This manual is applied to DMD Color Projector with digital imaging functionality based on
Digital MicromirrorDevice (DMD) technology. It’s the mode of single panel, 200 watt long life
lamp.
The manual gives you a brief description of basic technical information to help in service and
main taining the product.

Disassembly Procedure
Step1: Turn unit to bottom side. Unscrew two screws to remove Lamp Cover , and then
unscrew two screws to pull out Lamp Module.
2-1 Remove Lamp Module and Back Cover
Step2: Unscrew six hex screws and four screws to remove Back Cover : for EP739 only.

Step3: Unscrew four hex screws and four screws to remove Back Cover
: for EP738 series only.

and Front Cover
Step1: Unscrew five screws and turn over the unit and press the Top Cover.
Step2: Unplug one FPC cable to remove Top Cover.

Step3: Unplug one FPC cable from Top Cover.
Step4: Unscrew four screws to remove Keypad Board and Keypad Button.
Step5: Unscrew three hex spacer from Top Cover.

Step6: Unplug one FPC cables and nine wires, and then unscrews 5 screws to remove Main
Board.

Step7: Pull out Front Cover.

Step1: Unplug one wire, unscrew two screws and two hex screws of LampDriver, unscrew
two screws to remove Lamp Cable and then separate the wedge from the Fan
Module, and then remove the LampDriver.
2-3 Remove Lamp Driver, 70*20 Axial Fan Module
and LVPS
Step2: Unscrew two screws to remove Fan Module.

Step3: Under the Lamp Driver, unscrews seven screws to remove LVPS Plate.
(One is grounding screw).
