How the spray chamber works
The stream of compressed air from
the compressor is redirected through
the nozzle, where in the head of the
decompression chamber, it mixes with the
drug and is directed upwards.
The drug is converted into a fine aerosol
and is directed upwards to the flow
deflector, where it breaks up into large
quantities of smaller aerosol particles.

• Do not touch the device with wet hands when it is switched on, do not splash
water on the device.
• The device may only be used when it is completely dry.
• Do not spray any liquid into the air intake slots (2)!
Liquid that would enter the cracks can damage the electronics and other
components of the device and cause the device to malfunction.
Condensed water, tube maintenance
Condensed water may form in the tubing depending on the relevant ambient
conditions. To prevent the multiplication of microorganisms and ensure problem
free therapy, it is absolutely necessary to remove all moisture. Proceed as follows:
• Remove the pressure tube (9) from the atomizer (7).
• Leave the tube (9) on the air socket (5) of the device (1).
• Leave the device on until the moisture is completely dried by the air flow.

More precise disinfection
When disinfecting the nebulizer and its accessories, follow the points below
carefully. We recommend disinfecting individual parts no later than after the last
use of the given day. Vinegar and distilled water are needed for disinfection.
• First clean the nebulizer and its accessories as described in the chapter
„Cleaning and disinfection of accessories“.
• Place the atomizer and mouthpiece in boiling water for 5 minutes.
• For other accessories, use a vinegar solution consisting of ¼ vinegar and ¾
distilled water
Uistite sa, že množstvo roztoku stačí na to, aby v ňom boli jednotlivé diely, teda
rozprašovač, maska a náustok úplne ponorené.

18EN
• Leave the parts in the vinegar solution for 30 minutes.
• Wash the individual parts with water and dry them thoroughly with a soft, dry
cloth.
• When the parts are completely dry, store them in a suitable dry and closed
container.
Warning!
• Do not boil or sterilize the pressure tube and masks in an autoclave.
• After cleaning, all parts must be thoroughly dried, otherwise the risk of
microorganism multiplication increases.
Sterilization
• Use cold sterilization solutions according to the manufacturer‘s instructions
• After sterilization, spread the individual parts on a dry, clean and absorbent
surface and let them dry completely (minimum 4 hours).
Material resistance
• The atomizer and accessory parts are subject to certain wear and tear with
frequent use and after hygienic treatment, just like any other plastic parts.
Over time, this can lead to a change in the properties of the medicinal
substance and thus to a negative impact on the effectiveness of the therapy.
We therefore recommend replacing the sprayer and other accessories after a
year at the latest.
• When choosing cleaners, resp. disinfectants, the following instructions must be
observed:
Use only gentle cleaning or disinfecting agents and dose them according to the
manufacturer‘s instructions.
Storage
• Do not store the device or accessories in damp areas (e.g. in the bathroom)
and do not transport together with damp objects.
• During storage and transportation, protect the device and accessories from
permanent direct sunlight.
• Store the accessories and the device in a dry place, preferably in the original
packaging.

vapor or only a small amount of it is
generated
1. Too much or too little amount of
medicinal substance in the nebulizer.
Minimum: 2 ml,
Maximum: 6 ml.
2. Check that the socket is not blocked
air, or clean the air socket (flush). Then
start the atomizer again.
WARNING
Carefully clean the small holes.
3. You do not hold the atomizer vertically.
4. You have filled the inhalation liquid
without suitable for spraying (e.g. too
thick). The inhalation liquid should be
prescribed by a doctor.
The output pressure is too weak. Kinked tubing, clogged filter, too much
inhalation solution.
What medicinal substances can be
inhaled?
Consult your doctor.
In principle, all suitable and approved
medicinal substances can be inhaled
for inhalation using devices.
The inhalation solution remains in the
nebulizer.
This results from a technical solution
and is normal.
Stop inhaling as soon as you hear a
significantly different nebulizer noise.

Problems/Questions Possible causes/solutions/answers
What should be taken care of in infants
and children?
1. To ensure effective inhalation, the
mask should cover the mouth and
nose of infants.
2. For children, the mask should also
cover mouth and nose. Spraying on
sleeping persons is not very effective,
because a sufficient amount of the medi-
cinal substance cannot reach the lungs.
Warning: Children should inhale only
under supervision and with the help of
an adult and should not be left alone.
Does inhalation take longer with a
mask?
It is given by the technical solution.
Through the holes in the mask, you
inhale a smaller amount of medicinal
substance with each inhalation than
through the mouthpiece. Passing
through the holes, the steam mixes
with the surrounding air.
Why should the nebulizer be replaced
regularly?
There are two reasons:
1. To ensure an effective spectrum of
particles from a therapeutic point of
view, the opening should not exceed
the specified diameter. Mechanical and
thermal
plastics are subject to certain wear
due to stress. The atomizer is a very
sensitive part. Due to wear and tear,
the composition of the steam droplets
may change, which directly affects the
effectiveness of the treatment.
2. In addition, we recommend regular
replacement of the nebulizer for hygie-
nic reasons.
Does each user need their own
nebulizer?
It is absolutely necessary for hygienic
reasons.
