Leggere il presente manuale prima dell’uso della macchina.

ISTRUZIONI PER L’USO USE INSTRUCTIONS
BEDIENUNGSANLEITUNGEN INSTRUCTIONS POUR L'USAGE
1. Posizionare la macchine nella posizione
desiderata frontalmente l'area che si vuole
irrigare. Assicurarsi che le staffe di ancoraggio del
telaio siano piantate fermamente al terreno.
Push the machine to the desired location. Position
the sprinkler trolley facing the direction that will be
irrigated. Secure in position planting lugs firmly
into the ground.
Das Gerät an Anfang der zu beregnenden Fäche
abstellen. Beachten Sie, daß die Stütze am
Boden befestigt sind.
L'arroseur doit être placé en face à la surface qui
doit être arrosé. S'assurer que les brides soivent
bien planté dans le terrain.

Rimuovere l'arpione (1). Posizionare la leva (2) della
scatola ingranaggi nella posizione indicata con "O".
Disengage brake lever (1) and put the gearbox lever
(2) in "O" position.
Den Fanghaken (1) entfernen und den
Reduktorhebel (2) im Leerlauf Stellung "O" stellen.
Déplacer le cliquet (1) et positionner le levier du
carter d'engrenages (2) sur le poin indiqué par "O".
L'irrigatore è fornito di manico per il traino. Bloccare il manico con viti e pomoli in dotazione.
The irrigator has the handle to transport. Stop the handel with the screws and knobs together the irrigator.
Der Beregnungswagen wird mit einen Henkel für die beförderung geliefert. Den Henkel in Transportstellung
zu blockieren.
Le Leader est livré avec un manche pour la traction. Par le boulon fileté, bloquer le manche en position de
traction.
ATTENZIONE: La mancata messa a folle della
scatola ingranaggi prima dello svolgimento del
tubo provoca danni alla stessa.
ATTENTION: If you do not put in neutral position
the gearbox before unwinding the hose, you may
cause damages to the gearbox.
ACHTUNG: Der Reduktor wird beschadigt, im
Leerlauf Stellung nicht zuerst Schaluch entrollen
wird.
ATTENTION. Si on ne met pas au point mort le
reducteur, avant le déroulement, on endommage
le reducteur .

3. Stendere il tubo in polietilene perpendicolar-
mente alla macchina procedendo a bassa velocità.
Utilizzare la catena di traino del carrello. Lasciare
almeno una spira di tubo completa avvolta sulla
macchina.
Il tubo steso deve essere retto alla macchina e
quello rimasto avvolto ben teso ed allineato.
Pull out slowly the hose perpendicular the machine.
Leave always a few wraps on the drum. Hose
spread into the ground must be straight and the
hose on the drum orderly wrapped.
Den Regnerschlitten soweit nötig abrollen und auf
der zu beregnenden Fläche ablegen. Den Schlauch
nur soweit abrollen, das sich noch eine vollständige
Schlauchumwicklung auf der Schlauchtrommel
befindet.
Der Schlauch recht als das Bild sein müß,

4. Ricollocare l'arpione nella posizione iniziale.
Per posizionare la scatola ingranaggi nella
posizione di marcia ruotare la leva del riduttore
fino alla posizione indicata.
Replace the brake lever in the original position.
Replace the mechanism of return, moving the
lever of the gearbox on the "I" position as the
picture.
Den Fanghaken wieder im Anfangsposition stellen
und den Reduktor durch den Hebel in die
Fahrtstellung "I" wie das Bild setzen.
Réplacer le cliquet dans la position initiale.
Replacer le mécanisme de retour en deplacant le
levier du carter d'engrenages sur le point "I".

IMPORTANTE: LA PRESSIONE D'ESERCIZIO DELLA MACCHINA DEVE ESSERE
OBBLIGATORIAMENTE COMPRESA TRA min. 3 - max 6 atm. PRESSIONI SUPERIORI
CAUSANO DANNI IRREPARABILI ALLA TURBINA.

7. L'irrigatore comincerà a lanciare un getto d'acqua che può
essere regolato variando il foro del boccaglio. Inoltre le viti di
regolazione offrono la possibilità di regolare l'angolazione
dell'irrigatore.
The sprinkler will start to lauch a jet of water that can be
adjusted with the hole of the nozzle. Moreover the regulation
screws let you regulate the irrigation angle.
Der Regner wird ein Wasserstrahl spritzen, der je mach dem
Ausmaß de Duse regulierbar ist. Die Schrauben erlauben eine
Sektor- oder Kreisberegnung.
Le jet d'arrosage peut être réglé par la variation du trou de la
buse. En autre par les vis de régulation on peut régler l'angle
d'irrigation.
5. Prima di collegare il tubo di alimentazione
aprire la valvola d’arresto tirando il volantino rosso
verso l’esterno e bloccarlo con l’apposito fermo.

TTENZIONE: eseguire questa operazione in
assenza di pressione dell’acqua per evitare danni al
meccanismo d’arresto
Before the water-supply pipe connection, pull out the
shut off valve and lock it.
ATTENTION: duringthis operation there must be no
water pressure to avoid damages to the stopping
device.
Arretieren Sie den Betätigungsbügel durch
Einhängen des Dornes am Wasserstopventil. Das
Ventil ist jetzt, bis zur Auslösung durch den
Regnerschlitten, geöffnet.
Avant de joindre le tuyau de alimentation à la
machine, ouvrir la vanne d’arrêt en tirant à l’extérieur
le petit volant rouge. Bloquer la vanne en cette
positione avec la vis d’arrêt.
ATTENTION: pendant cette operation il ne doît pas
être eau en pression pour ne pas endommager la
vanne d’arrêt.
6. Collegare la mandata acqua all'entrata della
macchina solo con la valvola di arresto già
aperta. Inizio irrigazione.
Attach water source to the inlet joiner of the
machine only if the stop valve is open. Starting
irrigation.

MANUTENZIONE / MAINTENANCE / WARTUNG / ENTRETIEN
9. Durante l'irrigazione il Leader 50 riavvolge
completamente il tubo. Il contatto con il carrello
portairrigatore provoca la fine dell'irrigazione.
ATTENZIONE: la macchina termina l'irrigazione
ma non arresta la pompa e non mette a folle il
riduttore.
Once the speed is set, the Leader 50 will automa-
tically roll the hose on the drum and will shut off at
the end of the run utilizing the shuf off valve.
ATTENTION: Leader 50 don’t stops the pump and
don’t put the gearbox in neutral position.
Der Beregnungsvorgang beginnt und der
Regnerschlitten fährt langsam in Richtung
Regnerwagen. Am Ende der Beregnung wird ein
Fuhler in Betrieb gesetzt, der durch den
Absperrschieber das Wasserstrom absperrt und
die Beregnung beendet.

Quand le chariot arrive à fin de course, presse sur
le toucheau, qui ferme la vanne et bloque le
passage d'eau sans arrêter la pompe et sans
mettre au point mort le reducteur.
8. Durante l'irrigazione è possibile regolare
l'intensità di pioggia utilizzando la valvola posta
sulla turbina. Chiudendo la valvola la velocità di
riavvolgimento del tubo aumenta. Aprendo la
valvola la velocità diminuisce.
Adjust speed of cart retraction by turning the ball
valve at the turbine . Turning the valve fully closed
will increase retraction speed. Opening the valve
will slow the retraction rate.
Die Geschwindigkeit des Regners kann stufenlos
eingestellt werden. Hierzu befinden sich an den
Wasser-Turbine ein Ventil zu drehen.
Langsmaner = intensive Beregnung
Schneller = weniger Beregnung.
La vitesse d'enroulement peut être changée par la
vanne by-pass située sur la turbine. Quand on
ferme la vanne la vitesse de enroulement
augmente, si on ouvre la vanne la vitesse diminue.
Mantenere ingrassato l'ingranaggio della bobina.
Ingrassare periodicamente gli ingranaggi al fianco alla turbina.
Liberare dall'acqua la turbina prima del periodo invernale.
Maintain thin layer on drum gear and on gears near the turbine drive.
Drain turbine prior to freezing weather.
Die mechanische Teilen schmieren, wenn die Maschinen unbeweglich ist.
Vor Beginn der Frostperiode sind wasserführende Teile vollständig zu entleeren.
Engraisser les parties mécaniques en mouvement. Il faut effectuer toutes le operations de entretien
quand la machine ne marche pas.
