suitable precautions can be
accepted.
e)
The structure of the area where the gangway has to be set up
must be strong and solid enough to support the loads that the
gangway and its use will exert, without causing temporary
deformations that could compromise the safe use of the gangway
or produce no regular oscillations during the lifting or the lowering.
f) The fixing system that secures the anchor plates to the boat
must be accessible for inspections. Any vibration that might
affect the stern can slacken fixing.
g) The hydraulic unit must be installed in a place where it can
be securely fixed in a suitable way.
nIt should be protected from water seepage; if this is not
possible it’s the clients responsibility to keep a close check
and periodical maintenance should be done in order to prevent
potential oxidation
nit must be in a place with sufficient ventilation for dispersal of
the heat produced under all conditions of operation
nit must be easily accessible for routine checks and topping up
of the fluid tank
nit must allow easy operation of the manual emergency pump
and manual movement of the solenoid valves
nit must be accessible for any repair that might be needed.
The pipettes with the electro-valves for the electrical connections
must included a rubber for the water-tight and they must be
fixed to the bobbin with tightening screw that must be tight.
h) The electrical panel supplied with the gangway must be installed
in a position protected against water infiltrations and damp:
nIt must allow so that, apart the water-tight connectors, every
other wiring to enter it from below
nIn the case of not sealed electrical panel, it must be possible
to fully open the door of the panel so that the interior is easily
accessible for checks and maintenance
nEvery electronics are closed with a guarantee seal, if you
remove this the guarantee will be invalidate
nThe optional power supply box with safety cut-off switch (also
containing main fuse) must be installed in a protected but
accessible for inspections position.
N.B.: ELECTRICAL PANEL MUST BE FEEDED BY CABLES FROM
THAT ARE INDIPENDENT BY THE CABLE OF HYDRAULIC UNIT
FEEDING
nAll the connectors must be perfectly tight in order to avoid
water infiltrations or no currect operating.
i)
The electrical panel is supplied with to a power circuit that is provid
ed with a command circuit (switch and protection of the power circuit
are optional). However, the installer must provide adequate electrical
protection of the gangway's general power supply system.
j) The hydraulic pipes must be routed so as to be accessible for
the inspection of both pipes and joints, and for any replacement
operations that may be necessary.
l) If the fitting-out of the yacht has still to be completed when the
gangway is installed, adequate precautions to prevent any of
its components from being damaged must be taken.
No complaints for faults that may be due to failure to take suit
able precautions can be accepted.
j) Il percorso dei tubi dell'olio deve consentire il controllo
dell'integrità dei raccordi e dei tubi stessi, e la loro eventuale
sostituzione.
l) Durante il periodo di completamento dell'allestimento della barca,
a passerella già installata, devono essere prese adeguate
precauzioni per evitare che la passerella o i suoi componenti
accessori vengano danneggiati. Non si accettano reclami la cui
causa sia riconducibile al mancato rispetto di questa prescrizione.
Raccomandazioni:
a) La passerella, con i suoi componenti accessori, viene collaudata
in fabbrica sottoponendola ad un ciclo prestabilito di prove, al fine
di verificarne il corretto funzionamento.
b) Per una corretta installazione della passerella, OPACMARE
richiede in particolare il rispetto dei requisiti elencati di seguito.
c) Dopo la consegna verificare che la confezione contenga tutti i
componenti e che il materiale spedito sia conforme a quanto ordinato.
d) Durante l'eventuale immagazzinamento, la passerella e tutti i suoi
componenti accessori devono essere protetti da danneggia-
menti, umidità, infiltrazioni e polveri. Non si accettano reclami la cui
causa sia riconducibile al mancato rispetto di questa prescrizione.
e) La struttura della zona destinata ad accogliere la passerella deve
essere sufficientemente robusta ed irrigidita per sopportare i
carichi conseguenti all'installazione della passerella ed al suo
impiego, senza causare deformazioni elastiche che possono
rendere meno sicura l'uscita della passerella stessa o causare
oscillazioni anomale in fase di sollevamento e discesa.
f) E’ necessario tener conto della possibile presenza di vibrazioni
in grado di causare nel tempo un allentamento dei fissaggi.
g) La centralina oleodinamica deve essere posizionata a bordo in
modo da garantire un adeguato e robusto fissaggio:
n deve risultare protetta da infiltrazioni, qualora non fosse possibile
questa condizione è a cura del cliente l'obbligo di un controllo e
una manutenzione periodica per evitare possibili ossidazioni
ndeve trovarsi in ambiente sufficientemente areato per smaltire
il calore prodotto dal funzionamento in ogni condizione
ndeve essere facilmente raggiungibile per i normali controlli
ndeve consentire l’azionamento agevole della pompa a mano di
emergenza e la manovra manuale delle elettrovalvole
ndeve consentire l’accesso per le eventuali riparazioni
Le pipette di collegamento elettrico con le elettrovalvole devono
essere complete di gommino per la tenuta stagna e fissata alla
bobina con apposita vite di serraggio opportunamente serrata.
h) Il quadro elettrico fornito a corredo della passerella deve
trovarsi in posizione protetta da infiltrazioni ed umidità:
ndeve esser posizionato in modo che a parte i connettori stagni
ogni altro eventuale cablaggio di collegamento penetri nella
scatola dal lato inferiore
ndeve esser possibile l'apertura completa del portello del
quadro, in modo che l'accesso all'interno per controlli e
manutenzione risulti agevole
ntutte le elettroniche sono chiuse con sigillo di garanzia, la cui
rimozione non autorizzata fa decadere la garanzia
nla cassetta di alimentazione opzionale, con il sezionatore (con
tenente anche il fusibile principale) deve essere installato in
posizione protetta ma accessibile per i controlli
N.B.: IL QUADRO ELETTRICO DEVE ESSERE ALIMENTATO CON
CAVI INDIPENDENTI DAL CAVO DI ALIMENTAZIONE DELLA
CENTRALINA IDRAULICA
nTutti i connettori devono essere perfettamente serrati onde

Il quadro è fornito corredato di un circuito di comando dotato di
protezione elettrica (il circuito e la protezione di potenza sono optional).
Chi provvede all'installazione deve prevedere una adeguato cavo e
protezione elettrica per l'alimentazione generale della passerella.

L’installazione standard prevista a catalogo sono
relative ad imbarcazioni a poppa diritta verticale.
Ogni altra configurazione deve essere concordata con il
nostro Ufficio tecnico.
Per il montaggio della passerella consultare le illustrazioni accom-
pagnate dalle descrizioni.
nSfilare i perni di collegamento del pistone di sollevamento
(rif.A e B).
nPraticare i fori di fissaggio sulla poppa dell'imbarcazione,
utilizzando come dima di foratura le stesse piastre di
ancoraggio C e D fornite con la passerella.
nFissare alla poppa le due piastre di ancoraggio mediante viti
inox AISI 316 da M8 sigillandone il perimetro con silicone,
infilando i tubi idraulici nei fori precedentemente realizzati.
nCollegare la passerella sulla piastra C usando il perno E.
nRicollegare il pistone alla passerella, rimontando i perni di
collegamento.
nAvvitare i raccordi ad ogiva del gruppo valvola-regolatori di
flusso ai tubi dell'olio, quindi serrare i raccordi ad occhio
girevoli orientando il gruppo valvola nella posizione voluta.
nEffettuare i collegamenti idraulici alla centralina idraulica e
quelli elettrici delle elettrovalvole e della pulsantiera con il box
elettronico.
nAlimentare l'elettronica alla batteria dell'imbarcazione con il
cavo elettrico in dotazione ed eventualmente prolunghe
aggiuntive.
nAlimentare il motore elettrico con cavi di sezione appropriata
attraverso un fusibile (materiale non fornito standard
dall'OPACMARE), controllando la corretta tensione.
(Vedi tabella pagina 8).
nControllare il riempimento del serbatoio olio della centralina,
alimentare il sistema elettrico ed effettuare lo spurgo del
pistone compiendo 3 o 4 cicli di manovra. Se necessario,
rabboccare il serbatoio della centralina.
nVerificare l'assenza di perdite d'olio.

The standard installation that is foreseen in the cata-
logue is relating to boats with vertical and straight
stern. Every other configuration must be agreed with our
technical department.
For the assembly you must consult the illustrations together with
the relative descriptions in the next pages:
nRemove the connection pivot of the lifting cylinder (A and B).
nDrill holes for fixings on the stern of yacht, using as template
the same fixing plate C and D supplied with the gangway.
nFix the two anchor plates to the stern with 8 mm AISI 316
stainless screws and seal around the edges with silicon filler.
Insert the hydraulic pipes into the holes that you have previously
realized.
nConnect the gangway on plate C using the pin E.
nReconnect the cylinder to the gangway by replacing the
connecting pivot E.
nScrew the ogive nipples of the flow regulator valve to the
hydraulic pipes. Tighten the swivel joints with the flow
regulator valve in the desired direction.
nMake the hydraulic connections to the hydraulic unit and the
electric connections of the solenoid valve and of the panel
control to the electronic box.
nConnect the electronic unit to the battery of the boat with the
supplied electric cable or eventually with another extension
cable.
nFeed the electric motor with cable of suitable section by a fuse
(material non standard supplied by Opacmare), checking the
correct tension. (See pag. 8).
nCheck that the tank of the hydraulic unit is correctly filled with
fluid, and connect electrical power. Flush the lifting cylinder
making 3 or 4 operation cycle.
nTop up the tank of the hydraulic unit if necessary.
Check that the hydraulic circuits have no leaks.

On gangways models.5995 and 8998 the raising piston is fixed to
a crosspiece that can be moved to a variety of position.
This solution permits greater versatility of the gangway when
installed on transoms that are not vertical.

ãInstallation gangway mod.3800
nMake the hydraulic connections to the hydraulic unit and the
electric connections of the solenoid valves and the digital
panel to the electronic box.
nPower the electronic to the battery of the boat with the
supplied electric cable or eventually with another extension cable.
nPower the electric motor with cable with suitable section by a
fuse (material non supplied standard by Opacmare), checking
the correct tension. (See pag. 8).
nLift up the pantograph of the gangway pushing the button on
the digital panel.
nLift up the gangway, at least in two persons, and insert the
gangway in the assigned compartment.
nMake the fixing holes on the resine and if it is necessary insert
some thickness between the plates of fixing and the resine on
the boat.
nFix to the compartment the anchor plates with AISI 316
stainless screws M10 and seal around the edges with silicone
filler.
nCarry out the fixing as indicated in the picture.
nCheck that the tank of the hydraulic unit is correctly filled with
fluid, and connected to electrical power. Flush the lifting
cylinder making 3 or 4 operation cycles.
nTop up the tank of the hydraulic unit if necessary.
Check that the hydraulic circuits have no leaks.
nAfter you have fixed the gangway, during the moving check
phase; check that the flexible hydraulic pipes, that are
located in the lower part of the gangway, are not crushed
during the closing phase.

On the hydraulic unit there is a flow regulation valve that has been
correctly set by OPACMARE before delivery of your gangway.
Sulla centralina oleodinamica sono montate delle valvole regolatri-
ci di flusso (tarate da OPACMARE in fase di collaudo) che hanno
la funzione di frenare la discesa della passerella.

nEffettuare i collegamenti idraulici alla centralina idraulica e
quelli elettrici delle elettrovalvole e della pulsantiera con il box
elettronico.
nAlimentare l’elettronica alla batteria dell’imbarcazione con il
cavo elettrico in dotazione ed eventualmente prolunghe
aggiuntive.
nAlimentare il motore elettrico con cavi di sezione appropriata
attraverso un fusibile (materiale non fornito standard
dall’OPACMARE), controllando la corretta tensione.
(Vedi tabella pagina 8).
nSollevare il pantografo della passerella premendo il tasto sulla
pulsantiera.
nSollevare la passerella, almeno in due persone, e inserirla nel
vano stabilito.
n Praticare i fori di fissaggio sulla resina e se necessario inserire
degli spessori tra le piastre di fissaggio e la resina dell’imbarcazione
nFissare al vano le piastre di ancoraggio mediante viti inox AISI
316 M10 sigillandone il perimetro con silicone.
nEffettuare i fissaggi come indicato in figura 7.
nControllare il riempimento del serbatoio olio della centralina ed
effettuare lo spurgo del pistone di sollevamento compiendo 3
o 4 cicli completi.
Se necessario, rabboccare il serbatoio della centralina
nVerificare l’assenza di perdite d’olio.
nDopo il fissaggio, in fase di prova di movimentazione, verificare
che i tubi idraulici flessibili, posti nella parte inferiore della
passerella, non vengano schiacciati o soggetti a taglio nella
fase di chiusura.

To extract the telescopic element it is necessary operate on the
block that is located on the side of the gangway so it is possible
extend the telescopic element. It is necessary that the telescopic
element goes to end stroke and, afterwards, lock the position
operating on the block.
Remember, when you want put away and so close the gangway,
to unhook the block e sliding the telescopic element.
When you have extract the telescopic element, it is possible insert
the stanchions (OPTIONAL supplying).
For models with manual positioning of stanchions, insert these
into the sockets provided. Check that they are correctly secured.
Before moving off on models with manual stanchion positioning,
the grab rope and the stanchions must be dismantled and stowed
away.
It is possible hang up by rope the gangway or it is possible learn
the gangway to the quay by wheel (optional supplying).
If the gangway is hangs up, used as lifting points the buttonholes
used also to fix the stanchions.
Before moving off it is absolutely necessary put away the gan-
gway.
For model of gangway without rotation:
nRemove the connection pivot and the plate pivot block (see
the previous paragraph). so put away the gangway.
For model of gangway wit rotation block:
nIt is possible remove the rotation block lifting the gangway,
then put away the gangway.
nIt is possible rotate manually the gangway setting in repose
position. Be careful to stop the gangway (system by the
shipyard) to avoid that the gangway rotate during the
navigation and to prevent any of its components from being
damaged must be taken.

Per poter estrarre l’elemento telescopico è necessario agire sul-
l’otturatore posto sul lato della passerella così da permettere lo
sfilo; far andare l’elemento estraibile sino a fine corsa e, successi-
vamente, fermare la posizione agendo sempre sull’otturatore.
Ricordarsi, nel momento in cui si vuole riporre e quindi richiudere
la passerella, di sganciare l’otturatore e far scorrere l’elemento
estraibile.
Una volta estratto l’elemento telescopico è possibile inserire i can-
delieri (la fornitura dei candelieri è OPTIONAL)
Per i modelli con candelieri manuali inserite questi ultimi negli
appositi alloggiamenti, controllandone il fissaggio e verificate la
solidità dell’appiglio.
Prima di partire per la navigazione per i modelli con candelieri
manuali è necessario sganciare la cima tientibene smontare i can-
delieri e la passerella e riporli.
La passerella può essere appesa tramite fune o appoggiata alla
banchina per mezzo di ruote (dotazione optionale).
Nel caso in cui la passerella viene appesa, utilizzare come punti
per il sollevamento gli anelli usati anche per il fissaggio della cima
tienibene dei candelieri.
Prima di partire per la navigazione è assolutamente necessa-
rio riporre la passerella.
Per i modelli di passerella senza rotazione:
nsfilare il perno di aggancio e la piastrina di blocco perno
(procedimento inverso all’installazione, vedi paragrafo
precedente); quindi riporre la passerella.
Per il modello di passerella con blocco di rotazione:
nè possibile sfilare il blocco di rotazione sollevando la
passerella. Successivamente riporla.
nè possibile far ruotare manualmente la passerella mettendola in
posizione di riposo. Ricordarsi di fermare la passerella (sistema
a cura del cliente) per evitare che ruoti durante la navigazione
e per evitare che la passerella o parti della stessa vengano
danneggiati.

The hydraulic module is designed for discontinuous use, and must
not be operated continuously for more than 4 minutes at a time,
otherwise the electric motor may be subject to overheating. The
electric motor has a thermal switch that breaks off motor’s power
when the motor is overheated. The time available to carry out all
manoeuvres repeatedly is nevertheless amply even in case of
exceptional circumstances.
The hydraulic pump driven by the electric motor is located inside
the hydraulic fluid tank. The power of the electric motor installed
on the hydraulic module is 2.2-1.6 kW; for the development of all
functions on the gangways is mounted 2 or 3 solenoid valves
(only for mod.3800).
La centralina oleodinamica è costruita per un utilizzo discontinuo
e non deve restare in funzione per più di 4 minuti consecutivi, altri-
menti si corre il rischio di surriscaldare il motore elettrico; inoltre il
motore elettrico è dotato di un interruttore termico che interrom-
pe l’alimentazione del motore quando questo si surriscalda. Il
tempo a disposizione per compiere ripetutamente tutte le mano-
vre è comunque abbondantemente sufficiente anche in caso di
regolazioni in condizioni particolari.
La pompa idraulica è posta all’interno del serbatoio dell’olio; la
potenza del motore elettrico installato sulle centraline oleodinami-
che è di 2.2-1.6 kW, per lo svolgimento di tutte le funzioni sulle
passerelle sono montate da 2 a 3 elettrovalvole, (solo per la 3800).
