Standard Steps:
1. Seat - S/O
2. Backrest - S/O
3. Front Legs - S/O
4. Back Legs - S/O

1. With 240 grit sand the edges all the way round then the faces. Wipe off dust. Make sure you sand each end
smoothly. Oil in the same order. Wipe off any excess oil and put to one side.

7. On a clean workbench, Lay the four leg parts out with the two ‘bow ties’. Add a bowtie to one side of a leg where
there is a half bowtie pocket and screw together. With the mirrored leg part do the same again. Repeat on the second
leg. Next, line up and clamp the right side panel to the right side of the front leg and the right side of the back leg. Drill
through the four holes on each side of the side panel into the front and back legs, deep enough to allow the screw to

pull through. Add the screws to all four holes. Position the backrest in the same way on the side panel and clamp, go
through the same process as the legs. Remove the clamps and flip the frame over, do the same again. Put the frame
on it’s feet. Position the seat into the frame and go through the same process with the screws in the sides.
8. On the workbench check for balance and stability.
