3. Compressorstartswithdelayafterexternalwatervalvestarts.
Afterexternalwatervalveworksfor9seconds,systemstartscompressoraftermakingsurethecirculating
waterfillstheheatexchanger.
4. Loadingandunloadingwithtimedelay.
Toavoiddestroytopowersupplynet,compressorscanonlystartwithtimegapof 〖Cd〗seconds.
5. Balancerunningtimeofcompressors.
Toreachthebalanceofrunningtimeforeachcompressor,compressorstartfirstwillstopfirst.
6. Lightintensityishigherthansettingvalue Coolingindaytime.
Systemworksforcoolingonlyaccordingtosettingvalue.Thesettingrangeis18~32 withaccuracyof
1,compressorstartswithtimedelayof30s.
7. Lightintensityislowerthansettingvalue Heatinginnighttime.
A)Whenindoortemperature <heatingsettingtemperature,systemworksforheating;
B)Heatingmode(Withauxiliaryelectricalheaters,compressordoesnotstart),temperaturesettingrangeis
18~32 withaccuracyof1 .
Theindoortemperatureislowthanthesettemperature2 ,electricheaterstart.
Theindoortemperatureishigherthanthesettemperature,electricheatingstop.
C)Dehumidificationmode:Thehumidityintheeveningexceedsthesethumidityvalue,dehumidification
modeisturnedon(thedehumidificationmodeisnotneededduringthedaytime).
Lessthanthesethumidityvalue-humiditydifferenceD[5],turnoffthedehumidificationmode.
8. Lightscontrol
Duringdaytime,whentheindoortemperatureisgreaterthanb[F] (default),thelightcontrolrelayis
closed(therelayisnormallyclosed,thelightisturnedon),andthelightisturnedoff.Thecontroltemperature
differenceis5°C,iethelightrelayisdisconnectedwhentheindoortemperatureisbelowb[F]-5 (default).
9. Illuminationcontrol
Whentheilluminanceisgreaterthanthe(bA)setting,themodeisdaytimemode
Whentheilluminanceislessthan(bA)-(bE) ,themodeisnighttimemode.When(bA)-(bE)islessthan
(bA),thecurrentmodeismaintained.
10. Watervalvecontrol
A)Start/stopwiththecompressor.Beforethecompressorstarts,thewatervalveisopenedfirst,andthedelay
timeis10Stodetectthestatusofthewaterflowswitch.Whentherehavewaterflow,thecompressorcanbe
turnedon;afterthecompressorstops,thedelaytimeis10stoclosethewatervalve.
11. Drainpumpcontrol
Afterthecondensatelevelswitchisclosed,thedrainpumpstartstorun.Afterthecondensatelevelswitchis
disconnected,turnoffthedrainpumpafterc[7]seconds.
2.5Systemprotectionsanderrorcode
Controllerwillstartrelativeprotectionsfordifferenterrors,andshowtheerrorcodeondisplay.Errorcode
showsatclockposition(88:88)withEE:XX.

packinglisttoavoidanymissing.
TheunitsarewellchargedbyR407cinsystembeforeleavingfactory,pleasealsocheckthesystempressureto
seeifthereisleakage.

b).Transit
Hoist,slingorforkliftissuggestedfortransit.Pleasepayattentiontoprotecttheunitduringtransit,andkeepthe
unitshorizontalduringthetransittoavoiddamagetocompressorsystem.
2).Installation
Theunitscanbeinstalledfreelyontotheceiling,intoilet,inanyroom,instairwelloratoutdoor.Pleasenote
followinginstructionsforinstallation.
Installationmustbeoperatedbyprofessionalpeople,accordingtolocalregulationsexactly.
Pleaseconsiderthespaceforwaterpipes,powerwires,andthatofmaintenance.
Remark:
Accordingtostandarddesign,usershavetoinstalltheflowswitch,totheinterfaceofunits.
Pleaseconfirmthehoistpartcanbeartheweightofunitswhenthey reinstalledontoceiling.
3).WaterPipeinstallation
Allpipeinstallationmustbeoperatedaccordingtolocalregulationscompletely.And,trybesttoreducetheparts
withcurveorgrade.Thermalisolationisnotnecessaryforthissystem.
Pleasepayattentiontofollowinginstructions.
a).Shakeproofpartstothepipeareneeded,toavoidleakagecausedbyshake.
b).Maintenancevalveisneeded,userscanclosethevalveduringmaintenancetocuttheconnectionbetween
systemandpipes.
c).Keepenoughwaterpressureinthesystem.
d).Installfilterattheentranceofwaterpump,tostopimpurityfromenteringthesystem.
4).Electricinstallation.
Pleasemakesureallwires/cablesareconnectedwell,arenotintouchwithanyrunningpartsofunits.
ConnectingcablesofunitsmustbeYZW-300/500,andallwires/cablesmustmeettherequirementofthis
manual.
Pleasemakesurethesystemiswellearthed.Alloperationsofinstallationmustbeinaccordancewithlocal
regulations.
Note:Allprotecting&interlockingdevicesmustbeinstalledandconnectedtorelatedterminalsincontrolbox.
4Commissioning
Pleasechecktheinstallationofunitsagainandthevoltageofpowersupplybeforethecommissioning.
Ifunitswith3phaseshavenoresponseafterconnectedtopower,pleasecutoffpowerandadjusttheconnectionof
anyof2phases.
Pleasechecktherunningstatusofmainparts,forexample,thenoiseandshakeofmotor/compressor,therunning

directionofmotor,thenoiseofsystemandduct,etc.
Pleasepayattentiontofollowingpointsduringcommissioning.
a.Indoortempsettingofcontrollershouldbereasonable,nottoohighortoolow.
b.Pleasekeeptheindoorcontrollerawayfromcomputer,TV,andotherhomeappliances,toavoidsignaljam
betweendifferentcontrolsystems.
c.Pleasekeepthedoorsandwindowsclosedduringtheoperationofunits,toavoidenergylostandlowenergy
efficiency.
d.Pleasedonotoperatewithwethands,donotwashtheunitswithwaterdirectly,andcontrollerandPCBboxof
unitsshouldbewelldampproof.
e.Afterusingtheunitsforsomehours,roomsshouldbewellventilatedandkeptfreshairforaround15%.
Pleasecutoffthepowersupplyofunitsandcalllocaldistributorsforhelpifanyaccidentshappenduringoperation,
includingadustsmell,sparklesofelectricparts,smokes,andsoon.Pleasedonotchecktheunitspersonallyin
thesecases,butwaitingfortheprofessionalservicepeople.
5Maintenance
1). Electricmaintenance.
a).Thereshouldbeexclusivepowersupplyfortheunits,withfluctuationofvoltagewithin ±10%.Autoair
switchisrequiredforsystem,anditsratedcurrentshouldbe1.5timesofrunningcurrentofsystem.
b).Systemmustbewellearthed.
c).On/Offshouldbeoperatednomorethan4timesperhour.Electricalcontrolboxshouldbewelldampproof.
d).There sphaseprotectioninsystemfor3phaseunits.Pleaserestarttheunitsandadjustthephaseconnections
ifsystemhasnoresponseatthefirsttimeofpoweron.
2).Maintenanceofunits.
a).Pleasepreparewellforfollowingpointsbeforeusingunitsindifferentseasons.
Makesuretoconnectcompressorstopowersupplyformorethan12hoursbeforeunitsarepoweron,toreduce
theliquidrefrigerantincompressors,increasetheoiltemp,andreduceabrasionofcompressor.
Checkthestartandoperationofunitsfortheinitialuseofeachtime,andcutofpowersupplyimmediatelyif
anythingwrongisfound.
b).Cleanthereturnairfiltersmonthly,toguaranteethesmoothoperationofunits.Allcleaningmustbeoperated
byprofessionalpeople.
c).Checkandcleanthedrainagepipebeforestartingtheunits,toguaranteedrainageofcondensingwater.Also,
checkandcleanthedrainagepipeinwintertoavoidfreezedown.
d).Donotdisassembletheunitsormaintainpersonally,pleasecalllocaldistributorsforhelpandwaitforservice
peopleifanyfaultsarefound.
e).Makesuretocutoffpowersupplyifunitswillnotbeusedforcertaintimeofperiod,orthere llstillbesome
powerconsumption.And,remembertoconnectunitstopowerfornolessthan12hoursbeforestartingtheunits.
f).Allmaintenancemustbeoperatedwhenallpowersupplyiscut,toavoidaccidents.
