the user to the presence of important operating and maintenance(servicing)
instructions in the literature accompanying the product.
Important Safety Instructions

5) Do not use this apparatus near water.
6) Clean only with dry cloth.
7) Do not block any ventilation openings, install in
accordance with the manufacturer s instructions. 8)
Do not install near the heat sources such as
radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other apparatus
(including amplifiers) that produce heat.
9) Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized or
grounding-type plug. A polarizedplug hase two blades
with one wider than the other. A grounding type plug
has two blades and a third grounding
prong. The wide blade or the third prong are
provided for your safety, if the provided plug does not
fit into your outlet. consult an electrician for
replacement of the obsolete outlet.
10) Protect the power cord from being walked on or
pinched particularly at plugs. convenience receptacles,
and the point where they exit from the apparatus. 11)
Only use attachments/accessories specified by the
manufacturer.
12) Use only with the cart, stand, tripod, bracket, or
table specified by the manufacturer, or sold with the
apparatus. When a cart is used, use caution when
moving the cart/apparatus combination to avoid
injury from tip-over(Figure 1).
13) Unplug this apparatus during lightning storms or
when unused for a long periods fo time.
14) Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel.
Servicing is required when the apparatus has been
damaged in any way, such as power-supply cord or
plug is damaged, liquid has been spilled or objects
have fallen into the apparatus, the apparatus has been
exposed to rain or moisture, does not operate
normally, or has been dropped.
WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire or electric
shock, do not expose this apparatus to rain or moisture.
CAUTION: Apparatus shall not be exposed to
dripping or splashing and no objects filled with
liquids, such as vases, shall be placed on the
apparatus.
Always make sure all batteries are inserted in
conformity with the +/- polarity markings.
Always replace all batteries at the same time. Do not
use new batteries together with old ones. Also, do not
mix battery types, since this can cause
overheating, fire, or battery filuid leakage.
Remove the batteries from the instrument if it is not
to be used for a long time.

This is used to adjust LINE OUT volume, headphone
volume and LINE IN volume.
This button is used to change the song's tempo and
metronome tempo, allows you to tap the tempo on the
pad to change the song's tempo.
This button is used to set the volume and voice of the pad.
This button is used to enter metronome setting display,
to adjust metronome volume, metronome sound and type.
This button is used to enter recording display, you can also
select user song playing mode.
This button is used to enter the song select display. You can
turn off the percussion track of the song, and adjust the
song's volume.
This button is used to select the parameters, voices, etc.

This jack is used to connect the module to Back Panel of
bottom case.
These jacks are used to connect the pads to the Module.
(HI-HAT, RIDE, CRASH, SNARE)
This is USB MIDI jack. Connect PC or other USB host
devices that support USB audio with a standard USB cable to
transfer MIDI data.
Connect the output of an external audio device, etc., to
this jack (stereo mini jack).
This is convenient for playing along with music from a
CD or cassette player.
Connect a pair of headphones to this jack.
This is the power switch.
Connect an DC adaptor to this jack.
This jack is used to connect Back Panel of bottom case to the
module.
The LED dot indicates the SONG/PAD/KIT status; on the status of SONG, the song number
appears on the display; In PAD selection mode, the pad name such as Snare, Crash, and Tom, etc.
Will appear on the display. Press KIT button, the drum kit number will be displayed on the LED.

Assembly Instruction
Take out the bottom case from the packing
case, insert the drum stand into the bottom
case as shown in the figure and tighten the
T-screw.
Take out the module and three Tom pads
from the packing case, insert them into drum
stand as shown in the figure and tighten the
T-screw.
Take out the cymbal poles from the packing
case, insert them into pad hole as shown in the
figure and tighten the T-screw.
Assemble Crash cymbals as shown in the
figure and tighten the T-screw.

Assembly Instruction
Assemble Hi-Hat cymbal as shown in the figure and
tighten the T-screw.
Take out Snare pole from the packing case,
insert it into drum stand as shown in the figure
and tighten the T-screw.
Take out Snare pad from the packing case,
insert it into Snare pole as shown in the
figure and tighten the T-screw.
As shown in the figure,electronic drum
installation is completed.

Hi-Hat Foot Controller
---It can produce hi-hat closed sound if you hit hi-hat when pressing foot controller. ---It
can produce hi-hat open sound if you hit hi-hat without pressing foot controller. ---Press
foot controller directly to produce hi-hat pedal sound.
---The hi-hat tone changes smoothly from open to closed in response to press the pedal while
hitting the hi-hat.

Connect
Connecting the Power Supply
Make sure the power is switch OFF and connect the power
adaptor to the DC 9V jack on the rear panel.
Connecting a CD Player, etc. (AUX In jack)
AC POWER
The audio output from a CD player connected to the AUX IN jack on the rear panel can be
mixed with the sound of the drum brain. This function is convenient when you want to play
along with a favourite song.
The volume of the external signal is adjusted with the MASTER VOLUME knob.

USB MIDI
Connect PC or other USB host devices that support USB audio with a standard USB cable. For devices
with USB cable, after the driver is installed and initialization is finished, you can choose USB audio
device in the device menu of the software to transfer midi data.
Connecting Headphone
The headphone can be connected to the electronic drum. The
headphone jack is located on the front of the module. Use the
PHONE VOLUME knob to adjust the headphone volume.

Switch the Power On
After confirming that each of the devices, pads, external devices, etc. are all properly connected, turn
the power on. The drum module is ready to operate when the display shown below, for
selecting the drum kit.

1. Selecting Voice
Press [KIT] button and [REC/PLAY] button,then hit the pad , use [+] [-] to select the Voice .
For example:to select TOM1 voice.
Press [KIT] button and [REC/PLAY] button,LED displays current drum number .
then hit the TOM1 LED displays t1 ,then LED displays TOM1 instrment .
hit the pad go on or use [+] [-] to select the Voice.In this mode you also can press
[CLICK] button to listen to the voice, press [REC/PLAY] button to Deposited in user kit.
Press the other button to exit the voice.

Press [CLICK] button to turn on or turn off metronome.
a. Click Type
Press [CLICK] button 2 seconds to enter the metronome type choice,use [+] [-] to select click type:
1/4, 2/4, 3/4, 4/4, 6/4, 3/8, 6/8, 12/8. default: 4/4

b. Click Sound
CLICK on, press[click] button and use [+] or [-] button to select click sound.
default: 001-003.

CLICK off, press [CLICK] button and use [+]or[-]button to select click volume,range:000-032.

a. Recording
Press [REC/PLAY] button 2 seconds,begin recording after four Metronome noise.
b. Playing Record
Press [REC/PLAY] button , it will Playing Record. Press [REC/PLAY] button again, to
stop play.

[SONG] Button
Your drum provides 10 preset songs and 1 Demo.
Press [SONG] and [KIT] button to start or stop the song.
a.Drum On/Off
In [SONG] mode, press [SONG] button 2 seconds, LED displays oN or oFF
On------turn on the percussion track of the song.
Off------turn off the percussion track of the song.
b.Select the songs
Press [SONG] button,then use [+] or [-] to select 10 songs and 1 demo.
c.Song volume
In [SONG] mode, press [SONG] button and use [+] or [-] to adjust the song volume.
Range:000-032.

[TEMPO/TAP] Button
Tempo function, you can adjust tempo by using [TEMPO/TAP] button.
Press [TEMPO/TAP] button ,LED displays current tempo, use [+] or [-] button to adjust tempo
value. Range: 020-240
Press [TEMPO/TAP] button 2 seconds to enter the TAP mode , LED displays will flash , Tap
on the pad 4 times to change the tempo also.

Factory Set
Turn off the power.
Hold down [+] and [-] buttons, then turn the power on, it can restore all internal settings to
factory set.

a.Reseting
Turn off the power.
Hold down [KIT] buttons, then turn the power on to enter setup mode:
Press [TEMPO/TAP] button ,use[+]or [-]button to set sensitivity. range 001-008
Press [KIT] button ,use[+]or [-]button to set threshold. range 000-050
Press [SONG] button ,use[+]or [-]button to set velocity curve. There are four velocity
curves from which to choose Normal(nor), Dynamic(dyn), EASY(ESy), and Fixed
(fId).
Press [CLICK] button ,use[+]or [-]button to set XTALK . range 000-080
Press [REC/PLAY] button to save above settings. Once turn off the power, it will be not
saved.
