water sources or flammable liquids.

This appliance cannot be used beside
the stove and other high temperature
objects.

DO NOT PUT the cord under the carpet,
blankets. Always keep the power cable
away from the walk way in room.

The applinace is not intended for use in
wet or damp locations. Never locate the
appliance where it may fall into a bathtub
or other water container.

Do not hang the power cord on the edge
of table or touch the surface with high
temperature in order to avoid damage to

Do not allow to turn on this appliance if
you have not place any food on it.

To avoid any danger of explosion,
please do not heat the canned goods
before remove their cover.
請勿將產品放在桌布或窗簾等可燃物

In order to prevent any accident, do not
place the appliance on or near
combustible materials such as a
tablecloth or curtains. Do not operate
this appliance near water sources or
flammable liquids within 10cm.
首次使用時，會有短暫時間的煙霧冒
出，並有輕微異味。此種現象屬正常
，請不用擔心。
For first time operation, there will have
some smoke or smell. This situation
happens properly. Don't worry about
that.
在本產品冷卻前，切勿接觸其發熱表

Never try to touch the hot surface of
this appliance before it is cool down.
本產品使用時間較長後，表面顏色有
所變化，這是正常現象。
If this appliance is using very long time,
the surface of appliance will become
fade, this situation also happens
properly.

使用前的準備: / Preparation Before Use:
1. 先拿出所有配件，以濕潤毛巾清潔，
放置於平坦位置上。使用前請確保已
拆除所有包裝物料。
Take apart all accessories, clean
with a soft damp cloth. Place your
appliance on the level and stable
surface. Make sure that all package
materials are removed before use.
2. 將底座放在平坦的水平表面上。
Place the base on a flat, level
surface.
3. 再將適量的水加到水盤內並不可超
過注水線，注水時需確保水位保持
在發熱線的下方。
Fill with tap water up to the fill
line in the water tray and make
sure the water level remains
below the heating element.
4. 然後將水盤放在底座底部。(注意：
注水時切勿將水滴到發熱線上。)
Place the water tray in the
bottom of the base. (Note:
Please do not drip water onto

Place the grease tray on the

插入交流電壓220-240V~ 50-60Hz
的獨立插座，燒烤爐已可使用。

注意: 如果在安全切斷開關上未正確安裝燒烤盤、發熱線、盛油盤及水盤，本機將無法操作。
NOTE: The Grill will not operate if the grill plate, heating elemment, grease
tray and water tray are not installed correctly on the safety cut off switch.

無煙燒烤爐
注意: 當第一次使用燒烤爐，可能會出現少量冒煙及氣味約60秒因為本產品在生產時
帶有一層保護油，是正常現象。
當燒烤爐運作時，如取出發熱線時燒烤爐會自動停機。
NOTE: For first time operation, there will have some smoke or smell for about
60 seconds. Because this Grill have some protective oil on the surface during
production.
If the heating element is removed during the operation of Grill, the Grill will
automatically shut down.

OPERATION TIPS
1. 請勿在沒有風扇的情況下使用燒烤爐，因為它會導致內部油脂堆積，並可能影響
其操作的正確性。
Do not use the Grill without fan, because it will cause the accumulation of fat
inside it and may affect the correctness of its operation.
2. 燒烤爐使用時，必須放上食物，不可進行乾燒。此舉將嚴重縮短產品使用壽命。
Do not allow to turn on this Grill if you have not place any food on it.
3. 首次使用時，會有短暫時間的煙霧冒出，並有輕微異味。此種現象屬正常，請不用
擔心。
For first time operation, there will have some smoke or smell. This situation
happens properly. Don't worry about that.
4. 燒烤爐使用時間較長後，表面顏色有所變化，這是正常現象。
If this Grill is using very long time, the surface of Grill will become fade,
this situation also happens properly.

燒烤爐可使用控制面板按鍵操控。
The Grill may be operated by the control panel.
1. 接通電源後，開關鍵圖標 將閃爍，燒烤爐進入準備
狀態。
Connect this Grill to the power supply, the On/Off
Key Icon will flash on, and then it will stay
in stand by mode.
2. 按開關鍵 ，顯示屏會顯示"000"。
Press the On/Off Key , the Display will show 000 .
3. 按溫度鍵，再按增加鍵 和減少鍵 可以增加
或降低烹調溫度。(溫度控制範圍：100℃/120℃/160℃/190℃/210℃230℃)。
Press temperature key , then presss key and key to increase
or decrease cooking temperature. (Temperature control range: 100℃/120℃/
160℃/190℃/210℃/230℃).
4. 按時間鍵 ，再按增加鍵 和減少鍵 可以增加或減少烹飪時間，
每次5分鐘。(時間控制範圍:20分鐘至120分鐘)。
Press timer key , then presss key and key to increase or
decrease cooking time, (5 minute at a time / Time control range: 20 min to
120 minutes).
5. 按下風扇鍵 ，風扇鍵圖標亮起，風扇開始工作。
注意：在整個燒烤過程中，風扇應保持運行，以防止油脂積聚。
Press the fan key , the fan key Icon will light on, the fan starts to working.
NOTE: Fan should be kept running throughout the grilling process to prevent
grease build up.
6. 先將溫度設置為160℃，預熱6分鐘後開始放入食物，燒烤盤可加熱生熟食物。
Set temperature to 160℃and preheating the BBQ Grill for 6 minutes, then
place any food on Grill Plate under the heating sources according to different
heat of cooking request.
7. 完成燒烤後，按開關鍵 關閉燒烤爐並拔除電源插頭。待燒烤爐完全冷卻後
方可清潔或移動機身。
When finished using the Grill, press the On/Off Key and to turn
off the Grill and unplug the power cord. Wait until the Grill is completely
cool down before moving or cleaning.
注意 : 為加強使用安全，本燒烤爐預設90分鐘強制關機功能。
Note: In order to enhance the safety of use, this Grill is preset with a
90-minutes forced shutdown function.

注意/CAUTION:
警告: 不使用燒烤爐時，經常保持拔除電源，及切勿將燒烤爐底座浸於水或其他液體中。
在清潔本燒烤爐前，先將燒烤爐關掉及把電源線從插座拔出，然後讓燒烤爐完全冷卻。
*注意：打開玻璃蓋，使燒烤爐冷卻更快。
WARNING: ALWAYS UNPLUG THE POWER CORD BEFORE MOVING OR SERVICING.
DO NOT IMMERSE THE BASE OF GRILL IN WATER! BEFORE CLEANING,
MAKE SURE THAT THE UNIT HAS BEEN SWITCHED OFF AND IT IS UNPLUGGED
FROM THE MAIN OUTLET AND LET THE GRILL COOL DOWN COMPLETELY.
* Note: Open the glass lid to let the Grill cool down more quickly.
外殼: 清理時切勿將燒烤爐底座及發熱線浸於水或其他液體中。使用濕潤軟布抹擦清潔，
頑固污垢可用軟布沾上含肥皂的溫水抹擦。
Housing: Clean the outside and grille of the base of Grill and heating
element with a soft cloth. To remove presistent dirt, wipe down with a cloth
that has been dampened with warm soapy water.
1. 每次使用後都要清潔燒烤爐。
1. Clean the Grill each time .
2. 切勿使用研磨性、腐蝕性或易燃性清潔劑(例如漂白劑或酒精)清潔燒烤爐的任何部位。
2. Do NOT use abrasive, corrosive or flammable cleansers (such as bleach or
alcohol) to clean any part of the Grill.
3. 請勿使用金屬廚房用具或研磨性清潔材料來清潔燒烤盤、水盤、盛油盤及玻璃蓋。
3. Do not use metal kitchen utensils or abrasive cleaning materials to clean the
grill plate, water tray, grease tray and glass lid.

4. Wipe the outside of the Grill with a moist cloth.

5. Do not soak the grill plate. This could damage the non-stick coating.

Tip: If dirt is stick to the grill plate, fill the grill plate with hot water and mild
cleaner. Let the grill plate soak for approximately 10 minutes.
儲存: 連同使用說明，把燒烤爐存放於清涼及乾爽的地方。
STORAGE: Store the Grill with these instructions in the original box in a cool
and dry place.
